Appearance: She has short green hair with purple eyes, she wears normal shinigami uniform, except that all the white parts are purple, and the waist belt is fluffy and filled with stuffing, she also wears a cape, black on the outside, and florescent green on the inside, she also wears shiny steel gauntlets, with diamond plates in the knuckles.

PERSONALITY

Personality: She's more mentally tough than normal girls, though she hides it well. she is also curious, easily distracted, and spaces out a lot. she's determined, once her mind is set on something, it cant be changed, she's stubborn, she wont backdown easily. She thinks in a more logical frame of mind when she's using her abilities, she is very relaxed when she is not fighting, she'll mostly be eating, drinking, sleeping, resting, day dreaming, being slightly perverted and generally just being lazy.

When she is fighting she shows no signs of her laziness, but she will get careless if she underestimates the opponent, she'll try to judge how powerful you are before she's seen you fight, meaning she'll let her guard down if she thinks your weak, if she thinks your strong, but your actually weak, she'll also let her guard down in battle. If she lets her guard down she'll usually up her offense.

BACKGROUND

History/She was a pretty normal girl, she had no powers and her energy wasn't leaking out, until she was fifteen, her town was attacked by hollows, but the hollows weren't drawn to her power, they were drawn to large power sources from spirits, shinigami, and humans with larger amounts of riatsu. When the hollows attacked, Juri was with her friends walking down the highstreet.

The first roar of the hollows impacted into everybody's ears, everyone was running with panic and fear as the screams of the hollow got ever increasingly closer... The hollow swooped its claw down, destroying all the buildings in its path, it was hungry and it was going to make a meal of the people in this city. Juri's friends began to run in fear, as they looked back, they saw juri staring at the hollow with interest, as she hadn't seen one so up close before...

Her friends ran back for her, but part of a building fell in their way. As the falling building collided with the ground, juri snaps out of it, realizing there's almost no escape as many destroyed buildings were surrounding her, the only way out was behind the hollow, but the hollow was big and there was almost no way of going around it, her heart beat got faster and heavier as she realised the danger she was in, she had started leaking a tiny amount of riatsu, not enough to be noticeable by escapee's but just enough to be noticed by the hollow...

The hollow looked at her " you smell delectable, mmmm, you'll be one delicious shinigami..." it then swooped its hand down to injure her... she froze in shock as the hollow called her a shinigami, she began to uncontrollably release more of her riatsu, just enough for the escapee's to notice and for a certain shinigami to notice...
As the dust was clearing, the hollow stared anxiously to see what condition she was in, the hollow then gave a shocked look as the dust had cleared...

When the dust had cleared to reveal darren hokaido to the left side of juri who was still frozen in shock. Blocking the hollows attack using only his bare hand, darren draws his Zanpakutō. He slices the hollows arm, severing it from the shoulder enough for it to be hanging as dead weight, he jumps out of the way, as the hollow goes to attack with the other hand, he grabs juri and pushes her out of the hollows range and ducks low under the hollows hand as it swoops past his head, then jumps up landing on its arm, slices the lower arm off, he jumps up above the hollows head, slicing it in two.

He walks over towards juri, seeing her unconscious on the floor, he gets on his knees peering over her. He gently slaps her on the face, trying to wake her up " hey!!... Wake up...". Her eyes starting to open as she wakes up, she see's darren looking at her, "who are you?"... Darren swiftly answers " im darren hokaido, i saved you from the hollow". She gives a shocked look as she remembers everything that had just happened, "is it true? am i a shinigami?". Darren again answers swiftly, it seems so, but you dont have any powers yet, right?". juri answers hesitantly "Yeah, that's right". "well, who are you?" darren asks. "my name is Juri Kazehana". Darren says in a serious tone "well juri, you need training, as your riatsu is going to attract a lot of hollows, and the question is, do you wanna be ready to fight any hollows that come your way? or are you gonna rely on people like me to save you all the time?". Darren picked juri up onto her feet. juri looked internally conflicted, she looked up with a determined face and said " will learn to defend myself and protect others from hollow attacks, train me please?". darren looked at her and said i wont train you, but ill tell you this... On the Precipice of Defeat, you must be resolved of mental conflict to truly protect yourself". darren walked away leaving her with that statement.

