Personality:
The Rower is a man of few words. He acts, he reacts, but he'll rarely give you more than a one liner. His way of thinking is also fairly simple: Row, reach the target, get paid. Meet the enemy, crush the enemy, profit. While the machinations of his mind are simple, they are still an enigma. His most often reaction is to give a small blank stare when asked a question, and reply with an un-related one liner. He isn't happy very often, but he is at a unique sense of peace whenever he rows. He maintains a similar guise whenever he is reaching towards a purpose, whatever that purpose may be. It is his will, his strength, and his downfall; for if he loses his purpose, he loses his very self.




History:
During life, the Rower was a tycoon who made billions of dollars off of selling online tea-bags. He wasn't sure WHY exactly it netted so much money, but he knew he liked the money itself. He lived luxuriously until finally he decided to sell his empire and retreat into the woods. He lived in a small, non-demeaning house, and lived a quiet life, becoming a rower of boats for his living.

His death was sudden and unexpected; he had been out on the lake as usual, transporting a passenger. The passenger had brought several candies that looked suspiciously like war-heads and was eating them throughout the entire trip. Suddenly, the passenger gasped; he had accidentally swallowed the candy. He flung around wildly, knocking the boat off balance. THEN the rower realized a very important fact; he could not swim. He drowned, going down to his precious lake bottom where his body remained in an almost perfect condition; but for the spaces where animals had used it as food...

Due to his solidarity, his soul was never given rest by a Shinigami. He was taken to Hueco Mundo and was turned into a hollow; forced to wander the planes forever. He devoured other souls, becoming stronger by the regular process. He was transformed into an Arrancar when his power became great enough that the Espada took note of it; not a vasto, but no pipsqueak either. So, he became an arrancar, and quickly re-discovered his love of rowing once again...

See that hat on his head? Yeah, that's his bone. He had that while he was a hollow; looked ridiculous.

Racial Abilities:
Bala (虚弾 (バラ), bara; Spanish for "Bullet," Japanese for "Hollow Bullet") Bala is an Arrancar alternative to Cero. The technique hardens the user's Spiritual Pressure and fires it like a bullet. Although it is weaker than a normal Cero, it moves about twenty times faster and can be fired at a much higher rate, but the damage is much the same. Stronger Arrancar can also fire a more powerful Bala, while retaining its twenty-fold speed.

Cero (虚閃 (セロ), sero; Spanish for "Zero," Japanese for "Hollow Flash," "Doom Blast" in the Viz translation) are high-powered energy blasts that can be fired from various body parts, such as mouth, tongue, hand or fingers. Only Gillians, Adjuchas, Arrancar, and the Vizard have so far been shown to use Cero attacks, and it appears that stronger entities can use it more efficiently.

Rower's Cero: The Rower's cero shoots out like a great spiraling vortex that can bend in one direction after firing.

Garganta (黒腔 (ガルガンタ), garuganta; Spanish for "Throat," Japanese for "Black Cavity") is how Arrancar and Menos-class Hollows move to and from Hueco Mundo. Kaname Tōsen, Kisuke Urahara and Mayuri Kurotsuchi have also demonstrated the ability to use the technique. It literally tears open the dimensional fabric separating the worlds, revealing a tunnel of whirling, torrential energy that must be focused and solidified to create a discernible pathway.

Hierro (鋼皮 (イエロ), iero; Spanish for "Iron," Japanese for "Steel Skin") refers to the hardened skin of the Arrancar, which is a result of their compressed spiritual power. While their skin is strong enough to block even released Zanpakutō bare-handed, it is by no means impenetrable. Stronger Arrancar generally have proportionally stronger skin than usual.

Pesquisa (探査回路 (ペスキサ), pesukisa; Spanish for "Inquiry," Japanese for "Probe Circuit") is the Arrancar equivalent of the Shinigami ability to sense Spiritual Pressure. It functions very similarly to sonar.

Sonído (響転 (ソニード), sonīdo; Spanish for "Sound," Japanese for "Sound Ceremony") is the Arrancar equivalent of the Shinigami Flash Steps and the Quincy Hirenkyaku; it allows the user to travel at incredibly high speeds for short distances. Use of Sonído is punctuated by a brief static sound, in contrast to the "swish" sound caused by Flash Steps.

He gains a SECOND PADDLE exactly like the first, but made of mahogany as opposed to oak

Resereccion Abilities:
His Paddles simply become 20x faster than they were in this form, as well as doing more damage when they hit an enemy. They are charged with more energy so that when they hit an enemy, it is as if the paddle is heavier and thus has a larger impact.

His reiatsu in this stage is immense as opposed to having new abilities and focuses on pure power.
