I FOUND THE GUY'S PROBLEM!
>Windows XP
>Internet Explorer
Do NOT view this site in internet explorer. Please, for the love of all that is pure, use Chrome, Opera or Firefox to get on this site. Internet explorer is one the SHITTIEST browsers you can use. Also, your CPU may be shitting out on you if it's maxing 90% on this site. Like I said before, I've been on a FUCKING SINGLE CORE computer and it ran the site NO PROBLEM.
And for the love of god, you should also try uninstalling Windows XP and upgrading to Windows 7 before you start getting crabby. That damn OS is over 10 years old, it's time to upgrade bro.
Also, again, STOP USING INTERNET EXPLORER!
Please download Chrome if you want to view the site it's in best.

Honestly? I think the treatment I've gotten for making this thread has warranted me getting crabby. Thank you Frost for actually offering insight.
In any case, it was definitely IE. Chrome runs the site just fine. I prefer IE, but I'm not above having multiple browsers for silly things- I use Firefox solely to so I can be logged in as myself and the app account on my forum at the same time. I'll just run this on Chrome from now on, I suppose.
