Psychological Analysis
To analyze the blue-eyed sharpshooter with any real success is a strenuous exercise but a rewarding one, nevertheless. She is a fairly complex spirit whose intricate nature is hidden beyond many layers that most will only truly know through developing a bond with her. What is commonly presented to the world is a woman with calm air and a charismatic charm, often referring to many of her peers as sugar, honey, darlin, or sweetie.
She is a laid-back woman who rarely allows pride or hatred to cloud her vision. “It’s not a big deal,” would be a common phrase one would hear coming from Natasha. To her, the future is a wide expanse waiting to be explored. If one allows themselves to get caught in what went wrong, they’ll be miserable.
There’s hardly any joy in living that way. For better or worse, Natasha lives by a worry-free philosophy, even if life has thrown her a curveball or two. If she’s miserable, there is no reason to spread that misery to others. Everyone has a right to happiness. It isn’t her place to take it from them.
If anything, Natasha is a woman who has no qualms about aiding others on a path towards self-improvement. She hardly believes herself to be a wise spirit or someone who can teach people profound precepts, but she is a hospitable woman who will guide her fellow men and women to the best of their ability. She will take her time to pick her fellow man or woman off of their feet, dust them off, and tell them to keep going. She’s a gentle and patient spirit who won’t get frustrated unless someone is aiming to upset her and even then, Natasha’s version of being upset is vastly different compared to others.
There is no reason not to be a welcoming spirit to those who come around with good intentions. After all, she wears southern hospitality on her sleeves. Of course, although her charming nature can be warm and receptive, she can be deceptively flirtatious. To be clear, she is never actively flirting with anyone, nor does she possess any true intent to pursue them. She would humorously state that it’s the southern charm that lures people in. In truth, it is her best way of breaking the ice and creating a sense of kinship with her peers.
Beneath those sweet layers of warmth, Natasha is always anxious when it comes to forming a bond she considers significant. She welcomes the idea of being close to others and influencing them in a positive way but the terrifying anxiety she feels at the thought of losing those dear to her heart troubles her to no end. Fortunately, Natasha always manages to keep that aspect of her soul wrapped underneath, wholeheartedly content with the idea of placing her faith in those she cares about.
BACKGROUND INFORMATION
- Spoiler:
Born to a veteran soldier(Johnny Miller) in the military and a restaurant owner(Katherine Hall), Natasha enjoyed a relatively wonderful life within the lone star state of Texas. Johnny was a firm, but gentle old man going by human years. He was a quincy while the lovin’ wife was a supernatural human’. Ol’ Johnny Miller always had a cup of whiskey in his hand and a war story to tell. Born as an only child, she savored every bit of attention her parents showered her in.
Katherine was not a very talkative woman and preferred preparing meals for her daughter since she could never really add much to Johnny’s conversations, outside of telling him not to give Nat any whiskey.
Those war stories had always captured Natasha’s imagination as Johnny spoke about his heroic acts and the men he fought with as they grew up and rose through the ranks together. He even spoke about how through the wars he fought in, he had even recognized and came to embrace that he had supernatural power. “Most of dem’ humans have some form of it, nowadays. Hard not ta’ with all these spirits fighting all over the world,” he’d tell her.
His supernatural skill, in reality, was the result of quincy blood that ran through his veins. He was taught personally by his brother, a close relative of the family. He was the stronger of the two but that hardly bothered Johnny. Whereas his brother mastered a lot of all those’ quincy skills, Johnny found he was quite’ proficient’ with the pure flyin’ step, as he called it. Hardly mastered the key essentials, but that there pure’ flyin’ step had served him quite well.
On the battlefield, his speed was undeniably amazing, and he gained a reputation as his army’s finest ol’ weapon. Natasha would always light up whenever Johnny spoke about how his soldiers had lovingly dubbed him “Miller lightning,” a humorous nickname and play on words, based on one of Johnny's favorite beverages as well as his high-speed combat tactics.
Johnny himself kind of hated the name but seeing his daughter’s eyes light up was always enough to make him smile about it all. Natasha’s entire childhood was spent enjoying the meals of an accomplished chef and appreciating the fond recollections of a supernatural military soldier.
Even though she enjoyed reading comic books as a child, her parents were her favorite superheroes. They just didn’t wear any capes. Whether he had intended it or not, when Natasha reached the age of 15, she had expressed a significant interest in following in her father’s footsteps and joining the army. Initially, her father told Natasha that she was just running on the high of those war stories he spoke of in the past. It was better for her to focus on being a normal high school girl hanging out with the popular girls or chasing after some boy he’d have to threaten with a shotgun when he knocked on their door.
Needless to say, Natasha remained adamant until Johnny broke down. That was probably the hardest battle Natasha had ever fought. No real father wanted their daughter to follow in their footsteps when it concerned something like joining the army. Johnny wanted his baby to get married and settle down and give him grandchildren to bore to death with stories of the old days. The Military? He almost blamed himself for speaking about the stories in the first place.
Either way, it couldn’t be helped and Natasha wasn’t taking no for an answer, so after talking with his fellow mates in the military, he put in a good word for Natasha after she graduated highschool. When Natasha graduated, she was enrolled into one of the most renowned military academies in the country. Well, not exactly. She still had to complete the training regimen before she could be fully accepted into the academy.
Her father warned her that the men in charge were not going to go easy on her just because she had a good word put in from the legendary “Miller lightning.” On the first day, Natasha learned that her father’s warning was true. The men and women of the academy - even the students themselves - were ruthless.
Her fellow military cadets mocked her about her father’s silly nickname and used any opportunity they could to insult her. Oh, and the staff were no better. They put Natasha through the rigors. At times, it seemed as if her training was more than she could handle. Her drill instructors were threatening to send her home before she even made it in.
