Personality:

Mephisto is fairly sadistic towards other humans, often taking their pain as absolutely hilarious or fun. He finds that humans are taking too much pleasure in doing things that they view are wrong, and calls them stupid for it. He feels that there is no proof in the world, so if humans view suffering, sadness, and pain as evil, then why do they cause and feel it, why not just make that the new good.

Mephisto follows no religions because he has come to the conclusion that it is impossible to pick the right one, so he chose not to pick any. Due to not having a religion, and believing that it is impossible to know for sure what is good or evil, he chose to live a life as a psychopath, and when he is called evil or cruel, he asks the person calling him so to define what is evil and cruel, and to prove that what he is doing is evil or cruel, because to him, it is good, and he will only think otherwise if he is proven so. He is always seen as a happy person because of this, always making even the saddest moments in life seem like a wonderful thing. He doesn't really care about peoples lives, and often tells them that if they die, it's quite possible they could be happier that way, so they should thank him. Due to coming to the understanding of there being no proof in the world, he considers all beings as equal in the world, and has found balance on earth, even if his sadistic behaivior isn't very "Kind".

Mephisto is also fairly intelligent, having a mind like a chess player, always ahead of the game. He pretends to know whats going on most the time, and also pretends to know more then he does, thus confusing his enemies into telling him things. He isn't one to show off his smarts, more so just uses them as an everyday thing. Mephisto is really hard to figure out because of his high intelligence and non-beliefs, and thus, is able to confuse people into believing he is on their side.

Mephisto loves sweets, ice cream, cookies, anything with sugar, and it seems to be all he eats most the time, however, he must eat other things because he doesn't seem to be unhealthy or even weak. When in his house eating, he is often seen with a plate of cookies or cake for breakfast, lunch and/or dinner.

Mephisto is a HUGE pervert, often using his invisibility powers to hide himself in the girls locker room. He will also often touch girls innopropriately such as slapping their ass's or groping them, and then turning invisible and running off without being caught. He is a real prankster with his powers, and has alot of fun with them as well.

Appearance:


Mephisto has a very odd apperance, fairly sharp teeth in his mouth and always smiling with them. His eyes have dark bags under them that seem to be a blueish colour matching his pupils. He has shoulder length blue hair which is parred on both sides with a middle peice of hair going down the middle of his face. He has a pointy gotee, and his skin is pasty white with a hint of colour. He has pointy ears that seem almost not human.

He wears a rather lage white top hat on his head with what seems to be a large candy around the red ribbon. He wears a pink ascot with white dots and overtop he wears a long white coat with a white cape, purple inside which has a collar that reaches up to the top of his neck in the back. He holds his white coat together with pink buttons and wears a red shirt underneath his coat. He wears white pants and long red and pink striped socks on his feet with white loafers. His cuffs on his coat have spiral designs on them. He wears purple gloves on his hands and his cape is held together to his coat by a white strap that has a gold pin on the end.

Power Development Stage 1 Appearance:
No Changes are made to him unless he uses his one ability of invisibility, where he has no appearance.

Power Development Stage 1 Abilities:

Invisibility: Mephisto has the capability of turning him, and anything he touches, completely invisible, however, his reiatsu/spiritual pressure can still be sensed, so anyone who can sense it well could find him despite him being invisible. He can stay invisible for 3 posts, and then needs to recharge for 2 posts before using it again, however, if he cuts his invisibility short, he only needs to recharge for 1 post.

Candy Man: Mephisto has the power to create any form of sugary substance that is in his memory into his hand. This is not an offensive or defensive skill, it is simply for fun and allows him to eat sugary foods whenever he wishes. He has eaten just about any type of candy you can think of, and all he has to do is imagine it, and it will appear in his hand, however, he can only do this with candy.

Focus: By smacking his fists together and closing his eyes, Mephisto can focus his chi, allowing him to double his strength and speed. This can also be added to his awakened form ability, meaning he can become 8 times as fast as he was to begin with, and 4 times as strong as he was to begin with while in awakened form, however, focus only lasts for approximately 3 posts, and he needs to recharge for 7 posts afterwards, however, still keeps the bonus strength and speed from his awakened state, he just loses this abilities add on.

Power Development Stage 2 Appearance:
Power Development Stage 2 Abilities:
Mephisto's abilities more so base around his Chi, so he doesn't focus as much on his regular powers, meaning all he can do is turn invsible and create candy, everything else is simply Chi based. Please note that just because he has no stage 2, does not mean hes any weaker then someone with stage 2, he simply doesn't need it.


Chi Powers:

Universal Tools: Chi Energy can be transfered into objects following complicated spells, rituals or other methods which can give birth to miraculous items that posses massive spiritual power on their own. For example, previous Fully Awakened Humans have created powerful weapons, items and tools for new generations to use that can have many different abilities, powers and effects. It's all up to the user how they create the tool.

Yang Surge: Most people on Earth call it this, but a Yin Surge is a powerful blast of white light that is released from your body's life energy. It can take any kind of shape you wish, however, upon hitting something it will not only do large scale damage similar to a Grand Rey Cero, but it can even accelerate energy across a 2000 meter area in order to make some people or objects more vibrant, bright and a general sense of upward energy is felt in the effected area. When this happens, it can increase the users own powers for a period of three post. Not only that, but if a soul is killed by this, the chances of them becoming a hollow is lessened greatly.

