I just need some help comming up with Rook's shikai abilties. It's been a few days and I've had no clue as to what to do.

A shikai appearance may also suffice if you have any further suggestions.

I can give you an idea via the fact you have a shattered katana. What if in Shikai, his sword reformed giving him a lot of his actual power back and when he changes back to sealed, the sword shatters apart again. Then you could maybe swing the sword and the shards of the sword dash like projectiles in the direction swung like a cloud of daggers before reforming the blade again.
