Personality:

(Lucius is manipulative and a smart aleck. He finds it fun to annoy superior powers but he is a very loyal person. He is quick to step in front in front of an attack on the Cero Espada as well as his own Espada leader. He is sometimes seen as a very comical person as well as a womanizer. He doesn't like disrespectful underlings or equals and is doesn't hesitate to fight no matter what started the fight or who started it. He is a very active Arrancar not liking to stay in one spot for too long. He seems to have no intentions to surpass anyone because he finds the way he's living is very fitting.)

GENETIC LOOKS

Appearance:
(He wears the standard arrancar uniform. The sleeve on the right side of his jacket is cut off short at the shoulder of his jacket. There is also a hood attached to the back of the jacket. He usually keeps it unzipped with the hood up. He's Number is on the right side of his neck and his hollow hole is in the palm of his right hand. He's about 5'9 with brown hair and his eyes are a bright yellow.)

Bone Appearance:
(His bone fragment is attached to both sides of his jaw and covers everything below his face. His fragment can hang loosely around his chin or it can be pushed back up in to place covering the bottom half of his face. It looks like a smooth piece of bone that is shaped almost perfectly with the shape of his face.)

ZANPAKUTÔ

Sealed Zanpakutô:
(It takes the form of a 4.5ft long Rapier. The blades about 2 inches thick. The hilt is about 1ft in length. The blade is a darkened silver color and the hilt is wrapped in light brown leather. The hilt guard is a gold color piece of metal that is bent elaboratly around the hilt perfectly enough for Lucius to fit his hand into.)

Racial Abilities:

Bala- Arrancar alternative to the Cero. The technique hardens the user's spiritual pressure and fires it like a bullet from their fist. The Bala is smaller and weaker than a Cero, but much faster and can be fired in quick succession.

Cero-A high powered energy blasts that can be fired from several different body parts; for example, the hand, fingers, fist, mouth, tongue.

Garganta- Opens a tear in the dimensional fabric separating the worlds, revealing a tunnel of whirling, torrential energy that must be focused and solidified to create a discernible pathway.

Hierro- The hardened skin of an Arrancar, a result of their compressed spiritual power. While their skin is strong enough to block even released Zanpakutō bare-handed, it is by no means impenetrable.

Negación- Fields used to rescue fellow allies of the Arrancar. Negación fields surround a target in a square beam of light that isolates the target from the dimension they are currently in, making it impossible to harm them. The field then pulls the target towards the Arrancar that created the field.

Pesquisa- The Arrancar equivalent of the Shinigami ability to sense Spiritual Pressure. It functions similar to Sonar.

Sonído- The Arrancar equivalent of the Shinigami flash steps and the Quincy hirenkyaku; it allows the user to travel at incredibly high speeds for short distances. Use of Sonído is punctuated by a brief static sound, in contrast to the "swish" sound used for flash steps.

(Slow Speed Regeneration- Lucius can heal himself or regenerate but it’s a somewhat slower process from what some Arrancar have. He can heal a small cut in a few minutes. However it could take days for him to regenerate a lost limb. It’s a painful process for him so he often sleeps through it the best he can.

Cero/Kido Disruption- Lucius can uses right hand to disrupt almost any cero that is shot into his direction. He can disrupt Gran Rey Cero and some high level Kido to a certain extent when it is fire by someone of almost equal level. Low level Kido and Cero though he can disrupt with ease. When he disrupts the Cero or Kido they grow smaller as they near the palm of his right hand going straight through his hollow hole and coming out as nothing on the other side. This also applies to Cero and Kido type Zanpakuto. When he is in his resurrection this ability happens without him trying.

Release Actions:
(Lucius takes the hilt of his blade in his right hand and pushes it through his hollow hole where it disappears all the way to the hilt.)

Resereccion Appearance:
(30%: Lucius’s mask spreads to cover his upper jaw as well looking like the full maw of a cheetah. His arms become covered in bone from the elbow down to his hands. His fingers become long claws the nails turning black while the rest is white. His legs from his knee down become slender all the way down to his feet where they start to look like the paws of a cat.

50%: His mask remains the same but the bone on his leg moves up his arms and up to his shoulders forming two spikes that protrude from his shoulders on both sides. The bone on his legs moves up to his waist.

100%: His mask fragment disappears as bone covers the rest of his body. His limbs grow slightly longer and he grows a tail. His hair starts to grow wildly hanging down his back. His teeth also grow longer and more jagged. The bone grows up his back and up his stomach outlining his abs and his back bone the most. A hole appears behind the spikes of his elbow and behind each of his ankles.)

Resereccion Abilities:
(Cero Deslizarse(Zero Glider): Whenever Lucius is in released form he can use Riatsu to create platforms that he can somewhat glide this gives him the appearance as if he were skating on air. This gives him more mobility allowing him to dodge attacks.

Partir Grabado(Split Image): This is a technique Lucius combines with his sonido. When he uses sonido he leaves and after image where ever he leaves. It last only a little over a second but can serve a big purpose in distracting enemies. He can sonido to multiple places to give the trick of there being clones of himself.

Cero Relámpago(Zero Lightning): Lucius draws blood from his arm letting it drip across his claws. He then charges a yellow cero in his palm. It crackles with energy and then quickly shoots off into multiple splitting different Cero. Their paths or irregular most of them often missing their target but the chances of one of the 24 hitting are high.

Cero Rasgar(Zero Slash): Lucius's claws develops a line of then cero around the edge of the blade. He then slashes his opponents numerous time with his blade. If the blade hits the opponents body an explosion of cero will erupt at the spot it hits. It has the same affect on all solid objects. They‘re the nothing near the equal of a regular ceros power. But they might cause minimum damage against high level opponents.)

