» Summary:
For Hoho upgrade, I would like it to be placed back at its previous adept rank. It is a skill Tento often uses in combat when kido defense isn't an option by itself and requires more mobility. He uses it a moderate amount in a fight and more depending in the ic circumstances. He has no super special used of it in character but he has a frequent use of it where he has shown a comforting level with it to the point where he can do it without stumbling as well multiple times in a short time span fine. He doesn't really use any simple variations as I don't know any ooc but the proficiency in adept is where I see him at right now.
