Custom Chaos Blast

  • Name: Charged Blast
  • User Type: Hybrid Form
  • Effects: The Charged Blast is similiar to the normal chaos blast but its 20x more powerful than the normal chaos blast.It paralyze those who makes contact with it, but it must hit its chest to paralyze the enemy.The paralyze period is only 1 post.It needs a large amount of chaos energy to use it.At first, the user needed to charge it up the charged blast for 2/3 post.The user can still attack the enemy while waiting for it to charge.Then the user can fire out the charged blast.The charged blast can be charged fired only from hand or finger.
  • Notes: This charged blast can be learned by only Hybrid form.

Okay well. About this Paralysis, does it have to entirely hit the enemy? If it hits a certain part of the body is that paraylazed? Add some detail to this man.
