Going by all plausible logic, Alaska sank and is somewhere at the bottom of the Pacific Ocean and uninhabitable because of depth. That ice would have melted and it'd be a big rock and rocks aren't the best things to float. The only thing that would be poking out would probably be the peak of Mount McKinley.

Egypt, because that is where he is originally from, and he has a direct waterline from his home in Argentina to the Nile River to protect his home country from harm.

Antartica, It is not on the list, however due to his ice/water traveling he basically can be ANYWHERE, AT ANY TIME, around the whole CONTINENT.
