Filler and Other Canons

This is merely a topic I was brought to when I was out today and idly chatting with my friends. The topic of 'What canon' does PH actually have is a little unclear as we have a list, but we theoretically ditched a large number of canon just to keep the site in order. Now what I'd like to say, is that:

We are not canon at all, were straying off it like a *Enter witty comment here*

Now what I want to know, and to also help out my canon list and to also make the canon characters seem more appealing to people, is that we bring in some of the people from the Canon which were originally not in our list. That, and add some we never intended to add to broaden the amount of possible canon characters among our numbers.

I found that we had 58 characters on our list. After going through the rest of the characters we never used, I managed to get to over 70 without even adding all of them. I think if I added the ones we don't have, I can get that list to above 80. This however involves adding The filler characters as well as a lot of KIA characters. For instance, the following I have added already to the list:

Those are only a few of the KIA characters that can be reintroduced. I can add these characters:

The Bounts (Jin, Yoshino etc))
The Mod Souls (Kon, Noba etc)
The Bakudo Arc (Amagai, Kifune, Hanza etc)

To be honest this is just me trying to broaden the horizon of PH and make it much more varied than it already is. Sure we got everything, but by adding more canons to a site that doesnt even follow canon rules, we should be alright.

The reason im asking about bount is that we could potentially add another race to the roster and if I recall what was said on this topic before, we agreed that The bounts were applyable, but never were because we couldn't be bothered and had no real issue against them. I think we should at least have them involved somehow. Wouldn't it give us a new way to RP together in a canon race? Sure it was filler, but sometimes filler isnt bad right? why the fuck did we add senna? (XD)

I agree to some like filler captain, Amagai, but not all of them.

I don't think we're putting the Bounts in from what I was told a while ago that or we weren't going to add another Race. But like Chi said, the idea of Amagai is good, just not to make him a Captain as I think we have all Captain slots full and not to mention Canon Characters suit the rule of actual Captains.

Ive always had the ponder about the Bount race and why we never actually incorporated them. We previously discussed this but the answer I got was found in this thread:

tbh, it seems Byakko when he was here wanted them too xD but look at those responses. Peeps really dont like bounts do they? IMO, Jin was awesome but died sucky xD

I'm going to be moving this thread into Old Feedback Section because it's a bit outdated and we resolved this by not adding bounts altogether on the site. So, as a result, I'm gonna be tossing this away in the bin.
