Personality:

Immature: Although she was on the age of 23 already, she has an 'immature' personality and very childish at most of the times.Her 'immature' personality won't change no matter what since she always stays the way she is.

Serious Moments: Mizushi never seen to be serious at all, or at least she gets serious and become a 'matured'-like person when tough or serious moment comes.This rarely happens to her since she rarely get in any tough times or serious moments.

Brave: She may be an immature person, but she has a brave spirit to face death and fights off her fear. Thanks to her bravery, she was able to fight alone even without her brother with her.

Kind: Mizushi is quite a kind person, helping those who in need, forgiving those who did their mistakes.She is a kind of person who easily forgives and forgets.

Likes: The Yuuta Clan and Her brother, Yuuta Toshio.

Dislikes: Those who let down and dissapoints the Yuuta Clan and those who commit serious crimes.

A custom made handgun by mizushi toshio.Invented by mizushi for back-up and protection.

A Handgun named "Silver Swat" by mizushi.It was loaded and fires off a .45 ACP bullets.It was relatively low muzzle blast and flash, as well as moderate recoil.Because mizushi remade the .46 ACP bullets herself, it can fire off a high recoil bullet and strong enough to pierce through a tough armor (not the toughest armor).

If to damage spiritual beings like hollow, arrancar and shinigami, she channels her spiritual energy from her body to her handgun and fires off a bullet made of spiritual energy.She has unlimited ammo and use for the handgun, but she can only load 15 bullets on it and must be reloaded after the ammo was finished used.

Sniper:

A special custom-made sniper by Mizushi herself.It was loaded and fired with a .50 caliber bullet, but she remade it with a slight improvement for the bullet.The bullet can fire over 3000 meters away and has an extremely high recoil when fired.Also able to pierce even the toughest armor.It also has enough power to pierce through skulls with a single shot from the bullet.

It was loaded with a single bullet and it only has 3 bullets with him.After use, it cannot be used again.Three shots per thread use only.It can harm spiritual beings by channeling her own spiritual energy into her sniper and fires off a bullet made of reiatsu.

Katana:

A long, thick blade that was given by her father when she was a child.The thick blade can already cut off human bones already. Also a sacred blade that can also damage and kill spiritual beings.It does not send the spirits to soul society nor hell. Their soul will be gone forever.

Also thick enough to cut through tank armors.It can be made stronger if she channels her reiatsu to the blade and it would glow light blue.Anything she hits with her blade, they will be knocked back in a significant distance with a single swing from her blade.It only last 2 post before she can use again for another 4 post.Her blade does not act like a Zanpakutō but able to hurt spiritual beings.

Natural Abilities

Vast Intelligence: Her intelligence is far more smarter than any human could. Although she is an immature person, her intelligence never seem to drop or rise and only remains the same level of intelligence since its already reached its limit.She can invent all kinds of things, even a teleportation device.She can also enhanced a certain thing with her vast intelligence.

Invent: She likes to invent anything she wants to do. Just anything, as long as they are not an extremely advance things that she doesn't know how to invent.She can invent things that are advanced and the current people in the world does not know about it but not an extremely advance things.

Excellent Aim: Her aim seems to be quite a professional.She rarely misses her shot. Even wihout concentrating, she can already hit her enemy with a single shot. If she concentrates, her aiming level would increase and able to hit the enemy's weak spot easily.

Expert Swordsmanship Specialist: Mizushi's swordsmanship doesn't reach at the 'master' level yet since she does not train herself much.She has a great skill with her katana and able to use it properly. Which her father teached her how to use her katana properly.

Assassin: She does not look like an assassin, but she is really an assassin. She 'trains herself' to hide and sneak behind enemies. She wasn't much of an assassin person and she is easily spotted when hiding. If she does it seriously, she is hard to spot and able to kill her opponent quickly when she sneaks behind them.

Immense Spiritual Power: Unlike Yuuta, she cannot control her spiritual power since she did not learn how to control it.Her immense spiritual power continues to leak out until she was able to control her spiritual power at her own will.Her immense spiritual power can effect those has weaker reiatsu than hers.

Powers

Power Development Stage 1 Appearance: Her appearance remains the same, except her hair is a little bit short and her eyes turns green.
Power Development Stage 1 Abilities:

Vision of reiatsu - When activated, the Toshio No Aizu allows its users to see the amount of reiatsu one has left. This allows Yuuta to gauge a oppentents strength and how much more power they may have left.

Increased Pecepetion - This allows its users to recgonise the type of reiatsu that one has, such as a Hollows or a Shinigamis, etc. It even allows them to read lip movements and mimic something along the lines of pencil movements. But as the ablity goes and ages, it becomes stronger to the point where the user can track fast movements like Shunpo/Sonido and give them some predictive idea of where they are going to strike or move. But they won't always have time to react.

Techinque Memorisaion - This allows the user to memorise ablities they see and copy them. Zanpakutō abilities/Hollowifaction etc cannot be copied, but things like Shunpo/Cero/Bala etc can be. The power level of the the ablity are highered/lowered depending on who they saw fire the cero, and it is turned into their own Cero (If a Toshio saw a 2-3 use a cero and they were 2-1, the Cero would be 2-1 level if they used it. Clan techinques are unique to that mans spirit, and cannot be copied either.)

Over use of Stage 1 can result in the following: weakened senses, weakened body.

Fire Manipulation: Mizushi can manipulate large amount of flames with her. As well she can control Azure Flames and Hell Fire herself with a little bit less control with the hell fire.She can use her flames for all kinds of purpose.

Background/Roleplay Sample

Background:

2388 - Mizushi's Birth
In 2388, Before Mizushi was born, Yuuta Toshio was born into the clan.While Yuuta was being raised by the people in the toshio clan, mizushi was born 2 months later after Yuuta's birth.Unlike Yuuta had already a strong reiatsu after birth, Mizushi was first born with a weak reiatsu.Slowly, she was raised by the people in the toshio clan.She learned to weild a gun herself, except her father is the one who teached her how to weild a katana.At the age of 7, she made a custom handgun for herself to use in the future until she get used to the handgun she had made herself. At the age of 9, she learned how to weild a katana properly but she would use it unless she wants to or maybe an emergency use only. At the age of 15, she made a custom-made sniper by herself but an advanced weapon that was never seen by humans and the people in the soul society. She might be the smartest girl in the toshio clan but one day there are people that would be smarter than her.4 years had passed at her age of 10, she finally able to collect some ammunication for herself to use or at least she was able to use them for herself.But she hasn't seen yuuta for a long time already, or maybe she hasn't seen him for a few years.She waits until yuuta's rise to a clan leader of toshio clan.

Yuuta's Rise to Clan Leader and The Present Day
At the age of 20, she heard that yuuta and the clan leader was sent out to a top secret mission to assassinate a vasto lorde hollow. She followed them. However, the tragedy struck as yuuta and the clan leader was got noticed early in the act and caused a battle to commence. The clan leader, yuuta and the vasto lorde was wounded.She tried to step out and help them but she couldn't.She afraid that she might be spotted and get attacked by the vasto lorde.She seen yuuta enraged for a moment, releasing his stage 2 and killed the vasto lorde hollow.When she and yuuta was turned to age 21, it was decided that yuuta was going to be the clan leader.2 years later after both turning to age of 23, things had changed a lot and quite complicated.Yuuta had matured but mizushi hasn't matured a bit.Yuuta changed a lot ever since he became the clan leader. Hoping yuuta will protect the clan.
