Spells and abilities testing

Shade was waiting and then he saw the first wind blade go past him quick and knew that winds were being sent a him and they were razor sharp. At least he had a good amount of speed as a few other early ones came by him but it started to get difficult for him when most of them started to come by. He could dodge all of them but he dodge a majority of them all and no direct hits. But he had a few cuts on his arms and legs as tips of the blades got him. Last cut he got was under his eyepatch that he wore. All the cuts were annoying but nothing he had to tend to right now.

He had to think of a counter attack but he had just sealed his abilities so he wouldn't be using anything but phyisical combat. Once this Dome was gone he would use a power release and use the winds againist Kikyo. Then once he had release then he would have full use of his abilties and then he would have to enter his shishi modo to do it. Shade's shishi modo would be useful againist this demon because in that form he'll be able to fly in the sky even with her winds againist him.

As he waited again the dome started to fade as a hole of light came through and was right on top of shade.

It was very faint but she could hear a bit of flesh being torn. Kikyo's got her fgame face on now, her eyes grew narrow as and her smile dissapeared completly, she face was cold stone and serious. Kikyo shifted back into her demon fox form, keeping to the sky. There was a bit of a crack in the dome, this kind of dissapointed her, she was going to use the darkness to her advantage, it turned out she was taking this oppertunity a bit too late. The light from the top was faint, it didnt seem like it was enough to illuminate enough light for there to be clearer visability.

Kikyo went directly towards the sent of the blood, keeping to the sky and going around the bit of light; she still wanted to keep a bit of surprise. The send of blood became closer and closer as she felt herself decending. Soon she was just barely flying off the ground as she opened her mouth; if the area were lit it would reveal rows of dagger teeth, much stronger than normal animal fangs. She was aiming to bite his leg, weather she got the bit or not she would continue on upwards. So if she got him, she would fly up with him in her mouth and if not, she would continue upwards. She would then go and turn back into her human form.

As time continued and Kikyo attempted to bite Shade in the leg by this time the dome was completely faded and he could easily see that Kikyo was about attack him. Her surprise attack was failed because his spell had ended and he could see her easily coming down to bite him on the leg. So when Kikyo was close enough to the ground, he jumped over her and landed behind her a few feet away by gliding with his wings. Then Shade decide it was time to enter shishi modo.



As Shade entered this made him look a lot taller and his wings were about the size of his body. His blades were now longer than they were before. He took off his eyepatch and grew two horns. His eyes changed from yellow to a blueish green. All of the armor he wore in his other form was on the ground. He only wore a small amount of armor now. Actully he was barely wearing any clothing. In this form he could fly alot better and could move more quickly. Last but not least he added new abilties added to his arsenal.

"Now the true battle begins." he said.

Shade waited for Kikyo to try and bite him again or even come close to him so he could use his power release which could fling her pretty far if she didn't stop it. Then he would have full access to all his abilities.

As the done dissapeared and Shade evaided her attack she landed on the ground and trotted a few meteres before turned around to reface him. She was a bit pissed that the dome dissapeared when it did. Her head was a bit low, her stance was wide and she was growling; all nine of her tails whiped about wildly.

Then he took it to the next level, she snorted a bit at this, was he already finished with his first form? Dissapointing it was indeed, all he did in his original form was make it dark...not very impressive, but maybe the real fight in him was within this form. If he took it up a notch, why couldnt she? Kikyo watched as he transformed into some horned beast. Once he was finished, she retransformed into her human state, but only breifly. She then went to her next state, Shishi Modo.

The wind spun furiously around her, enclosing her in a mini tornado. It didnt take long, and soon the tornado dissapeared sending some light winds scattering out to reveil Kikyo in her new form:


She didnt have a dramatic change like he did...definatly not like he did, but the change was definatly noticable. This form would enhance all her abilities that she had before. Now she was a bit excited to see what he could do. Kikyo looked onto her opponent with a straight face. She found it odd that he was just standing there, what was he up to? Was there a reason for him not striking her first? was there a reason that he wasnt doing any attacks? The thought that he was waiting for her to use up all her energy occured...but then what kind of spar would that be? he would have gained nothing by that, he wouldnt have sharpened any skills except doging and being patiant...

He made a momment about now the real battle began, but still no movement from him. Interesting...

"I beleive it's your turn now. I stuck first in the dome...First strike's all yours"
She gave a almost playful grin/smirk, nothing arrogent just...a girn.

Kikyo stood still, eyeing this demon before her, waiting to see what exactly he could do, she thought it was only fair right? He got to 'see' a few of her abilities, it was her turn to educate her.

Shade was a little disappoimted that she hadn't made another offensive move but he could deal with it. He could still find away to use the release to his advantage while still attacking Kikyo. Another thing that had changed through is that they both had entered shishi modo. The middle power form for demons, this would make the battle better for sure. But he had no idea what her new form did same as how she didn't know what his new form did. It was time to stop think and time to do some damage.