Truth be told, everything felt like hell. Still, although someone of a weaker disposition would’ve quit and ran back to their parents to accept the life of a mere housewife, Natasha discovered that her willpower was her greatest weapon within a pack of wolves and just as she had battled her father to get here, she would stay here and prove to everyone that she belonged. Within months, she became a symbol of determination to those who had ridiculed her.
They no longer spoke of her with anything but respect. Any drill that would’ve likely tested the mettle of those with lesser spirit, seemed only to set her heart ablaze. She embraced the sweat, the blood, the tears, and the overwhelming agony. Everything that once seemed like an immovable obstacle now seemed like pebbles on the roadside for the blue-eyed soldier.
In time, her improvement had eventually earned the attention of Sergeant Ronald Hartman. He overlooked the academy from time to time and something stood out about Natasha.
Her superhuman endurance and movement had piqued his interest and without any prior paperwork, he offered Natasha the opportunity to join him- as one of his soldiers. He was creating a group of special forces that would be able to fight against the world’s supernatural threats.
Having witnessed the supernatural and battles that were beyond mortal ken in the third world war, he recognized that having soldiers who could hold their own with nonhumans and warriors with otherworldly skills could be a great asset to humanity. He was composing a group of them and figured Natasha would be perfect.
Natasha, elated by the news, returned home to tell her father of the unexpected promotion and eventual graduation. When she revealed the big news, her father was rendered speechless, as if he were lost in a daze. He did not expect his daughter to excel at such a unique rate. Well, he didn’t have much of a choice about the whole thing’ now did he?
He gave in and accepted that she would be joining the group of supernatural humans. Earth had always needed new recruits to protect it. Who was he to deny her that? In a few years, Natasha had graduated from the academy and joined Ronald’s special forces, quickly becoming one of his strongest soldiers, a fine warrior who could be relied on at any time.
For a significant period of time, Natasha had experienced a life equivalent to one of those blissful movies, the ones with happy endings. She earned a few medals in the military, spent some time in the marines, and even married a fellow soldier. For an extended period of time, Natasha had experienced a life equivalent to a blissful dream. She accomplished many of the goals she had set out for herself. She had achieved everything she dreamed of... or so she thought.
The arrival of shadowfall had emphatically altered her plans for the future. She never envisioned a future with America being occupied by demons. She hardly expected the president to be the embodiment of chaos - Mana Asthavon. She was neutral at first. There were those who wished to rebel and despised the idea of a country run by demons. There were others who felt Mana's rule was beneficial to America as a whole.
Natasha was faced with two choices. Let things run their course and live life in ignorant bliss or stand in opposition. For a time, she held her tongue and took a neutral position. As far as she was concerned, the demons seemed relatively harmless at first. As far as Natasha was concerned, they had not committed any atrocities that warranted action. She could live out the rest of her days with her husband and her family, a carefree existence without worries.
Of course, there was one particular case she simply could not overlook.
There were a group of demons who occupied a spot in her city. Worse than that, they were neither cordial nor casual. Arrogant and avaricious, they took glee in the idea of how much power they held over humans and abused their privileges.
They didn't seem to be entirely affiliated with Mana but certainly wasted no time in proclaiming how their queen had brought them down to their knees. To them, they found blood-colored joy in reminding anyone of their strength and how there was no one there to stop them. Some of Natasha's fellow men and women had brought the matter to her attention, urging her to take action.
Natasha had understood that she had two options by now. She could simply allow these events to come to pass... Or she could fight. Her husband was a supportive man and though he hardly matched his wife in skill, he offered to support her in any way he could.
Johnny, on the other hand, was very much against Natasha’s idea to rebel. They’d be risking their lives against an overwhelming force. They would die. They argued and argued for months but Natasha’s mind had been set. Katherine, though far from the warrior she was in her prime, found herself motivated by her daughter’s spirit and joined her cause.
She believed in the freedom of her people and foolishly set out with her division of supernatural soldiers, taking down as many of them as she could. Natasha and her fellow soldiers had nearly succeeded in bringing those bastards down to their heels. However, she had found herself ambushed due to the betrayal of one of her fellow soldiers who revealed their plans in order to ensure her own safety.
The strategies she had mounted against them were turned against her. One by one, right before her very eyes, she witnessed as her soldiers died, yet they did not cry out in fear. They fought on with valor and bravery in their hearts. Her mother was suffering from critical injuries and they were surrounded. It was, then, that Natasha's husband came up with a plan. For the sake of her survival, he would hold them off with the remaining members and allow Nat and her mother to escape.
She rejected the plan immediately. Natasha would not allow him to rush towards his death. However, the young man turned to her and reminded her of the benefit she would be to the world. He reminded her that the last thing he'd want to die as was a coward.
He turned to his wife and hugged her one last time before throwing a grenade at the demons, ordering her to run as he ran towards the remaining enemies. Natasha bit her lip as a few tears rolled down on her cheeks, wiping them away as she hoisted Katherine over her shoulders and escaped from the tumultuous battlefield.
In the aftermath, her mother had been confined to a hospital bed, her husband died, and her father practically wanted nothing to do with her. Johnny never returned a single phone call and cut off all lines of communication even after his wife had recovered successfully.
For the first time, Natasha felt as if she had been left alone in the world, with no shoulders to lean on and nothing but regrets that weighed heavily on her chest. To hide the pain, she turned to alcohol and simply became a recluse. Who would want a soldier fighting for them who let her own men and women die? She should give up and let it go, live out the rest of her days hiding away from the world.
Still, something in her did not allow her to give up on her dreams of fighting for the greater good. She contacted the only man she thought would talk to her.
Sergeant Ronald Hartman. He had long since retired from the army after the invasion of Shadowfall but he had always viewed Natasha in a favorable light. To him, she was a brave soldier who embodied what he viewed as the true American spirit. He had told her about how he respected that she was brave enough to take action and stand up for what she believed to be a just cause. He spoke of how he himself had laid low in order to keep his family protected, retiring his group of supernatural freedom fighters to keep them away from danger as well.
