The Tsuineda Clan The_structure_within_X_3D_by_zour
The symbol above came from how their Twin Bows formed before maturing fully. They start out as what you see in the symbol before extending four shafts outward in a "X" shape.

Description
The Tsuineda-Buzoku is a clan of a special kind of Quincy that has their own signature ability such as the Tsuineda Technique and the Kaunta-Atakku, Umeko's field of mastery. Due to their remoteness in location and practices, the organizations, even Shadin's Yuudeshi Network has a hard time locating them directly and research about them, despite descriptions from other ambassadors. As always, they converged and live in a palace in the outskirts of Kyoto, although they referred it as a mansion instead. To get to the palace, there is a private road leading off the skyway between Kyoto and Tokyo and due to being deep in the protected forest, it comes to no wonder why they are so difficult to find. Of course there is a special passage that only the Tsuineda-Buzoku would know about that connects them directly to Kyoto so the clan can make quick trips for shopping and to Karakura for school.

Often times, they are viewed as strictly conservative about who they are and what they should do, but not all of them are conservative as there are the Practitioners who viewed themselves as Defenders of Japan while the more common Traditionalists viewed themselves as a noble family who only defends their best interest. They are generally very close to other clan members and will get vengeful if their Atotori was murdered. The most notable of their talents was their dedication to their archery, earning their honorable mentioning in every archery tournament, Umeko was one of the last year's finalists before she injured herself from a surprise encounter with a Hollow on her way to the stadium in Tokyo. Another piece of their contribution was their investments in medical clinics, including the Kurosaki's Medical Clinic in Karakura. The best way to tell which one is a Tsuineda from an average quincy was their preference in using Red and Black over Blue and White as their color while they are more regal in appearance due to their natural taste for luxury and peaceful surroundings.

Plot
As part of the clan of Quincy, you are either in training or already a Seigyoki. From there you can choose to be a Traditionalist who focused more on the interest of the clan or a Practitioner who focused more in the interest of their potential allies, the Yayjuu, the Vizard Corp, Force Feeback or the Gotei 13. The downside is that the Traditionalists are not popular with their old allies mentioned before while the Practitioners are so few and less capable than the more prepared Traditionalists. Most often the Practitioners will be in a heated debate with the Traditionalists when some left the clan to follow their moral values. On the common side of the two sub-groups, they both have a grudging alliance with the Ishida Family and they will be reluctant at first to help an Ishida, but they are bound to aid any Ishida when needed while they also share the same enemies as the average Quincy; Hollows, Arrancars and Demons. When it comes to that point, both Practitioners and Traditionalists will delay their inevitable debate to make things a bit more quieter for them to shout at each other later on.

If wanting to be part of Umeko's side of the family, it is possible to ask UHCM via PM for a spot as Umeko's Husband or children (providing that Umeko has a husband to have children with.)

Special Skills
Tsuineda Technique: (Twin Bow) The technique that defined the Tsuineda-Buzoku as it was capable of greater power than the average Quincy, a tad slower than the average, but its unique ability was its explosive impact and multiple releases simultaneously. Comparing to a material weapon, the Tsuineda is comparable to a dozen archers firing at the same time while bunched up. Though the accounts of how it is attained was shrouded in the same mystery as its methods that made it work. In the Traditionalist method, the Tsuineda was done by osmosis, or instinctively through rigorous training from the Seigyoki to Menba-zu for years. When finally attained, the Menba-zu practiced the technique for an additional amount of years until they became experienced (Adept) with it. By that time, they would already become adults and sworn an oath to become the Seignyoki. From there, the Seigyoki can choose to specialize in a skill like Umeko specializing in Kaunta-Atakku.
--------Beginner Level: Only attacks twice per round and only be effective up to Tier 3.
--------Adept Level: Attacks three times per round and only be effective up to Tier 2.
--------Advanced Level: Attacks four times per round and only be effective up to Tier 1.
--------Master Level: Attacks five times per round and can be effective against anyone.

Kaunta-Atakku: (Counter-Attack) Invented and mastered by the Current Hishi-no-Buzoku, Umeko Tsuineda, this attack was used to reverse attacks back to the attacker. As demonstrated, Umeko managed to destroy a hollow with its own cero by shooting her reishi arrow directly the opposite direction into the cero, causing the arrow to absorb the cero as it travels to the attacker. By the time it gets to the attacker, the arrow is supplied with its cero, including Umeko's powerful arrow exploded on impact, destroying the hollow completely while completely dissipating the reishi in the air with the explosion, implying that it can also be used to alleviate environment-based and area-based effects upon impact.
--------Beginner Level: Able to counter Tier 4 attacks while removes effects of Tier 3 modifiers.
--------Adept Level: Able to counter Tier 3 attacks while removes effects of Tier 2 modifiers.
--------Advanced Level: Able to counter Tier 2 attacks while removes effects of Tier 1 modifiers.
--------Master Level: Able to counter Tier 1 attacks while removes effects of Tier 0 modifiers.

