Alright, the abilities still need a lot more meat to them. You added a bit more, but take the "Shadow Manipulation" for example, there's just nothing there that tells us about what it does. What does using shadows to attack and defend even mean? How does he control the shadows and make them anything more than just shadows? Basically, there's really just nothing there to let me know what those powers actually do. Also, look back to Raiki's judgement for reference.
