Personality: An easy going,easy to stand,easy to like kind of guy. could be noted as calm, easing into every situation by assessing everything around him,making him a pretty smart guy. Witty. Known to make jokes and remarks about the more serious of situations. He reacts toward others as a bit of a loner until contacted. He is formally disgusted toward internet talk. Such as "Pwn,Fail,Epic,ect.". And his only major upset of a quality is his flirting toward the opposite sex.

Appearance: He had slender silver hair that descended down to his shoulders in a wild,spiked fashion. Gentle,yet transetic silver hues that stared calmly in the face of death. Almost concealed by medicated transitional glasses of a thin frame. Skin of a gentle milk chocolate complexion,and little facial hair.He usually dressed in a loose fitting beige jacket opened to reveal a simple white shirt. A beige and black beret, and red,fine fitting pants for freedom of movement,flexibility. He wore fingerless black gloves with a white and onyx charm embedded into the right. A saphire and crimson charm embedded into the left.Ofcourse,his outfit is liable to change.


History/Background: He was an average kid. Nothing too heartbreaking or trouble filled about his life. He hadn't known his father,as he was murdered months before Kami was born. But he did have a kind,gentle mother whom prompted him to study tirelessly, and constantly trained his memorizing skills. As such when he aged to 9,he had little to no problem understanding,comprehending,and memorizing all of the information in his fathers journal. This information allowed him to reach his Quincy powers and sharply raise his spirit aptitude, He had learned that speed,focus,and manipulation of reishei was key to success of your average Quincy. As such, he focused training as he aged on that aspect. The result was impressive. Straight A's in school, and unparalleled adaptivity skills on the battle field. Recent bouts with hollows have taught him that he needed to learn more than just a plain arrow shot; So he now spends his time trying to learn new techniques. In addition: He is the owner of his fathers Company. And at his young age: HE runs such with little fault.Increasing productivity by 12% since he arrived.

Bow: It took the form of twin hand bows. The likes fitted against his palm,and expressed a speed-over-power reform. Activated with a flick of his index fingers

Bow powers: The two bows can bind to create a blackened long bow. The likes lowered speed whilst increasing the power of it's shots.

Tool: tools of his fathers invention called: "Macro cross"'s. These were wristlets of sorts of four different emerald-esque crosses. Crimson ruby,aqua saphire,Black onyx,and white ivory.

Tool powers: Each cross gave a critical strike to an opposing enemy whilst changing the colors of Seto's arrows. The black ignored the hierro of hollows,allowing him to pierce them if he couldn't otherwise. The white absorbed the reitsu around a shinigami before striking. The red increased and condensed powers of Seto's arrows, And the blue promoted the absorption of reishie.

Final Form: As seto was usually seen in a suit: The only difference would be his bow and glasses. His bows were now black and white gloves. The black sporting a golden dragon on the back of it whilst the white sported one of fine silver. His glasses obtained a black tint in his right lense.

Final form power: HE can now "Percieve" at a godly rate,Seeing his enemies abilities and whatnot in his right lense based on the spiritual essence they give off. His gloves allowed him physichal enhancements to match that of a captain whilst being able to mix the powers of his spirit tools at will.

RR Sample: He would pant,a hand gently supporting his weight against a sturdy oak. 8 hours had passed since he began training. This was amazing progress to him,seeing as it meant he could gather,solidify,and released arrows for about 4 of those 8 hours. He rose once his breath had caught up to his still pace while his onyx arrow broke up into reishi particles, resting as an ornament on his wrist. He prompted an index to gently slide up his thin-framed glasses with a nod. Resting too is as important then training, He turned to walk toward his home, the same index used to slide up his glasses leaving to flick his beret from a nearby tree branch onto his head. "I suppose this is more than enough for the moment." He would mumble. Leaving behind him a field of scattered holes,fallen and crushed rock,and barely wounded trees showcasing that he learned to manipulate the strength of an arrow. With a tap of his right foot,and a turn of his heel: He would leave. Resting had to be done at a later date,for he had a company to run.

Next, your personality is short by three sentences. Please put in more lines to have it permissible. Same thing applies with the History. Add one more paragraph.
The powers need to be explained much more. Can the black arrow pierce through ALL hierro? How much damage can each arrow do in general (in terms of durability skill rank), how much reishi is absorbed by a blue arrow?

And lastly, NO FINAL FORM yet...
