For Elendril, I will end up approving both for Lietueant as I want to see you get active and more strong before I feel comfortable placing you in a commander spot. As for Jeff, I'll approve his request once he gets his character situation sorted out.

Due to Elendril leaving the site (...for the third time?), I will be freeing up Lieutenant Commander in the Iron Cross and I'll be making space for a Lieutenant Commander in the Silver Cross as well. So, if you think got a character that can fill those spots, go ahead and fill them up so we can get some active people to take his place.

I am now opening up the Jade Cross Commander spot since it's former Commander is now taking a definite leave from the site. Therefore, if there is a capable person, I would like them to apply and see if they got what it takes to run that cross to make up the loss of this person and to increase K-World's numbers.
