Godly Ordained Right (Helle/Open)

And the world shook.

To the average citizen, fear would become abundant, lives would be disheveled. Again? They would frantically think. Is this another attack? Has Ichigo returned? The Gotei? The Hollow? The bright sky bore down on them, the sun in the sky vibrating and humming, its excellence undisturbed by the notion of ruination. The ants underneath it are but that.

However, one foot found purchase on the crystalline road that paved the way, and the world stilled. Every body that knew of her felt it, the overbearing sensation that announces her presence everywhere she goes. Rich and sultry, the air tasted of pure unadulterated excellence, Reishi enriched by her very soul.

Her next step through the city gates open.

And the next brought her home, finally.

Helle has returned to the City of Lights.

She had left Ninsianna behind, for childlike glee forced her to move faster than necessary, the excess pool of Reishi she used slowly dwindling into the atmosphere as her own high made it impossible to control herself. With a deep breath, she took in the ocean air, its salty twinge tickling her nose. Emerald eyes focused on the people around her, their eyes frozen on the armored Goddess who had once graced their streets daily. It is these people that brought out a strange shyness from the giant blonde, leaving her suddenly boastful and full of spirit.

However, like Moses and the Red Sea, as Helle moved forward, the people simply parted. Some things never change, do they?

Icy pin pricks of fear shocked her senses as she was merely going about her day before it felt like hell was to descend upon them once again. She was here this time, trying to get panicked citizens to orderly move to safety as she pushed herself toward the source of the pressure, but something about it and the presence it carried grew familiar by the second, until she was close enough to finally put a name to it - and to ease her nerves. Almost in disbelief, her footfalls grew hurried as she carried herself to the gate, pushing through the growing crowd, the uniformed Sternritter's hastened footsteps coming to a crawl as her eyes met what her other senses cried to her.

It was Helle. She was back, and in better spirits from what she could tell.

"Helle.." A final spurt of disbelief left her lungs as she'd gently shake her head, and approach her. The well of emotion she felt for the return of someone she considered a boss, a comrade, and a friend to fret over, couldn't be put into words - she allowed it to color her gaze.

"You're back, y-you're okay, you're better than okay-" The overwhelm almost made her drop her words, but she steadied herself, gifting her an earnest smile, "...Welcome back, it's good to see ya."

Hmm? Someone approached her. The sensation, familiar yet bolder, brought a small smile to her face. Emerald eyes turned to the voice that called out to her, taking in the person before her. It is a familiar face, a friend, one might add.

"Liltotto," Helle greeted, her voice gentle but as strong as the fiercest of winds. A proudness could be felt just from the blonde's stance alone. There was little need to revoice her status, for it is evident for any her view of visage.

"How are you?"

Though she greeted her return with a smile, it soured a bit with such a simple question, that 'how are you?' was something a typical person couldn't even begin to cover if they were in her shoes, especially with a sizable amount of onlookers. They'd just been given a frighten after a whole lot of scares and terrors, she wasn't interested in placing a block of lost faith of their frontliners atop an already concerningly high pile of blunders.

"Y'know, same ol' same ol' - could be better, could be worse," She'd state with a shrug of the shoulders, making a 'should we get away from here?' gesture or two, enough to communicate but minor enough to not seem strange to the crowd, "But lookit you, all tall and strong and glowing, wow a trip away really did it for you... What'd you go off to do?"

Preferably without getting into the troubled times, her eyes quietly begged.

Well, for starters, Helle would have called out Liltotto's bullshit if not for the eyes around them. After everything that's happened, even Helle knew that many are probably in complete dumps. However, she's here because of that. She's here to finally do her job and save her people from their downtrodden realities.

"I understand, Liltotto. Then, let us be on our-"

A man approached, his presence undeniably Shinigami. However, his casual demeanor spoke more than the Zanpakuto at his waist. Instinctively, Helle found herself wanting to shoo the man, but he spoke Liltotto's name with casual familiarity, pausing her rising hand.

"A friend of yours, Lil?" She'd ask, raising a brow as she looked between the two. Mmm...

Nah, she doesn't see it. Liltotto has better tastes than this scrawny man. However, Helle smirked, putting her hands on her waist, understanding the incomprehensible nature of the human heart.

Of course she was willing to discuss current going-ons, good or bad, but she didn't want to say anything potentially damning of their perception to the citizenry, especially so casually. Her senses pricked with an icy touch; a shinigami? Was one coming by to cause trouble - no, no, she knew this one... Her calm face kept back the reflexive desire to express both relief yet amicable annoyance, she didn't even need to hear him call her name to know he wasn't paying attention to what was going on, probably engrossed in -

She looked at the pale man - one earbud out and a book for him to shove his nose in, clearly while walking.

Yup. That's what she expected.

"Hello Akira," Her bored tone quickly spilled out the greeting, turning back to face Helle, "He's n... He's a comrade. New recruit, getting adjusted to the city."

Facing back to Akira, with a hinting look in tow, she'd address his casual demeanor, "Akira, this is Helle Armstrong, Director of the Sternritter; she's been away for a little. But, I guess the introduction shouldn't be necessary - her presence speaks for itself."

They both squabble like children, one trying his best to seem appropriate while the other had nothing but annoyance laced behind her good intentions. Finding it all too appropriate and fitting, Helle's expression lightened before she huffed in adoration. Though, lost in her own fascinations, a hand on her own chin as her eyes closed, imagery of an ideal world with nothing but people frolicking and grazing, she couldn't help but chuckle.

"At ease," She managed, opening her eyes for emerald orbs to focus on the two before her. "Again, let us be on our way."

She did not direct either one which she meant to follow, but her steps carried her forward past them into the city.

Well, she didn't expect that much of an appeal of respect, but whatever; she wasn't gonna give the guy a hard time for how he went about being polite. With Helle's call to ease and for them to go off into the city, Liltotto took little issue in walking with her and making a slight motion for Akira to follow, if he wanted to, it wasn't like the unexpected appearance of a familiar was meant to be a private exchange or anything. Easily keeping up with Helle's confident stride, she'd get right back to her questioning with a far less pronounced tone,

"You didn't answer my question; What were you doing? You're totally different from before, are you alright? Is your-" Her gaze caught Akira and she immediately caught her tongue, "-Yknow, alright? I just want to know what's going on with you."