PAST

History:
(Lucius was born in a small secluded village in Japan. It was in mountainous regions where they didn't often leave the area and still grew their own food unlike some others who lived in the city. It was quite peaceful and even more peaceful everyday Lucius wasn't at home. When he was 6yrs old his mother and father died leaving him with his uncle and aunt in the village. They had always been in good terms with the people of the village so the villagers looked past how they taught Lucius. Around his 17th birthday he was nothing more than a slave to more than the entire village. He fell in love with a girl the same day he turned 17. She was perhaps the only girl who'd not treated him badly. Her father was the leader of the village which made her basically a noble. He and her made a plan to leave the village within the week. She was more than willing to go. Well along the next few nights. The villagers somehow became aware of his plan and moved to stop him. He and the girl ran but it was no use they captured both of them. Lucius's aunt and uncle said he could be forgiven but now without punishment. They burnt the X shaped scar across his face. It was obvious that they thought the still had further use for Lucius. As for the girl she was imprisoned. Her father said that her attempting to runaway from the village with Lucius was inexcusable. The next morning he had her executed. Lucius was forced to watch. He couldn't understand how her own father could do such a thing to his own daughter. Instead of killing Lucius they left him tied up were a few days later they declared he died of starvation and dehydration when it was really a broken heart. As a spirit Lucius wandered trying to find his house and his love. He simply repeated over and over. "Where is she Where is she." Lucius wandered until he was confronted by a hollow. He'd never seen a creature like it before and he was too surprised and caught off guard to run or try to defend himself. He stood in the same spot as the hollow prepared to devour him. Everything already started to go black. Just as the hollow was upon him he caught a glimpse of his love running then a shinigami appeared out of no where easily dispatching the hollow but not before the hollow had devoured Lucius. He opened his eyes only to be shocked that his body wasn't his own and it frightened him at first but he learned to accept it. He had great strength and remembered all the people that had ever done him wrong. Lucius went to them one by one and ate them. One day he was haunting down just a random person to satisfy his hunger but apparently they were being protected by someone. He was beaten but he managed to crawl away somewhere to rest. A man came to him and at first he was scared of the man because the man seemed not to fear. The man asked him if he'd like to be stronger. Lucius thought back to the battle he'd just had then said "Yes" The man took him to a place he knew not and explained that this was Hueco Mundo. The man said aloud "prepare yourself" confused Lucius didn't react. The man walked over and ripped off his face. Lucius rolled around on the ground screaming in pain until finally he couldn't scream anymore. His body started to ache and change and before he knew it the pain was gone. He looked up and down his body his body was amazing he was no longer a horrific look Lucius monster except for the bone shape on his face. He looked around but couldn't find the man that had brought him there anywhere. The only thing he could see was what looked like a building. He walked and walked until he made it to the building and collapsing in exhaustion. Look Lucius the building up and down Lucius said "I suppose this is where I start anew")

RP Sample:
(Lucius yawned as he sat up hearing the message of the Numeros standing over him. He looked up the Arrancar lazily before closing his eyes to go back to sleep. Wake up you piece of crap! Didn't you hear me! The Arrancar kicked Lucius twice before Lucius caught her foot with his hand. Lucius looked up lazily. The Numeros bothering him was a young girl who looked to be barely 15. She had blond hair and lavender colored eyes. What do you want.... The Arrancar gave a big smile. I already told you..... I'm here to take your spot so I can finally move up in the Fraccion! Lucius let go of her foot and rolled back over closing his eyes. I don't care. You can have my spot. The Arrancar looked down with a annoyed look. You bastard!!! You know damn well you just can't give your spot away, it has to be lost or gained!!! Lucius looked up and studied the Arrancar with his left eye before sitting up. Alright, Alright.

{Few Minutes Later}

Lucius stood with his Zanpakuto in his hand. He stood facing the Arrancar silently. The other Arrancar immediately without even drawing her Zanpakuto jumped towards Lucius shooting a cero. Get ready! Lucius moved his blade aside as the cero neared. As it neared his face he moved his right hand up and the Cero dispelled itself through his hand. He created his own cero but making it explode in his face to make it looked like he'd been hit. Lucius fell backward flat on the ground with his zanpakuto in his hand. As he lay there he could here the Girl moving towards him. Was it really that easy........ She groaned as she neared Lucius and got her answer. She looked down at a snoring Lucius a slight discharge from her cero coursing through his hollow hole. Once again she started to kick Lucius out of frustration to awake him.)

Since my original post hasn't shown, I'll just repeat everything I said ಠ_ಠ
His personality AND his appearance need more detail. 4 more sentences for persona. EITHER an image or one more paragaph for description.

The Cero/Kido negacion is OVERPOWERED, and must be toned down. He shouldn't be able to even slightly damper the power of Gran Rey or high level Kidou without even releasing his Res, it should be hard for him to fully negate a LOW grade cero/Kidou. It should defitely not be easy for him to negate kidou and cero without any effort, possibly in Deus, but you have just begun, and such power can't be given to someone who has just arrived here and has not proven his reliability. Tone down your Negacion power.
As for res powers, add more detail onto Zero Glider. How fast do the platformes move. From how far away can these platforms can be made. How long do they last? what is their range, if moving.
For 30, 50, and 100% Res release, I assume that this is a transitional phase. If that's so, PLEASE STATE IT IS, so other's can't confuse it as only releasing a fraction of the power, or obtaining only a fraction of the new abilities.

I'm going to need to hold off on some of those changes because my comp is down and I probably won't be on for about a week or two until it repaired.