He gave up on his idea of his group of supernatural freedom fighters and yet he always viewed Natasha as a symbol of hope. It was then, that Natasha felt uplifted about her purpose in this world and what she could still offer to those who could learn from her or seek guidance in their time of need.
They spoke about so many things during the months he had called. Each phone call was therapeutic for Natasha. Those months had lifted her spirits to some degree. Life had dealt her a terrible hand but there was no reason to give up.
She had nothing else to lose, right? Fight the good fight. Keep moving forward. Don't lose the flame. Natasha would break out of her period of misery and aim towards fighting for a good cause. Ronald Hartman would die the next year from old age but he had left an impact on Natasha enough to at least keep fighting on. From thereon, Natasha would work from the shadows, becoming an assassin of sort for those who required assistance. She caught wind of an organization composed of other quincy, located in the city of lights...
And so, a new path begins.
NATURAL/RACIALS
Superhuman Physiology: By all accounts, Natasha would be the first to admit that she is a very unconventional quincy. Whether she was born with it or it simply came as something natural, Natasha came to the realization that her strength and endurance, compared to your average human, resides in the realm of superhumans.
Her body is capable of withstanding a series of strikes from otherworldly opponents - though that is largely dependent on their own level of strength compared to her endurance. Her body can take quite a hit but she is no shield.
Her agility and dexterity make it so that she can leap from a series of walls or maintain her balance on harsh terrain. Her strength is where her nature as a superhuman truly shines. Capable of lifting large boulders and leaving a noticeable dent in steel, Natasha possesses the type of strength that most normal humans could never attain through training.
Accomplished Hand-to-Hand Combatant: To tell the truth, Natasha prefers to strike when the opponent least suspects it, often from the position of a sniper or hunter. She often acts from the shadows and waits for the opportunity to strike her opponent from afar, her aim often being to finish the opponent with one shot, two to make sure they’re completely eliminated.
Thus, CQC is hardly something one could call her preferred form of combat. Even so, that hardly stopped her from learning about how to hold her own in hand-to-hand combat. A warrior can’t grow complacent in one box, no matter who they are.
She is, by all accounts, due to her superb physical traits, quite the skilled fighter in close-ranged combat. In the days that weren’t spent honing her skills as a quincy, she traveled the earth and picked up an array of fighting styles and various techniques.
Muay Thai, Judo, Karate, boxing, and Aikido to name a few. Embracing the Bruce Lee mentality, Natasha employs techniques from each of the fighting disciplines she has learned, choosing them for situations that require their use.
Strategist: Given her military background and years spent refining her skills, Natasha has mastered her mind to a state where she is always carefully assessing the battlefield and her surroundings.
Her mind is often cold and calculating, and there is never a moment where she isn't looking for the enemy's weak spot, for that precise moment where she can execute a devastating attack that renders them immobile, unable to continue the battle.
As a result of military training and her own personal training for supernatural enemies, Natasha is skilled at reading and detecting whether or not she may be walking into a trap, sensing killing intent, and observing whether or not the tide of battle is favorable or a lost cause.
Perhaps her most surprising strength in stratagem-based warfare is her leadership in co-op battles, where she is tasked with working with others to secure victory. If she has a proper understanding of the nature of her ally's abilities, she can direct and dictate where they should attack, how that attack should be executed, and when the right time presents itself.
In her words, soldiers who work together should always be well aware of their fellow men's abilities and how they can add to the collective whole of the group. Though she may favor solitude, her ideals remain the same.
The Blue-Eyed Sharpshooter: The finest skill in Natasha's repertoire is her mastery of firearms. Blessed by a unique knowledge granted to her by her military exploits and her years as a freelance special agent, Natasha had never rested on her laurels when she was discharged from the army.
From battling different types of hollows to moving through difficult terrain that impeded her eyesight, Natasha constantly refined and studied her technique and the way each firearm operated.
The title of the blue-eyed sharpshooter was, of course, earned through her exploits of various missions passed down to her by employers. Like a lion seizing its prey, Natasha always observes the battlefield and her opponent, frequently preferring to fight them from afar until she notices a blindspot.
Once she's locked in, she fires her shot at an angle that the opponent might not even notice until it is too late. She rarely misses once she's focused and given her superhuman gifts and a vision for the battlefield that has been developed for years, the idea of a missed shot is almost sinful to the blue-eyed sharpshooter.
QUINCY ABILITIES
Reishi Manipulation - Gunplay: A form of spellcraft tailored to Natasha’s favored form of ranged combat, Gunplay is a specialized form of reishi manipulation that allows Natasha to perform spells that create secondary bows that replicate the appearance of guns the blue-eyed sharpshooter has memorized from her extensive memory base of firearms.
The multitude of gun-shaped bows she can utilize as a makeshift weapon without having to immediately manifest her spirit weapon makes her a versatile opponent with a unique toolset to work from.
Each spell below details the current number of weapons she can create at any given time. As a rule, her ability to perform these spells is intrinsically tied to her skill in reishi manipulation. Naturally, a higher skill in reishi manipulation dictates how fast she can form these auxiliary weapons.
Gunplay - Roxanne: First Bow replicated in the form of a Beretta M9 Pistol. It is the quickest weapon she can form without worrying about preparation. Once the pistol is manifested, Natasha can form and compress holy arrows into the shape of bullets, allowing her to fire them at a higher velocity than your average arrow - which when coupled with her elite marksmanship - allows her to catch her enemy at unawares.
From a damage standpoint, Roxanne mainly focuses on how well Natasha can absorb reishi and the level of accuracy required to strike her enemy down with her bullet-shaped arrows.
Much like any ranged-fighter, landing a direct hit is the most ideal path towards victory. There is no defined limit of how many she can fire but to make sure everything is easily managed - she normally forms fifteen at any given time. She can fire five arrows per one post.
