Personality:Nuito is a kind warm hearted man who everyone loves to be around.Though he has a very slaughter like personality when it comes to fighting.Intending on attempting to an opponent even if it means destroying himself.

Null weapon/tool: He carries around a reiatsu powered magnum That has a long barrel a foot long and it is purley black.It looks somthing like an old western revolver only quite a bit larger.The glow off the magnum seems to be silver. It is powered with reiatsu blasts when fired. It is his signature weapon in battle. It is esspecially hand crafted by him using his own skils as a former weapon smith.

Alchemy:Zitteraal-Schicht: This coating of Reiatsu gives the weapon or object a shocking surprise. Giving of a constant current of electricity, this can be quite nasty, since it can cause numbness or even nerval damage in living things. This technique requires more control and is very difficult to be used to enchant something permanently.

Blitz wave:This technique allows The user to transmute wind into a large wave of lightning. The user swings his arms after clapping his hands together folding the hand towards the direction the attack should go.After doing this a large wave of lighting forms in the wind as it flys towards the opponent causing burns or parylsis if the opponent is weaker then him.

explodirien anfassen :By using alchemy He can make any object he touches explosive.All objects except living beings such as trees animals and humans.

Blitz kugel:By combining the zitteraal schicht technique and lightning alchemy.Using a gun type weapon into a lighting fast hit that numbs the wound so the opponent dosent feel pain.

Explosivstoff Kugel:This technique is also combined with the zitteraal schicht technique using the same exact gun type weapon as a medium with alchemy. only this time apon impact the bullet explodes instead of penetrating .The explosion is the size of a a regular grenade blast though equally as deadly as a grenade.

geist kanone:This attack is a reiatsu powered shot shot used with a magnum.This if the trigger is pulled on the back of the gun can shoot a cero sized shot at the opponent. Only unlike a cero it actually gose threw them.

geist maschine kanone:This Technique shoots several geist kanones at once with rapid firing added to it.like the geist kanone when the dtrigger gose back it rapid fire several large blasts of cero sized shots at the opponent.

Nuklear ausburch: Unlike its name its not the exsact size of a nuclear bomb.If a transmutation circle is drawn on the ground it explodes to that size and a shockwave blast for 1 mile wider. It has the abbility to destroy karakura town if a transmutation circle is drawn around the hole town. Also it releases a toxin that slowly desinegrates an opponents skin for a 10 mile radius. The opponent secretly enhales the gas apon explosion so it dosent really need to hit. unless the opponent gets within 10 miles away from the explosion.

Aufblenden geben: the technique forms lightning around the users hand for meele.It also increases the speed of the punch and can cut threw other lightning bolts.Tis technique can also can cut threw hierro with relative ease.However it can only be used twice before the users arms get parylyzed.Mainly because it can drain your reiatsu with relative ease

It can also parylyze an opponent if it touches The spine of someones body.Almost permanatly damaging there spine to the point where they cant move a muscle Thus leaving them helpless.It can also damage muscles on the opponents body giving them excruciating pain.

Destruction technique:This technique apon touching an object or person can entirely destroy the object shattering it. If this is use on a human it can remove an entire limb by grabbing it.Also if you touch an opponents torso area The same internal wounding occurs light the schrecklich anfassen.

Bomb shelter technique:As a defensive attack he is able to make the ground underneath him turn into a defensive wall.This technique can protect against the most powerful of techniques.It can also survive a nuclear blast without even getting scratched.

blitz Klang: This technique fuses the area into a lighting wolf that is used for range. This technique can be used two ways.The first way is fusing it with air and blows with a lighting based attack.The other way is using it with the Zitteraal-Schicht technique. Apon impact this techique explodes damaging the opponent severally.

Ausburch Beleidigungen : This technique sends a chain of explosions Towards a large range of areas. The user places his hand on the ground and an explosion occurs causing several explosions to occur as well.

Bakground/History:Nuito is from the keoto family the same family as musashi-keoto was from. He is cousin of musashi-keoto the family was known for humans with special abbilities.As a child he was abadoned from his mother and father who were quincy.When they realize he was a null they tried to kill him.But like his cousin musashi he didn't take this very likely.HE lives orphaned on the streets all of his life.But a few years later he got into guns and joined the local militaries ammunition plant. Later in his life he owned a gun store for a short time.Thus the creation of his null weapon the magnum.over the years he has been wandering and decided to rest himself in karakura town.

Hey, It's Urufu. Most of the application looks good, except for the Alchemy. First off, this is not Full Metal Alchemist. We don't need transmutation circles. Secondly, you can't transmute wind into lightning. That would be nigh impossible, seeing as wind is a combination of Oxygen, Nitrogen, and Hydrogen, as well as a few other less common elements. It takes a lot of skill for a Null to transmute more than one Element at the same time.

Like was said with the Nuclear Transmutation, no transmutation circles. Also, is this an enchantment or Transmutation? There is no tranmutation on living things if it is used Offensively.

What I need is for you to go give me the list of things you can transmute, like is written in my app. Also, No Nuclear or Radioactive transmutations. I need things like "Oxygen (The german word for Become is Werde) Nitrogen" in German, and then explain how Nuito transforms oxygen into Nitrogen, perhaps in his canteen that every null should have or in his hand.