Yin Surge: As to be expected, a Yin Surge is the exact opposite of a Yang Surge. When this attack is used a powerful blast of black light that is released from your body's life energy. It to can take the shape of whatever you wish and cause massive damage, but in it's effective area of 2000 meters it can cause a mass silence within the area, deep darkness to be visibility seen and an overall slowed feeling. When this happens, the users abilities will be boosted just like the Yang Surge.

Geppo: Being that there powers somewhat evolve around the Yin and Yang, moon step would be their form of flash step, high speed movement where in the case of tier you will be able to keep up with the Shinigami's flash step. Yuèqiú bù thought does have one thing that is different from the Shinigami's flash step because it makes no noise.

Vindeca "Heal": Using Chi in order to get their bodies to the best shape as possible, using the chi flowing in there own bodies they are able to regenerate faster then the normal human beings this doesn't mean their bodies heal instantly, it's almost like the Shinigami, there bodies can heal faster then normal humans can, this doesn't pertain to any injuries like a cut off limb, they cannnot regenerate a arm or a thumb or anything, these are flesh wounds to the body.

Tekkai "Iron Mass": Training themselves as much as possible along with the Chi in their own bodies they have formed a almost 'perfect' body where their muscles are so close together that they have higher endurance then the normal human, also with using this they are able to form Chi on their own skin, this is constantly active, and is a lot like the Arrancar's own Hierro.


Awakened Appearance:

Mephisto takes the form of a tiny version of himself, standing at the height of 2'5, but 3'5 with his top hat and weighs approximately 25 pounds. His shoes change from white loafers to red pointy shoes as well, and gets a couple gold strings on his coat, along with a golden paw pendant with red and blue jewels in them.

Awakened Powers:

Enhanced Speed and Strength: When in his awakened form, Mephisto's speed is increased to 4 times what it was before. Despite his small legs, he can move them at such speeds that it seems like the road runners legs, almost cartoony. Despite his small body, Mephisto is twice as strong as he was before, being able to lift approximately 350 pounds.

Flight: By concentrating his Chi, Mephisto has the capability of lifting himself off the ground no matter where he is, allowing him to fly around at the same speeds he can run at, and is able to fight whilst in the air as well. He has the capability of flying for a maximum of 5 posts straight without touching the ground, however, if he touches the ground and rests for 30 seconds, he can once again fly for another 5 posts. He is also able to use Geppo while flying as well.

Mind Vision: Mephisto has the capability of seeing anything within 300 metres of himself just by closing his eyes. He feels even the slightest vibrations and echos that bounce off the trees. Once he feels even the slightest bit of a vibration and/or an echo, he has the capability of making a picture in his mind in a split second, making it easy to find anyone close to him.

Background:

Mephisto was born in a small town outside Karakura. He came from a German family which were in Japan when he was born. At birth he had already known Chi, due to being an evolved human in the tough times. His parents were told that his eyes seemed rather dark and his ears were rather pointy as well, but his parents didn't care about that, they simply loved him.

Mephisto at a young age already began learning how to use his Chi, and at the age of 8, he already managed to learn how to use Yang Surge at half power, and Yin Surge at full power, however, he would often go to wide open fields where no one could see him to practise. He had no teacher who taught him to use it, he simply knew. Mephisto also managed to learn Geppo when he was 10, and soon mastered it at just 3 months of training.

Mephisto knew all about his Chi capabilities, but also learned that he had other powers, the ability to turn invisible, and he often used this to cause mischeif around town. As a 16 year old, he often used it to sneak into the girls locker room, and was never caught either, due to the students not being spiritually aware enough to find him. He would often ask for extra dessert and was told by his mother not to eat too much or he'll get fat, but he assured he that he wouldn't.

Mephisto was top of his class all the time, and it was hard for him to make friends since he often called people idiots or stupid. He did have some friends that he hung with, but no one really close to him. He graduated with straight A's though, and was fairly popular despite not having many friends, he was just the person you wanted to be, smart, cunning, and fairly decent looks, except for his ears and eyes.

Mephisto moved out on his own and moved to Karakura, where he continued to cause mischeif, but not as often. He would often play Chess with people to pass the time, but mostly just liked to mess with peoples heads. He was sitting one day on a bench with his hands behind his head, he realised he needed a job, and could easily get one due to his intelligence, however, he no longer needed one after what happened next. He stepped into a store and bought some things before seeing lottery tickets, which for some reason, made him want to buy one. He didn't usually buy them because he figured the odds were against him, but he figured he should test his luck, and low and behold, he won a whopping 4 million dollars. Mephisto now had nothing to worry about in life. He gave his parents 1.5 million and still visits them at times. He lives in a simple house despite his wealth, but it has a great lawn and deck. He bought plenty of fancy clothes and enjoys wearing them for comfort.

Later on, Mephisto managed to learn his Chi abilities to their fullest potential, as well as his candy making abilities too. He learned how to use his awakened state and even mastered the abilities in there after years of training. He now stands at the age of 25.
