Reasons for Control: Gin is a sneaky fox face of course : he needs a place to hide away from the world. Madagascar is isolated for one, from most of the stuff going on in the world. It is a great place for refugees and what not : he actually enjoys the fact that there is such a nation. In works great for refugees, which brings news from the outside world : and it's also a haven for those like him. To be frank, he just feels weird without some sort of plan in the wings : so why not take charge of an isolationist country and get things rolling there? [in ooc, this is to help build Gin some plot other then lolHiding!]