Sukai-Kataki: (Sky Foe) Despite its name, it is a technique that allowed the Tsuineda Quincy to fire multiple arrows all at once rather than a quick succession like most Quincy, however it exhausts them after use, rendering them unable to use their Twin Bow for three rounds. The original use of it was to completely annihilate a massive group of airborne Hollows in one attempt, coining the name of this attack. Traditionally, this attack is used for ground-to-air combat during an invasion by Hollows, but some of the Tsuineda Quincy can use it for air-to-ground combat when in higher grounds. Often times, children confused them for shooting stars, but to a trained eye, they can tell they are arrows from a Quincy.
--------Beginner Level: Can only fire two arrows (2) at once.
--------Adept Level: Can fire four arrows (4) at once.
--------Advanced Level: Can fire sixteen arrows (16) at once.
--------Master Level: Can fire two-hundred, fifty-six arrows (256) at once.

Jeet Kun Do: (Inspired from Bruce Lee) Unlike most Quincy who relied so much on their archery, the Tsuineda's archery is overall slower, but more powerful than the traditional, so the Tsuineda utilized Bruce Lee's martial arts style to cover the basis of close quarter combat. The rigorous training stacking with their Quincy style of Hoho can make them very versatile fighters due to their ability to fight in both ranged and close quarter combat. When using the Seele Schneider, they are also able to use them as effectively as a sword rather than a back-up weapon or an arrow, despite the Tsuineda's preference in using their archery.
--------Beginner Level: The style is very clumsy and it is only made up with striking in quick succession.
--------Adept Level: The style is practiced while it can evade attacks in quick succession.
--------Advanced Level: The style is refined and it can counter attack any quick enemy in quick succession.
--------Master Level: They are capable of disabling or disarming opponents in quick succession.

Ranks
Korou: (Title: Elders | Honorific: "-Korou") Former Headmaster/Headmistress and/or former regulators who once served before the time of the heir/heiress, but retired after the coronation of the heir/heiress. Traditionally, the Elder is the most influential rank of the Tsuineda Clan, as the job for them is to advise other Tsuineda Quincy and aid the Hishi in negotiations. Typically, they usually be present with the Hishi during meetings with ambassadors and someone who is going to meet the Hishi directly. Despite their high-end power over the clan, they still have to listen to the Hishi and obey the final answer to any decision that the Hishi made.

Hishi-no-Buzoku: (Title: Head of Clan | Honorific: "-Hishi") The leader of the clan and the person who decides on what to do. Under advisement of the Korou, the Hishi ruled over everything from alliances to teachings of the clan. Usually, the Hishi is at their prime in power and only fight when the Seigyoki are being overwhelmed (which is very rare) or when the Hishi has to defend themselves (even more rare due to the number of Seigyoki.) But like others, the Hishi will eventually lose power over the years.

Atotori: (Title: Heir/Heiress | Honorific: "-Ato") Traditionally, the Atotori is the grandchild of the Hishi, leaving the child of the Hishi to be the regent if the Hishi has died prematurely. However, if no grandchild is produced or all grandchildren are killed, the Hishi is forced to appoint a child of a Seigyoku to be the new Atotori. Umeko Tsuineda was the example of an Atotori who was born with the right that made her the Hishi-no-Buzoku due to being the grandchild of the past Hishi-no-Buzoku. Usually, the Atotori was the most protected person in the clan and never once in their history that an Atotori was assassinated, thus demonstrated how effective the protection was.

Seigyoki: (Title: Regulator | Honorific: -Yoki) They are primarily the guards and instructors in the clan and as such, they are responsible for the survival of the Tsuineda Clan and the capabilities of future Regulators. All of the adults (other than the Hishi, Atotori and the Korou) are considered Regulators, thus making the Korou very plentiful in regards to their role; if considering the number, seeing all of the Korou in the same room as the Hishi would prove to be a bad idea to upset them. Their prime priority was to ensure the survival of the Atotori before the survival of the Hishi because if the Atotori was killed, it is believed their clan's future will be sealed because of that death unless provided a new Atotori. To an extent, the Seigyoki will always protect the mother bearing the new Atotori. Humorously, Umeko was one of the many Hishi who bore children of their own during their reign, so no doubt the comments from the ambassadors would be similar to..."When I only wanted to talk to the leader, I am facing the whole family instead." Regardless of birthrights and special accommodation, the children of the Hishi will still be considered a Seigyoki, just they are more protected than the other Seigyoki.

Menba-zu: (Title: Members | Honorific: "-San", "-Chan", "-Kun", but to those outside the clan will have to refer them as "-Zu") Primarily, they are the children and grandchildren of the Clan who are currently in training to be the new line of Seigyoki. Traditionally, the Menba-zu is second priority to the Seigyoki, leaving the Hishi-no-Buzoku to be third priority, which can cause some concerns to those outside the clan. Some of the Menba-zu can protect themselves, but they are often not trained enough to be as effective as the Seigyoki.