Shade hopped and his wings started to flap and evntully he was a foot off the ground. Now to someone who thought he was trying to go high this would make the laugh but that wasn't his goal. Then he moved in the air to where he was rushing at Kikyo with both of his blades in front of him. Little did she know but he would stop a few feet short and get hit with his realesed power. but right now it looked a if he was charging at her with all his power.

"Dodge this." he yelled and then smirked as he got closer.

Unless she knew to get away from him early then she would probably get hit by the blast. This woluld be a hit for him and a good omne as well.

Kikyo watched as he flapped his wings and took off the ground a bit...but he didnt go into the air, instead he stayed fairly close to the ground then...he charged at her?
Something was wrong, what was he planning? All this time he didnt strike, and no he had the oppertunity to showcase an ability and he wa charging at her with his sword?....Kikyo's eyes narrowed. Studing his movements and for those few seconds, she spotted a smirk on his face as he neared, her eyes wided a little bit and then she shot up into the sky quickly befor ehe gont close to her. Kikyo then spotted a weak point....something that would turn out to be his downfall...or potentially his downfall...

'Interesting...'
She thought to herself as she hovered a few feet to the right of where he was. Kikyo drew some of her 'ninja needles' And threw themm towards him; she wanted to see what he was waiting for before; he waited for an attack adn now he was getting one. She carried the needles with ehr all the time, hardl ever used, shurikens were more her thing. The needls were almost invisable as the darted thoug the air at a quick speed towards his back. She waited to see how he would respond, to see what was it he was going to do. What that ability was that he was going to use..the one that made him smirka bit just now.

Shade stopped early like he had planned to do but was not happy that she flew up into the air. But then he noticed that she was only a few feet too the right of him. Which put his plan back into action he didn't pay to much atenttion cause at that momment she threw her needles. The next momment through he had released the seal that he put on him. By releaseing all of the stuff around him was going to get throw away from him by his energy makeing tons of winds. Since Kikyo was so close to him, she was sure to hit and the needles that she threw at him.

Before the winds reached her he said a few words.
"You should of stayed away."

By now the winds had reached the needles and were forcing them back at her and in a second or two she would be caught in winds and tosses at least 10 to 20 ft. those needles might hit her but that was unliely and Shade didn't even know about them. He just knew that she was right next to him and since she would be tossed to the ground so he would get a advantage in this and be able to steal some of her energy with his blades.

Now It was up to Kikyo if she could somehow get away from the winds.

Kikyo's eyes narrowed at what he did, he was trying to use her own element against her? She'd have to teach him a lesson about that. She took out her fan quickly and with a flick of her wrist she redirected the air, seeing that she could control air currents. Along with the redirection of the wind, her needles that were once heading towards her, wer enow turned around to him, but the needles woudlnt last ver long for with her fan, she realeased her Air blades. In her ShiShi Moto form, her air blades become faster, stronger, and sharper than before, as the blades sliced though the air it demolished the few weak needles and continue thir way to Shade. At this time ten air blades were hurling toards him. If they were to connect she would go in and use her Dance of the Shuriken.

She defiantly frowned upon him now, using air, in an attempt to knock an air demon back...Kikyo's eyes locked onto him as she watched what he would do. If he were to take flight....she'd have to take care of that and ground him.

Shade was now able to use all of his abilities again not just his power bomb and release. In addition now he was stronger than what he was in sealed. Now she'll see what he can do offensively. Even though Kikyo had forced the needles to change direction again but his power still lingered making them slower than before same thing with the wind blades as they came at him. It was wind versus wind right now and he already knew the outcome of this.

He decided to drop to the ground so he could use Jigoku Sokudo and get out of the way of the air blades completely. Once he had done that he was now at least 30 feet way from where he was standing completely out of the way of her attack. Now Shade would test the strength of his power wave without stealing her energy. This would do as much as it should and is using his own energy but he wanted to see his own power against her own

So Shade held on to his blades tight as he put energy into them and as he did this they glowed a dark purple. Then he he did four slashes in front of him with the blades, each of them produced a wave the size of each slash. They were all going at the same speed and heading right at there target which was Kikyo. If she destroyed his attack and sent more at him he could make one more slash with each blade. The power in them made them still glow but a more faded color because not as much power was in them.

This spar defiantly was going to make him stronger he was sure of that.

An annoyed growl escaped Kikyo's throat as he dropped to the ground and evaided her attacks, she would have to make sure he didnt do that again...or less. Kikyo saw him distance himself from her about thirty feet away. It would seem she would be about to witness another one of his attacks. Interesting, interesting indeed. They were blade slashes, they reminded her something of her wind blades...She noticed something though, the colour, the hue was different with some of them. Kikyo of course didnt stay in one spot to observe this. She flew higher and then Jigoku Sokudo behind him, so that the last few strikes he did were esenntially going nowhere. "King Suriken" she said in a very soft voice, Kikyo took her king shuriken outm her favourite weapon..