Juri then went to ask him what that means, but darren was out of sight before she had a chance, "...resolved of mental conflict 'eh, i wonder what that means... she heard another hollow, realizing there were more than one, she went to run away but the hollow seemed to be attracted to her scent, as the only way out was once again blocked by a hollow... but this time there was no one to save her, she was all alone... the hollow picked up the ruins of a building and threw it at her. Debris flew at high speeds at juri as she jumped tried to jump out of the way... her right arm, right leg, left lower leg and her lower body mostly on her right side was seriously injured...

lying on the floor, juri was barely conscious, as blood started coming out of her mouth. She was almost dead. And she was drifting in and out of consciousness, her pain slowly dampening down, she thought" mental conflict 'eh? it doesnt matter anymore-" she remembers darrens question "or are you gonna rely on people like me to save you all the time?". "no...No!....No!!.....NO!!!!" she shouts as she finds the strength to clench he fist and the hollow slams his hand down ontop of her. Her mind cleared of mental conflict, her hands start glowing, her wounds start fading... as her spiritual body started to take its place.

The glowing stopped revealing metal gauntlets on her hands, they were shiny, with diamonds plating the knuckles... she got up feeling no pain, and fully conscious as she had entered her spiritual body. she managed blocked the hollows attack, holding her hands in the air... she pushes the hollow back with amazement to her new form, she was lighter, and slightly stronger..

she was dodging the hollows attacks, then remembered where darren had struck to kill it, she jumped out of the way of its attack, landing on her right foot as she pushed off with her left foot, she speed towards it at speeds she had never done before. She got above its head and struck its head with her gauntlets cracking the mask, she fell down to the ground landing on her left foot, pushing off with her right foot, she jumped up, once again above its head, feeling her energy going into the gauntlets, she hammered her fists down as what appeared to be electricity shot out of the gauntlets, hitting the hollow, destroying it. She escaped the area.

She lived in the city for another month, before leaving, she left to find darren, as she had heard that he was a traveler, who went from town to town, hunting hollows... She had to find him, as she had no idea what was going on and needed his guidance.

So far she has traveled to five different cities in search for him, she has only found that e had been to those cities but had already left, he was always one city away from her, but when she got to the next city, he had already left, she has gained battle experience from fighting hollow in the cities she went to. She had met several other shinigami over the months aswell, she went to soul society, and left soul society, still in search for darren...

[b]Zanpakutō

Reiatsu Color: electric yellow

Zanpakutô Spirit Name: Denki no arashi
Appearance: Denki no arashi's lower body is a grey cloud, on her upper body she wore nothing but clouds just visible enough to cover what needs to be covered, she has yellow and cyan eyes, with long light blue hair. She also wears the gauntlets but hers also armors her entire lower arm.

Inner World: Her inner world looked like a desert cliff-side, with dead and dying plants around, with large cactus and boulders scattered around the area, the clouds were grey and never ending, with the occasional lighting strike.

Sealed Zanpakutô Apperance : The Zanpakutō looks like two shiny steel gauntlets, with diamond plates around the knuckles.

Sealed Zanpakutô Abilities: Minor electricity control, the most she could do is fry small scale circuits at point blank range, minor increase in strength with punches using the gauntlet only.

Release: Electrocute them, Denki no arashi

Shikai Description: The gauntlets gain a copper plating to represent an increase in conductibility, I.E. It represents more power. The diamonds change colour to ruby red.

Shikai Abilities: Her shikai has the ability to control electricity, but on a larger scale than her sealed Zanpakutō. At most, she can now fire a small-scale lightning bolts at the enemy. She also has more powerful punches with her gauntlets only.