Gunplay - Casanova: Second bow, replicating the form of a Magnum Research Desert Eagle Mark XIX. Following a pattern similar to that of Roxanne, Casanova is another weapon Natasha can quickly form without missing a beat on the battlefield. The main difference between the two weapons is the arrow count and the output in damage.
She forms seven arrows that she can quickly compress into the shapes of bullets and each of the seven arrows fire pack a significantly hefty punch in the form of explosive and concussive impact.
If a reishi bullet is deflected, it will cause a small explosion at the point impact that will send the opponent stumbling back a few meters. If the bullet pierces flesh in a direct hit, it will explode and cause internal damage that can tear through the opponent’s flesh. She can fire two per one post.
Gunplay - Ocelot: Second technique. A bow fashioned into the shape of a Colt Single-Action Army. Similar to Roxanne, Ocelot can be formed on the fly, allowing the blue-eyed sharpshooter to form and draw a weapon out of nowhere. In theory, Natasha could dual-wield Ocelot and Roxanne if she forms these two ‘bows’ within the same thread. One post would be required to see the dual-wielding duo come to fruition. Much like Roxanne, there is no defined limit on how many she can fire but the bullet compression factor usually demands a set number count which makes everything easier to manage. Ocelot typically starts with six bullet-shaped arrows and fires each per one post.
Gunplay - Bloody Mary: Third Technique. Third bow constructed into the form of a Remington 870 Tactical shotgun. This spell requires a one-post setup but in return, the damage output is increased significantly. A single shot launched from cupid can explode upon contact with the enemy, unleashing a powerful wave of reishi that can send the opponent stumbling back from the concussive impact.
In a situation where the enemy’s defense is truly poor, the opponent might even find themselves temporarily stunned(for one post) before they can properly move again. To reiterate, while there is no defined limit on how many arrows she can form at a time, Natasha prefers to utilize ten bullet-arrows. For a generally favorable and accurate shot, she commonly fires two per post.
Gunplay - Little Friend: Fourth Technique - Fourth bow constructed in the form of an M16 Assault Rifle. Following the same formula established from every weapon thus far, Little friend is a weapon that focuses on an all-out assault. The overall effectiveness of this weapon is found in its ability to quickly compress Nat’s reishi arrows into bullets without missing a beat.
In addition to that, if Natasha happens to be in an area that is especially rich with reishi, she can produce the bow alongside her pistol and her revolver. Of course, with the quick and immediate arrow compression, the arrow’s firepower is compromised ever so slightly but the return in versatility more than makes up for the slight reduction in destructive force.
Since she can compress the arrows quickly with this particular bow, she can form twenty with proper preparation - one post - and fire three per one post once they’ve been formed effectively. If she has to act on the fly, she will normally produce ten and fire one per post. Therefore, with this particular spellcraft technique, Natasha has to be properly prepared for it to reach the full zenith of its potential.
Gunplay - Wicked Butterly: Sixth technique. A bow fashioned into the form of an M2010 Enhanced Sniper Rifle. This particular “bow” is reserved for sniper-based missions or battles where she shoots at her enemy from long distance. Apart from her Pistol, it is Natasha’s preferred weapon of choice, partly stemming from her fascination with the bow’s appearance and her desire to oftentimes operate from a distance.
Among the six bows, she can manifest, it is considered one of the stronger weapons in her arsenal. She forms five arrows and compresses them into their usual bullet-shaped format. Each is absorbed with as much reishi as Natasha can absorb from the area.
For the ideal shot, she will wait a few minutes(one post) before completing the bullet compression. Once the compression is complete, she will often bide her time from the shadows, waiting for an opportune moment to launch the bullets, like a natural-born sniper in their element.
To make sure each shot counts, she will fire one per post. She can form five arrows again, in theory, but will normally make sure the first five counts, especially if she cannot absorb a lot of reishi from her surroundings.
Hirenkyaku Proficiency: The blue-eyed assassin covets versatility in her battle repertoire - thus, the quincy’s high-speed movement technique represents two things she favors in any battle. Energy efficiency and battlefield capability.
Most enemies, unless they are properly hidden from her senses, cannot catch her at unawares as she can easily evade and appear behind them, focusing reishi around her feet, launching a projectile shot right at their head.
To overwhelm the opponent, she can utilize her spirit weapon and fire a wave of reishi-composed bullets while constantly appearing and reappearing before the enemy's vision, seemingly a blur in the eyes of the enemy. She may appear in front of you at one time, only to appear behind you, with her weapon poised for the next shot.
Additionally, as this is an air-walking technique by nature, Natasha will exploit that by going airborne and firing shots at the enemy from above, flying around the battlefield from her aerial vantage point.
Blut: Fitting in with her ideal vision of battlefield versatility, Blut is a skill that Natasha has mastered to a degree that while not among those who would be considered masters, she likely would fall within the realm of an elite, Blut is a similarly well-received ability in the eyes of the blue-eyed assassin, as the shift between offense or defense allows her to approach battles with alternative strategies
Blood Artery: The offensive form of Blut grants the user inhuman attack power. Natasha prefers to use Blood Artery in battles where she is forced to engage the enemy in hand-to-hand combat to achieve victory, rather than hiding from the shadows as she is most oft accustomed to. Arterie increases her already superhuman capabilities and improves upon them by empowering her with strength and endurance that was otherwise unavailable.
Blood Vein: The defensive form of Blut, which grants the user inhuman durability, it is represented by a faint blue pattern tracing the veins beneath the surface of their skin, which is only visible on the afflicted area when struck. Blood Vein is primarily used in situations where Natasha knows escape is not readily afforded to her in certain battlefield situations.
She is well aware that her body is not exactly “bulletproof” - thus while her skill with the technique may be very advanced, she will not exactly test the limits of it to see how far she can go before she suffers any wounds.
