Reluctant Encounters [Junichiro, Shura, Tento]

Perhaps Shura was right, the antics that Tento sensed from this man was not worth it. But with how prideful he was and his life. there were a few things that irritated the calm giant. Disrespect, shiftment of responsibility and accountability, and arrogance to name a few. Not only was this upturned nose and lack of regard for civility that Tento was trying to give to him as a fellow Shinigami was teetering on that path going on, but disrespect to the 4th, his division and thus his comrades who bled on the front lines. Time and time again the Gotei seemed to look down at them. Just brutes. Just idiots. Just fighters with no intellectual property or thoughts beyond, ‘hit good’. As Shura gave a dismissive wave Tento let his tongue poke inside his left check as he gaze down giving a thought before stopping.

Tento returned the bow slightly before standing back up. “Remember, a guard dog stays with people who need to be protected. Foul mouthed as she be, I know for sure she won't run away and leave my back open”, Tento spoke in a calm but quite a quickly forming firm voice. “Mr…Junichiro was it? I ask that you remember the respect of rank, outside of your own division as well. The kido corps are quite professional soldiers, and I expect the same from you”, Tento said, giving no outright mockery of the man's behavior or language so far beyond what was said. He was not calling the man a coward as he didn't know him personally, but he was not quite content to let comments about one of the 4ths core duties getting spat at go by.

Misunderstanding?? Ganging up on a fledgling Shinigami that is simply trying to deliver supplies? Why the gall of this…this..

He wanted to let w bit of anger out, but the growing roughness of his 3rd seat that kept him focus on a bigger picture at hand. Not causing a scene and potentially having someone get hurt; very badly. After shura had appeared and Junichiro's words Tento would appear on the other side of the man. One of the few people in the training field right now not on their knees from Shura's pulse of her spiritual pressure. A light yet firm hand grasped the hand that went up to his face.

Things needed to pulled back a bit.

Tento eyes narrowed. He spoke to Shura but his face and voice was clearly speaking to someone else. “Let's not waste our time. Other things are worthy of the dedication”. Tento then spoke more clearly. His voice rising up in firmness as his will was unleashed in ever utterance of his voice."Professionalism?", he echoed, his voice dripping with sarcasm. "You think this is about only professionalism? This is about respect. Something you clearly lack."

Tento would continue, brining his hand down in an attempt to guide his 3rd seats hand away from the growing…child of a Shinigami's face. "Respect is earned, not demanded. And if you want it you give it. From the moment you have entered. I hqve nothing but childish remarks and passive aggressive comments. That has no room for the Gotei. Especially in my division”, he retorted, his voice steady despite the tension in the air.

"And threatening your own comrades isn't the way to earn it." Tento did aid, having to acknowledge what he dislike from his own side. But he could not blame her, he was reaching his point as well.

“A medic has value. You are a Shinigami. Sp are we. BUT. Do not. Disrespect your comrades. That is a common sense standard. You have no idea what it means to be part of this division," he hissed. "We protect each other, we fight for each other. And we don't tolerate disrespect from anyone, especially not from someone like you. You who come into our home and judge with no experience with the men and women you are talking to".

Tento, who had been watching the silently, but he was quite done now. "You have done enough today. Leave. Unless you wish to spar. Otherwise, another medic will be requested to aid in this matter from now on due to ‘personal differences’ ”.

If Shura, hopefully had remained calm so far and hasn't squeezed thr guys shoulder off. He would lean down into her ear and attempt to whisper. “I know the anger you feel. But This isn't the way to handle this. You're on ice with a already… do not let him make you commit a mistake".
