Falcon’s abilities are many, and they don’t come from hanging around, Ray tends to be quite the bookworm. Reading up on many different books, he learns how to do many different things. These all range from survival and herbalism, to cooking and construction. He learns about many things, but the main focus of all his reading. Are Psycological warfare, Programming, and Strategic battlefield tactics.

Flair:
When hes not at home alone hanging around. He can be the center of attention. Putting on his little masquerade, he can attract the attention of many people. He can always make a flashy situation in anyway he wants. Some people may call him very charismatic. Being able to sway girls he’s never interested in, or easily make friend with the guys he doesn’t like.

Intensity:
His intensity varies from situation to situation. Although he has that flair, it was said that it was only a mere charade. His intensity is something that can be turned on and off. Whether it be, in battle or in a classic chatter. This is a very dangerous trait, the ability to stare death in the face.

Leadership:
He is not the most charismatic leader to walk the earth despite his flair. But he did not earn the nickname “Falcon” just by sitting on his ass. Falcon, the cool headed bird with the ability to see beyond the normal. The ability to see every aspect of the battlefield, whether it be on the field or cybernetically. This makes him a fearsome leader, even if his combat skills aren’t up to par with the others.

Perseverance:
It’s not over until its over. The fearsome mentality to keep going, even if your life is on the line. Never giving up and that’s what its all about. Falcon look ahead to the goal, if there is a chance he’ll take it. Now this does not mean he acts on rash and stupid decisions. But being Falcon, he sees all. There is always a will, retreating once in a battle, does not mean the war is over.

Steele Schneider Abillity: Using the steele Schneider as a blade in close combat, is not a problem for Ray. In fact he can use it quite well.

Hirenkyaku Adeptness: Falcon is quick, and being able to use to use the Flying screen step, allows him to move faster than the shinigami of his area. Of course since he is not very powerful, he is not able to catch up to the masters of this area, but at he is quick enough

Kugutsu dangan(Dummy Shot): A special ability that falcon himself invented. It is not a powerful one, but it takes quite the ability to master. By gathering slightly more resihi in his bow that normally. Falcon fires two arrows at almost simultaneous times, with a 0.8 second delay between the two. Heres the catch. The second arrow, is much weaker than the first powerful arrow. It hides in the shadow of the first arrow and can be slightly manipulated to change direction. Therefore it betrays the opponents sense of sequrity, and is much more likely to hit the enemy. Although it is not a powerful move, it is an effective one.

Even though Radioactive had single handedly annihilated the quincy race. There were still some survivor from that time. Fast forward into the future. Those survivors have managed to live for years. Under the radar, hidden from existence. Soon enough, birth was given to Ray.

Ray had been born in the United States, Georgia. When he was only 7 his parents had forced him to move from his happy home in the United States, to the third world country of the Dominican Republic. At first it wasn’t much of a problem. Due to him just moving to the country, he didn’t have to go to school. He practically just stayed at home reading books for an entire year.

His problems began to start after he just entered school at eight. The first problem, he had to go outside. Living in fear, he had to worry about not getting mugged, shot, robbed. For an eight year old, that’s quite the transition. The second problem, he had to learn a new language.

Learning a new language is difficult, but Ray had begun to speak it fluently after about a year. But of course, things weren’t always great. Ray had begun to get bullied at the age of nine. Why? He was an American kid with a bunch of lunch money on him, who wouldn’t want that? Ray would fight back, but with all the dozens of kids bullying him each and every day, he just had no chance.

Every day he would come home with a new set of bruises and cuts on him. When his parents began to see the scars set in, that’s when they decided to come clean. They told him all about how they were being hunted down by a bounty hunter (The bounty hunter had actually turned out to be a rogue shinigami), because of a crime they had committed in the past. Now a bounty was on their heads and they had to be on the run.

They told him about how he was a quincy, a special kind of family. Although this meant nothing to ray at the time, because he had no idea the quincy was an actual race. They apologized for never being home although he was sure they didn’t mean it. A few weeks later, Ray came home and his parents weren’t there again. They had begun to really disappear, and he was wondering where they were going. Never the less, needing minor first aid for another beating he had suffered in school, he had stumbled across a book. Inside he had found a pale white cross, he took it as something to wear for a necklace. Needing something to read, he was quite interested in the book. For it related to the story his parents had told him earlier. He could not believe what he had found inside the book though. A history, and instructions, or a beginners guide to being a quincy.

Given four months later, Ray had already known all about the spirit bow. The fact that he could conjure one up himself, from the white cross he had found inside the book; was proof in itself. He studied the book, but it had very limited information, and it did not help much.

Thanks to the new found powers he had, he did not only grow in strength with the bow. But in body as well, he had begun to look bulkier, more muscular, despite being a child. Being able to fend off the bullies in his school now, life was becoming much easier. Or so he thought. (Yes the cliché’ change of plot in a history is always required)

3 years later, he was now twelve years old. Coming home form school, he was now the popular kid. Not the old bullied child who always came home beat up. But, he came home to the death of his parents. Killed in cold blood by the rouge shinigami, the bounty hunter his parents had told him about. Soon the rougue shinigami had tried to get rid of the current witness, the kid.

Ray had actually put up a tremendous fight, with his quincy abilities. But it was not enough as the shinigami had eventually pinned him down. Cornered him like a mouse in a trap. The rogue though had taken pity on the pour child. Being cheated by his parents without knowing, and having the child show so much promise. She spared the childs life, only revealing to him how his parents were going to leave him. So that she herself would be thrown off of their trail.

Ray, having no where to go after this. Had began to felt conflicted, and the rogue shinigami had allowed him to live with her. This is where he began to earn the title “Falcon” Going with her to bounty hunter missions and learning every detail of fighting from her, he was becoming a pro. On bigger missions, Ray would be allowed to lead a squad. The squad always reigned successful, his leadership abilities were impeccable. But he could not kill people, he couldn’t bring himself to do it. So after doing some jobs, that did not involve him killing anybody. He told his master, the rouge shinigami that he could not continue.

Using the money that he had saved up from the different jobs and mission that he had gone on. He wired the money to a bank account located in japan. He soon moved there afterwards, never saying goodbye to the senpai that allowed him to live. For he feared she would come back to get him if he did say anything.

This had all happened at the age of 16. Arriving at japan, he already knew how to speak the language because he was preparing for this trip for a long time coming. He had purchased an apartment inside of karakura and lived there. He began attending a school near his apartment and was soon fluent in Japanese.

Now Japanese, speaking and looking like a native, Ray was going to attend karakura high school. Little did he know, his life was about to exchange.