Reishi Manipulation: Natasha is naturally gifted in manipulating Reishi, seemingly possessing a natural affinity for it even in her days as a soldier. Distinct and unique, Natasha employs her Reishi in an economical fashion, abhorring the thought of wasteful use.
A natural-born sniper by nature, Natasha often uses her reishi to form platforms in the air - to secure a specific vantage point - or to enhance the destructive force of her reishi when she fires them as bullets from her spirit weapon.
As reishi are always within the air, Natasha can freely adapt to the battlefield and switch between using it as a force from afar or raining down a wave of bullets that can overwhelm the enemy.
Perhaps the finest aspect of Natasha’s reishi manipulation - is undoubtedly her affinity for forming the reishi into makeshift firearms, using them on the fly with deft precision.
As a result of her experience in the military and combat on the frontlines, Natasha can produce weapons from reishi based on the weaponry she’s used as a soldier and special agent. Coupled with the fact that she adores fighting within locations ripe with Reishi particles, Natasha is a formidable foe who can give almost any enemy a fit during battle.
SPIRIT WEAPON
Spirit Weapon Name: Deadeye
Spirit Weapon Appearance: Deadeye is a uniquely deceptive spirit weapon in that it does not follow the conventional form of any physical weapon. It is neither a bow, nor a sword, or even a gun. The ideal manifestation of her spirit weapon is a set of six bullet shells, painted within shades of silver and azure colors.
Spirit Weapon Abilities:
Locked and Loaded: Deadeye's central ability allows Natasha to truly keep her enemy on the defensive. Her six bullet shells have three methods of reaching the enemy. Natasha can fire them through her guns(the secondary bows found in Gunplay), throw them through the air towards her enemy, or simply control the bullets on her own, controlling their trajectory as they soar towards the enemy. After the bullet shells are fired - either through her own hand or one of the guns - she can hover them in the air, reload them through collecting reishi, and redirect them towards the enemy in a merciless pursuit. This, coupled with her strategic nature and gunplay ability, allows Natasha to keep the enemy on the defensive, locked within a state of unawares.
VOLLSTANDIG
Not Yet Achieved.
EQUIPMENT/RESOURCES
Seele Schneider: Preparation is a central tenet in any battle. Though there are many factors that cannot be accounted for - considering the universal scope of supernatural warriors - Natasha prides herself on ensuring that she always enters a battle prepared. Therefore, these versatile arrow weapons are highly favored by the blue-eyed sharpshooter. They are easy to wear around one’s body and each is equipped with the ability to manipulate reishi and consume reishi. She can use it as a sword or launch it like a projectile. A neat weapon, certainly.
Miss Invisible: Miss Invisible, as the name implies, is an item Natasha constructed on her own after years of missions or combat involving supernatural targets. It was created with the damning fact that not every battle will go in the ideal direction she desires.
The battlefield is unpredictable and one crucial error will spell your death before you can even lift a finger. As such, Natasha created multiple sets of cloaking devices she can wear on her person at any time. To ensure she’s properly hidden, she brings five at any given time.
The cloaking device allows Natasha to temporarily hide her spirit signature away from the watchful eyes of her enemies. The device itself resembles that of an azure-colored ball with a slot at its center. To fully activate Miss Invisible, Natasha must apply some of her spiritual pressure into the azure ball for it to work properly.
Once activated, Natasha can seemingly blend in with the air around her, almost completely concealed from sight. Though her spiritual pressure is not concealed entirely, it can be difficult to discern where Natasha is at any given location. On the battlefield, she wears three of these devices at any given time. Similar to how she applies her ginto rounds, the miss invisible device must be used studiously as its cloaking ability only lasts for three posts and cannot be used for the remainder of the thread.

She rarely misses once she's focused and given her superhuman gifts and a vision for the battlefield that has been developed for years, the idea of a missed shot is almost sinful to the blue-eyed sharpshooter.QUINCY ABILITIES
Coupled with the fact that she adores fighting within locations ripe with Reishi particles, Natasha is a formidable foe who can give almost any enemy a fit during battle.SPIRIT WEAPON
Spirit Weapon Name: Roxanne
Spirit Weapon Appearance: Natasha’s most favored weapon manifests in the form of a Beretta M9: the classic semi-automatic pistol. Her spirit weapon is unique from a functionality standpoint - operating on the principle of battle variance. Shifting between different gun types as a spirit weapon, Roxanne possesses a unique reishi system that relies on two crucial factors. Transformation and reload periods. In areas ripe with reishi, Roxanne finds its greatest advantage, wherein her weapons reload faster and she can quickly shift between different forms. Conversely, areas low in reishi limit the weapon’s versatility. Natasha has to make due with the weapon she has chosen for an extended period of time and devise the proper strategy in order to seize victory.
Spirit Weapon Abilities
Pistol - Roxanne
Revolver - Ocelot
Shotgun - Cupid
Assault Rifle - Hellfire
Sniper Rifle - Hawkeye
Roxanne - Pistol (Heat): Roxanne. Beretta M9. Pistol. It is Natasha’s go-to weapon and one she views as her most balanced between all five of her spirit weapon’s forms. The ideal balance between sufficient firepower and ammunition.
In pistol form, Roxanne can form fifteen holy arrows, compressing each of them into the shape of a bullet. These arrows, now condensed into a bullet-sized shape, can be fired at a higher velocity than your normal arrow, allowing Natasha to catch her enemy at unawares.
In terms of damage output, Roxanne focuses on accuracy and striking the enemy with a direct hit while its damage relies on her skill in spirit weapon manipulation and reishi absorption. Ideally, if her aim is to be strategic, she will act wisely and fire five at a time.
