Item Description: These are small, black weights that wrap around Nagatos lower legs and forearms. They weigh about 50 tons, and suppress Nagatos powers down to lower than even a Gotei 13 Vice Captain. They bring his usually 0-2 power down to what he would be as a 3-1, which makes him seem and fight much, MUCH weaker than he normally would. He has a virtually unlimited supply of these, as he can make them quite easily. He wears one on each leg, and one on each arm.
