• Reasons For Upgrading: Um Tsubine allowed me no I'm sorry gave me this priviledge for this tier boost and I forgot about it after I joined with the anago org. Truthfully, I dont deserve this due to my antics in the past but hopefully by me joining with Shadowfall it will keep me out of trouble.

Since Tsubine had already cleared this from what I had seen in the xat, I'll be putting my own double approval on this application and then I'll be moving it to accepted power upgrades.