If the blue-eyed sharpshooter is feeling particularly adventurous, she can empty the entire clip, though such action clearly comes with a price. If fifteen rounds are emptied at the same time, Natasha must reload the weapon which would take her a few moments(one post) before she can fire another volley of bullet-shaped arrows again. If she has to reload fifteen rounds in the base state, she cannot properly shift into a new weapon unless her clip is emptied completely. Therefore, each shot has to have a purpose.
Revolver - Ocelot: Ocelot. Colt Single-Action Army. With Ocelot, Natasha trades in sufficient ammunition - Roxanne - for sufficient firepower. In addition to the sufficient firepower, the reloading speed is improved. Even so, Ocelot’s reloading speed is contingent on the area she is in. For a quick reload, the area needs to be ripe with reishi. In an area filled with reishi, Natasha can reload the revolver within a few seconds(the next post after the first in which the weapon was used). In an area low on reishi, Natasha normally has to wait for two posts to pass before she can use the revolver again. As far as damage output goes, the revolver's firepower is mildly higher than the pistol but the sacrifice in ammunition can make the weapon a tricky bet.
Cupid - Shotgun: Cupid. Shotgun. Remington 870 Tactical. Unlike the pistol or revolver which can be fired from a longer distance, Cupid forces Natasha to take a more direct approach towards eliminating her enemy. In return, the damage output is increased significantly - where a single shot can tear and burn through the opponent’s flesh. Additionally, deflecting one of the shotgun-arrows might send the opponent stumbling back from the concussive impact. In a situation where the enemy’s defense is truly poor, the opponent might even find themselves temporarily stunned(for one post) before they can move properly again.
To go even further, a direct hit could very well blow an enemy’s head clean off but that is dependent on the strength of her arrows versus the enemy’s durability. For the rifle, Natasha can fire ten rounds at maximum in one post. If so, she must endure a two-post waiting period until she can successfully replenish her reishi and fire at the enemy again. can fire again. To reiterate, if an area is filled with reishi, the two-post waiting period would go into a one-post waiting period. If not, she has to endure the temporary delay until the weapon is properly reloaded.
Hellfire - Assault Rifle:
Assault Rifle. M16. Following the same formula established from every weapon thus far, Hellfire is a weapon with the highest arrow count - twenty arrows in total, each condensed into the shape of a bullet. The damage output matches the pistol’s capability but is weaker by a slight margin. If anything, to enjoy the pinnacle of true damage, Natasha would likely have to close the distance between her and her enemy and aim at them directly. The bullets can still deal a modest amount of damage on the virtue of the bullets being spirit arrows condensed into bullets but it is certainly tamer compared to the other four in her arsenal. She can do five rounds per post or go on an all-out assault and launch all twenty. If twenty were fired in one post, she has to wait for three posts to reload the spirit rifle with reishi. If the area is ripe with reishi, this would take two posts rather than three but if it is low, she has to endure the three post waiting period until she can have another turn with the assault rifle.
Hawkeye - Sniper Rifle):
Sniper Rifle. Hawkeye. Reserved for sniper-based missions or battles where she shoots at her enemy from long distances, Hawkeye assumes the form of an M2010 Enhanced Sniper Rifle, another weapon designed by the United States Army.
Apart from her pistol, It is Natasha’s preferred weapon of choice due to her fascination with the appearance and her preference of operating from a distance. It is considered to be the strongest weapon in her five-form arsenal. She uses five arrows and compresses them into their usual bullet-shaped format, each absorbed with as much reishi as Natasha can muster.
If the area is reishi abundant, the destructive output of the weapon is granted a significant increase. If the area is barren, it, therefore, follows that the arrows can only do so much on their own. Another factor is her skill in reishi absorption. If she cannot properly absorb the reishi required, her attacks may fall short in their desired aim.
Five rounds can be fired in a single post or spread between a bullet for each post. If all five are fired, she has to endure a five-post period. Areas rich with reishi would lessen this number down to three while, while an area low in reishi would force her to abide by the five post waiting period, making it an all-or-nothing weapon in most cases.VOLLSTANDIG
Not Yet Achieved.EQUIPMENT/RESOURCES
Similar to how she applies her ginto rounds, the miss invisible device must be used studiously as it’s cloaking ability only lasts for three posts and cannot be used for the remainder of the thread.
Ginto-Rounds: Apart from her actual reishi-based bullet-arrows, during her time of fighting demons in her hometown, Natasha devised a way of using Ginto in a fashion more suitable to her way of battle. Ginto tubes, considered archaic by most modern-day quincy, find a rather significant use in her hands. She grinds the tubes and smoothes them out in her spare time, fashioning the tubes into the shape of a bullet. They are not the most pretty-looking bullets, to be certain, but they can be quite effective with proper strategy in mind. She usually has seven on her at any given time and usually uses them strategically given their one-time use nature. She prefers to load them into the chambers of her spirit weapon, namely the pistol and revolver.SKILL SHEETS

So, there's a lot to be said about this app. History and natural abilities are fine.
I would like clarification on how fast most of these weapons can be fired. Is it one shot per post or multiple? Please expand, as this seems like a vast blank space that affects a lot of the power of each of the different Spirit Weapon forms.
What is the set amount of time?
What are rounds with 'maximum output'? And are the enhanced rounds different from regular ones? Please expand on what this ability actually does.
Why is willpower the check for overcoming an electricity-based stun? I think durability would suit it better.
This gun is altogether confusing and hard to understand. I would consider simplifying it to a more straightforward concept.
What is the radius of these explosions?
What does this actually mean, in a mechanical sense?
Again, this should probably check against durability. Also having the slow as a fixed percentage this high seems a little strong, consider reducing the effect somewhat.
Once again, I would also like clarification on how fast most of these weapons can be fired. Is it one shot per post or multiple? Please expand.
This reload period is not addressed again, nor is the cooldown on changing between forms mentioned in any meaningful capacity. Please expand.
Is there a range on this ability? A limit to what she can see through? How does she determine her 'enemy of choice' unless she can sense them first?
