Custom Chaos Blast

Name: Xolot Blast. (Aztec god of lightning)
Type: Lightning
User Type: Angel Exclusive
Effects: Because of the fact that ryou has a mastery of lightning, he applies lightning into his chaos blast so that his blast becomes more powerful. Inclusively, applying that lightning into his chaos blast will cause all different kinds of damage. The blast could include all different kinds of side effects included with lightning such as paralysis, and static discharge. This could also include nasty third-degree burns.

Not only that but some other different damage to the nervous system could occur temporarily. Such as latency in movements.

The blast being so powerful if you are not at least on the second tier, it potentially kill you thanks to the power of the shot and the burns that come with the blast. And if anything the blast could cause you to be paralyzed for very long periods of time if at least not on the second tier.
Notes: This chaos blast is exclusive to Ryou only. Due to the amount of power that this attack takes, he can fire up to 5-6 in his crystal angel form. In his special angel form he can fire between 8-14 of them. He may only fire up to 2 at once with both of his hands, but it would take a great deal of energy on his part.
