Arianda immediately knew something was wrong when Sylvia seemed to be unable to form words; unable to speak. However, she seemed to get over that and eventually spoke; relaying to Ari why she seemed a bit off. Arianda could not help but frown a little bit. It was honestly sad. Even if they did only go out for a short time, even just a week can cause attachment; however, missing the person was completely understandable. She smiled warmly at Sylvia and nodded. She knew the sting of love quite well; well enough that Ari did not wish to feel it unless she deeply fell in love. Something that Ari was waiting for the right person for.
Arianda nodded at Sylvia and smiled warmly, and the demon soon pulled Sylvia into her arms; giving her a very warm, and comforting cuddle. She nuzzled her face into Sylvia's shoulder and spoke to her gently; a great deal of comfort in her voice.
"I'm sorry that happened to you dear Sylvia. Love is fickle... It is hard. The intimacy it involves is easy to get attached to, and I'm sorry that you had to experience the fallout of breaking up with someone. It... It hurts. It hurts far more than can ever be put into words. But, you're strong, smart, and have good friends. You'll make it through this. I promise."
Arianda looked up from Sylvia's shoulder and smiled at the woman; giving her such a warm, comforting, smile. A smile that hopefully comforted the woman greatly despite any aversion to touch and her melancholy.
"I'm here for you if you need me, okay? We can even drink a little later in the night to relax some more if you want. However, for now, cuddle me as long as you wish; we can even stay like this as we watch the movie. I leave the choice up to you."
Arianda smiled warmly at the blonde now in her arms, or out of them if she disengaged from the cuddle. Either way, Arianda hoped her actions had comforted Sylvia a bunch. Either way, Arianda was hoping to see Sylvia much happier. After all, when Sylvia was happy, Ari could not help but feel her own Resolve Flame burn just a bit brighter. It caused her to feel so loving... maybe it was the Resolve Flame. Either way, Ari was hoping to see Sylvia was going to feel better. And maybe they could have a few drinks later on and relax for real.

It was difficult to not be caught unaware when one was so deep in her own thoughts and troubles. Sylvia, despite looking directly at Arianda at the time, was no different, and had been wrapped in the demon's warmth and love before she could object.
Not that she wanted to fight this, that is.
Sylvia wrapped her own arms around the demon, and hugged her not tightly, but firmly enough that she felt such comfort wouldn't leave her. Her face rest in Arianda's hair, and the few errant, heavy breaths she made suggested she was trying not to cry right now.
However she might try, there was no hiding her emotions. Sparked by the love and support she felt from Arianda, her inner flame built and returned such feelings two times over. She didn't speak, but hugged the woman ever more, as her emotions practically filled the room with their comforting warmth. She wasn't quite aware of how her flame affected others with the very same gift, but its nature lie in supporting those around her.
"Danke," the Quincy muttered from a pained, but genuine smile. She sighed, and felt the brunt of her pain and misery practically melt away from the heat of the love burning in her like a flame. Some other time, she might wonder just how it worked, but for now, she was happy to know Arianda understood how she felt.
Sylvia had her own turn to rest her head on Arianda's shoulder, and relaxed just enough that she wasn't putting her full weight on the other woman. "Vu can hit play ven vu vant... I... I need ein moment." A small hint of relief colored her voice, and she nuzzled a little further into the demon's shoulder.