Please expand and clarify.
Her aim can become better, but to call it godlike is not befitting of a Vollstandig below Master / GM. Please revise.
So the weapon fires itself? How does this actually function? Who aims it? Does it aim itself or decide when to pull the trigger? Please expand and clarify.
So she cannot do anything for three posts after firing this weapon? Or am I not understanding that clearly?
There seems to be no counter to this ability. It just hits and then works on them? And lasts 8 posts?
This gun is altogether confusing and hard to understand. I would consider simplifying it to a more straightforward concept.
So the weapon overheats after four posts or five posts? What does this mean mechanically? In what way can she use it in an undiligent manner enough to cause burns? How bad is the damage to herself?
Elite or above what?
Much like Radioactive, this gun is problematic. I would consider simplifying it to a more straightforward concept.
Which sense? Who decides? The loss of different senses would differ in actual effect drastically between different targets. This whole ability seems hard to balance or activate, please revise or clarify this.
What is the intermediate charging period?
So Nat determines the size of the AoE herself? Is there any limitation to this? A maximum or a minimum?
When does Natasha become unable to use it? After a number of posts, or attacks, or activations? Is this a setback when she can quickly shift to her other weapons?
This is altogether too much, I'd probably just remove this form entirely. Nat's arsenal is hardly lacklustre without it.
What does this actually mean? She can only use it once per thread, but also multiple times per thread?
As a general point of order, you constantly refer to the concept of Ginto rounds. Which is a fine idea but you give no indication how many Nat would feasibly have at any one time. And each has to have a corresponding element too? I would like much more clarification about this concept. Is it meant to be a limiting factor/ammunition situation or what? How exactly does she manipulate so many different elements that most Quincy would be incapable of even manipulating one?
Also, even taking certain creative liberties, I don't think most of these can be considered elements. Was this an oversight or do you need to expand on what the elements are?
Given that the Spirit Weapon consumes so much of the app, Nat's strength is clearly focused in that department. To that end, Adept is simply far too low to work for such a versatile and powerful weapon. Move that up to Elite and bring the Spellcraft and Reishi Manipulation down to Adept.

So, there's a lot to be said about this app. History and natural abilities are fine.
Spirit Weapon
I would like clarification on how fast most of these weapons can be fired. Is it one shot per post or multiple? Please expand, as this seems like a vast blank space that affects a lot of the power of each of the different Spirit Weapon forms.
It should be noted that she cannot freely shift between forms and has to choose a weapon for a set amount of time before switching to the next.
What is the set amount of time?
Smooth Criminal - Shrapnel (Sniper Rifle):
Enhanced rounds can leave an unsuspecting enemy fatally wounded while rounds with maximum output can lead to outright annihilation, depending on which part of the body she chooses - of course, that is largely dependent on an enemy's endurance, their respective ability, and their sense of operation on the battlefield.
What are rounds with 'maximum output'? And are the enhanced rounds different from regular ones? Please expand on what this ability actually does.
Thunderstruck - Shock (Stun Gun):
The range of the weapon is short - ten feet - but it can cause tremendous pain to those below adept willpower.
Why is willpower the check for overcoming an electricity-based stun? I think durability would suit it better.
Toxic - Toxin (Grenade Launcher):
This gun is altogether confusing and hard to understand. I would consider simplifying it to a more straightforward concept.
Each grenade launched at high velocity may seem underwhelming at first but within one or two shots, if the opponent is caught within the explosion, they will find their body covered in small splashes of blue liquid.
What is the radius of these explosions?
Generally, what they suffer from is that if a copious amount of the blue cells have touched their body, they will often find that the toxins possess a sort of spiritual essence that eats away at their means of defense, spiritual or physical.
If their defense is eaten away successfully, it leaves them open for any attack Nat plans to launch with the other weapons in her repertoire.
What does this actually mean, in a mechanical sense?
Cold As Ice- Cryo (Shotgun):
Again, this should probably check against durability. Also having the slow as a fixed percentage this high seems a little strong, consider reducing the effect somewhat.
Vollstandig
Once again, I would also like clarification on how fast most of these weapons can be fired. Is it one shot per post or multiple? Please expand.
In addition, her spirit weapon shares the same shape-shifting function it has in the base form, with the added drawback being that certain weapons she shifts between have to adhere to a reload period before transitioning into the next.
This reload period is not addressed again, nor is the cooldown on changing between forms mentioned in any meaningful capacity. Please expand.
Another ability her eyes gain is when her eyes lock onto her enemy of choice if they make the attempt to hide beyond earth-based obstructions - walls, buildings, rocks, boulders, etcetera - the crosshair-shaped pupils allow her to see through those obstacles, robbing the enemy of the element of surprise as well as a place to hide successfully.
Is there a range on this ability? A limit to what she can see through? How does she determine her 'enemy of choice' unless she can sense them first?
Please expand and clarify.
Her body gains enhancements in the realm of increased speed, strength, endurance, and the best among all - a godlike accuracy with new weapons at her disposal.
Her aim can become better, but to call it godlike is not befitting of a Vollstandig below Master / GM. Please revise.
Gun Will Go - Gatling Gun (Heat):
As if the spirit weapon has a mind of its own, Natasha can also utilize the weapon without touching it, allowing her to fight the enemy with her natural skill as a weapon and hand-to-hand combatant, allowing her to overwhelm them with another attack.
So the weapon fires itself? How does this actually function? Who aims it? Does it aim itself or decide when to pull the trigger? Please expand and clarify.
In return, as a drawback for such potent firepower, Natasha must patiently endure a reload period for the “heat” effect to happen once her magazine has been emptied(three posts)
So she cannot do anything for three posts after firing this weapon? Or am I not understanding that clearly?
Electric Eye - Corrosion (Electricity + Toxin) - Assault Rifle:
There seems to be no counter to this ability. It just hits and then works on them? And lasts 8 posts?
