Clear the Path! [Nao, Tento]

It was an absolute mess but they could not keep their heads down, the people of Soul Society were enduring and even if they were not the Sawachika were! With so many of her family members injured or incapacitated, the responsibility fell to her and Nao wasn't going to let her family's honour down. These strong bodies of theirs were made for this task and so after she had escaped that stuffy assembly with her father, Nao hit the streets to start clearing the debris.

"Hyah!"

While she was eager to try and collect as many of this was that was still of some kind of potential use. There was those that were beyond salvaging and they are what her hands broke down to get rid of it. Each one of these movements refining her hakuda. This was training, with each attempt she extended her reiatsu through the object to try and reduce it to dust so that the rocks could be swept away as dust. It wouldn't do the have to carry such useless materials far.

She was not quiet in her efforts but any were welcome to help, or they could just watch. Nao didn't expect all these people to just help her out. They probably had a lot on their mind and so she made her way through the streets hard at work in an independent clean up effort.

No rest for the righteous. The wicked didn't sleep and neither did the impact of their actions. The Gotei United was disbanded and the Rukongai was in a turmoil never before seen by Tento. He may have not been gotei anymore but he was still a Shinigami. And these were still souls that needed his help.

Despite not being under her, Kanae Nagoshi order to go out and hunt hollows a week ago was still active for him. It made sense after all. If hollows were present and causing hiim, and he had the power to stop it, why would it stand to the side? So in the aftermath of finding himself unemployed, he split his time. Aiding in the training of friends that reached out to him, patrolled districts that seemed to lack protection in comparison to others, and gave his aid helping clean up and rebuild homes. What was all that muscle and stamina if he was afraid of a bit of work right?

Normally he was the only one he saw on most days, the stress and chaos for many Shinigami making helping others a side issue. Cant help someone else if you cant help yourself after all. But today, he saw someone else as he turned a corner. Hearing kais being thrown with enthusiasm as he heard the sound rocks being destroyed. A red headed spunky chick as the culprit. Nao.

Tento could see the determination etched across Nao's face as she worked tirelessly, her muscles rippling with each powerful movement. The streets of Soul Society were in disarray, ans the Rukongai was even worse than that. But the spirit of its people remained unbroken. Tento admired her resolve; if the Sawachika noble were all like her then their family's honor was safe in her hands. He could see they were respected even with their humble reputation.

Not being one to sit and gawk while there was work to do he walked towards her. He saw the precision in her hakuda, each strike shattering debris into fine dust. She was refining her skills even in the midst of chaos. Tento couldn’t help but be impressed by her dedication. He knew the importance of training, of pushing oneself to grow stronger. It was something he lived by. One that he needed to do more in given his recent failures…

Without a word, Tento joined her. His tall figure casting a long shadow as he moved beside Nao, his hands reaching out to lift the heavier pieces of rubble. His reiatsu flared, and with a single motion, he crushed a large boulder into fine particles, adding to the dust that Nao was creating. “Room for one more, Nao?” he said, his voice calm yet strong. Bending down, he lifted a large piece of wood that needed to be moved. It was surprisingly in great condition.

Who was this guy and how did he know her name? Aha, she understood. He must've heard about her from reputation. Yes, she is well known for her martial prowess and many other good traits. Perhaps rumours of her exist for traits that she isn't thinking about in them, such as her short stature, large assets, and other features. Nao will blissfully remain ignorant of that.

"Aha, of course there is always room for people that wish to help the Soul Society recover. We may be broken but we will fill the cracks in with gold and come back even greater!"

Nao would not have her spirits crushed but company only made this task go faster. This will allow them to get twice as much work done between the two. There can be no greater show of bonds than that in the current situation.