Radioactive - Pulse Gun (Radiation: Heat + Electricity):
This gun is altogether confusing and hard to understand. I would consider simplifying it to a more straightforward concept.
The drawback to the weapon is that there is a period(after four posts) where it will overheat and if Natasha does not use the weapon diligently, she can end up burning and causing damage to herself. She can use the weapon five times and any more than that number will cause the weapon to overheat.
So the weapon overheats after four posts or five posts? What does this mean mechanically? In what way can she use it in an undiligent manner enough to cause burns? How bad is the damage to herself?
It should be worth nothing but those elite or above are not affected regeneration-wise to any extent.
Elite or above what?
Tainted Love - Needlegun (Viral: Cold + Toxin):
Much like Radioactive, this gun is problematic. I would consider simplifying it to a more straightforward concept.
4. The final effect occurs wherein the enemy suffers the loss of one of their senses and cannot operate on the battlefield properly because of it
Which sense? Who decides? The loss of different senses would differ in actual effect drastically between different targets. This whole ability seems hard to balance or activate, please revise or clarify this.
Calm Like A Bomb - Mortar Cannon (Gas: Heat + Toxin):
The only type of build-up time required is an intermediate charging period and targeting a location as this is an AOE attack.
What is the intermediate charging period?
Once the mortar rounds hit the ground successfully, a burning wave of gas is released within the area of Natasha’s choosing.
So Nat determines the size of the AoE herself? Is there any limitation to this? A maximum or a minimum?
Ride the Lightning - Tempest (Magnetic: Cold + Electricity):
Of course, the drawback to such a deceptive weapon is that Natasha can no longer use it for the remainder of a battle(thread) and must quickly transition or shift between one of her other weapons.
When does Natasha become unable to use it? After a number of posts, or attacks, or activations? Is this a setback when she can quickly shift to her other weapons?
Another One Bites the Dust - Rocket Launcher (Blast: Heat + Cold):
This is altogether too much, I'd probably just remove this form entirely. Nat's arsenal is hardly lacklustre without it.
Equipment
Miss Invisible
She can use the device repeatedly but only if she has a few on her person. Otherwise, once the device in question has been utilized, it has a cooldown that lasts the entire thread. Therefore, methodical use is required.
What does this actually mean? She can only use it once per thread, but also multiple times per thread?
Ginto-Rounds
As a general point of order, you constantly refer to the concept of Ginto rounds. Which is a fine idea but you give no indication how many Nat would feasibly have at any one time. And each has to have a corresponding element too? I would like much more clarification about this concept. Is it meant to be a limiting factor/ammunition situation or what? [mod]Alright, firstly, thanks for making all those changes. Just a few points to address from this revamp.
Transformation is never really addressed as a separate entity to reloading. Is this intentional? Does it actually have a cost or can she do it at will?
I don't dislike this, but it could be an issue determining what exactly is a low reishi area vs a high reishi area for Nat. As that could already be a sliding scale, and would likely need to be done on a case by case basis.
If you want to play this angle, it can probably work. But, was I to offer a counter suggestion, perhaps just tie these reload periods straight to her Reishi Manipulation skill as that also affects the environment around her? Higher the skill, faster she makes more bullet-arrows, faster she reloads etc.
So, if Nat shoots less than fifteen at once, does she have to reload? Or is this just meant to be, 'Once fifteen rounds have been fired,'?
Is this form the only one with this restriction? Ie. has to fire every round before it can be transformed. Please clarify.
Ten shotgun rounds in one post seems a little excessive, but I wanted to touch base on whether this was correct - given the mention of a rifle?
Do these actually have a mechanical purpose or are they just for flavour now? Like, if she only carries seven then it doesn't even core an entire magazine of most of her guns so how does that interact?

Made the necessary changes:
Removed Ginto Rounds(I didn't feel she needed them and it was indeed more or less flavor and was only sort of like a rule of cool but i feel what she has now more than makes up for it. )
Rather than rolling with the spirit weapon idea, I got a suggestion from a friend to turn work these into a spellcraft format in which she can fashion her reishi into secondary bows in the shapes of guns, and I changed her spirit weapon into something more simplistic and easy to digest. No systems set out in place. Along with the spellcraft stuff, I noted how many times she can fire bullets per post and I listened to your counter suggestion, adding that note to the gunplay spellcraft to note how the weapons are affected - Reishi Absorbtion/Manipulation, etc. I also provided notes how many can be fired per post and vice-versa.
Additionally, I tweaked the skill sheet around to fit what she has now. I'm free to more suggestions if there are any but here's to hoping my sweet americuh is approved. -Fingers crossed-

Alright, here we are again. I like the direction these changes are going, though still a few more questions.
This confuses me. Is her Spirit Weapon the bullets or copies of the guns? These seem like two vastly different concepts, so please clarify.
So she doesn't control the trajectory of the bullet? If the bullet is not fired from a gun, does it still fly out of its casing? And what does it mean to relaunch the bullet?

Alright, here we are again. I like the direction these changes are going, though still a few more questions.
Spirit Weapon
The ideal manifestation of her spirit weapon is a set of six bullet shells that, painted within silver and azure colors. The bullet shells match the exact number of bows she can create through her reishi manipulation, allowing her to play a game of deception with her enemy. Most will assume that any one of those bows is her spirit weapon and find themselves caught within a trap as Natasha toys with her shells.
This confuses me. Is her Spirit Weapon the bullets or copies of the guns? These seem like two vastly different concepts, so please clarify.
Locked and Loaded:
Although Natasha cannot control the initial trajectory of where the weapons will land, she can control the trajectory of will the bullet casings will go next.
So she doesn't control the trajectory of the bullet? If the bullet is not fired from a gun, does it still fly out of its casing? And what does it mean to relaunch the bullet?
