Takehiko nodded listening well as he sadly smiled a bit. That made sense that she had faith things would be fine. Demons who chased her deserved to be put to the blade. But perhaps that mistake was what got him in this position. When she finally asked the question he began typing on the phone. It was time to explain to her the reason he'd become this. "When I was on my journey to learn about the human world, I found out my uncle had turned on his friends and loved ones by siding with Mana. His name is Tsubasa Unabara if it has any notoriety it would be easier." He said finishing for a moment but not hitting send yet. As he noticed the box was full for its first portion. Getting back to work he began working on those keys now. Takehiko's expression kept a sad smile on it as best he could. In my eagerness to change things and recover my father's honor I tried to kill him. But my skill level is far beneath my Uncle's to the extent it was a gnat facing down a dragon. " He said hitting send with a combination of the two messages.
Takehiko continued a bit afterward to explain the injury a bit further. This conversation had evolved into why he ended up like this. "So I attacked him, my blade didn't break his skin. Nor did my kido even phase him. He used his hand and this is how I ended up." He said hitting send again finishing his tail of failure.
He would observe her now for her response so she could either criticize him for stupidity. Which he'd gotten plenty of from multiple sources at this moment. So it wasn't like that train had left the station yet. The person who did it the most was Takehiko himself. He didn't know what he hoped to accomplish by doing that. All that could be done at this very moment. Was for him to accept that he'd messed up entirely. Lost his way in that blind need for revenge. It was a thing he realized as he grew on his journey. rules and guidelines existed for a reason. People couldn't merely change the tide without a fee.

BLOODY REBELLION
- Spoiler:
Ichijou watched Takehiko intently as he continued to type on the keyboard and each reply was being sent to her phone. This was an odd form of conversation she would likely never wish to repeat but even still, Ichijou enjoyed talking to him. His energy was so kind and he possessed a sort of purity she never saw in most men. Ichijou was not exactly a babe by her standards, but most men found her attractive in an adorable way. Even as she invaded his personal space, he seemed to bear no intent on doing anything, even if she gave him countless opportunities to do so.
Ichijou, for women or men - especially the ones she liked - enjoyed to hug or snuggle or tackle those within her vicinity. She was very childish even at the age of 20. So... as she read it, she learned of what led him to this place. He seemed to fight his uncle and lost horribly. It was idiotic. Even Ichijou could say that, but she found something noble in it too. She felt nothing but nobility from Takehiko's personality. She was pretty sure he had good intentions and... that's all that mattered right? Even if the failure was horrible.
"Even though it was sort of stupid to face someone you had no chance of defeatin', still noble to go out and face him head-on. I'm not all that familiar with Shinigami but he sounds like he's pretty' powerful. Betrayal hurts for anyone... trust me. It's okay to be brave, you know? Just dun go and be foolish with it, and die. You're lucky you ended up in a room with the wonderful, beautiful, helpful, and sexy nurseijou!" She planted another playful kiss upon his cheek as she stared at the phone, awaiting his reply.

She was really hard to get used to for him, as affection wasn't common. His cheeks flushed with color unsure how to respond to her. It wasn't something he had a clear idea on. Takehiko just wasn't used to affection or kisses really. He was easy enough to say completely innocent and pure in that sense. He'd never thought about it or had people kiss his cheeks. How did a person respond to it in that regard? It was a strange feeling that felt foreign but not wrong really. Just confusing to him as he tried to figure out what to send her. What words explained this situation well enough for him? She'd encouraged him with words about being noble despite foolish. Trying not to die when he did something next time. He located an emoji of a smiling face and sent it. That was all he had up his sleeve at this point. Casanova, he was not that was clear in this regard. Takehiko wasn't the guy sweeping women off their feet. Arianda kissed his cheek for helping her. Now Ichijou did it freely as she nursed him.
When she talked about people getting hurt he pondered on medicine again. Letting the thought drill into his brain further. He had to have a plan of some sort before this all went strange on him. He wasn't gonna be bedridden forever in this world. so the next conclusion was to move on to his next plan. He'd try inventing something but in his core. He didn't think that would be the way this journey would commence again. He decided to type something in complicated this time for a change. "What is your dream?" He asked her now curious about what she wished to do with this gift called life.
Ichijou was a vibrant girl who shown brightly like a star. Perhaps even brighter than Polaris the north star itself. That was what he saw her as the most when it came to it. But he wasn't good at wording things or even thinking those sort of thoughts.

BLOODY REBELLION
- Spoiler:
Ichijou adored the odd reactions Takehiko felt as he thought of ways to react or reply to how eccentric Ichijou was. It was fun. It was thrilling, and Ichijou just felt all sorts of giddiness towards helping him even more. He texted her another question and this one gave her pause. He had asked what her dream was in life. Oh, that one was... quite difficult. Ulv Auber or as Ichijou liked to call her "Mistress Lady Ulv", had asked her a similar question and even offered her a path to it, and she cheaply deflected it. She had assumed she was ready for the challenge but fear crept in and the thought of being someone not seen by the public eye was gut-wrenching.
It was ego. Childish ego. She adored being the center of attention and became pouty whenever that wasn't the case. So when the offer came up, she rejected it and went her own way. Even still, Ulv told her her door was always open if she wished to pass the threshold and seek a higher purpose.
Pulling on his cheek, she chuckled, somewhat with embarrassment in her face. Um, Takehiko-san... this might sound really stupid but I don't really know or have a dream. Or rather, a moving one. I'm... just, well, sort of a social media' nut who spends her days in the public eye. I don't have any moving dreams or aspirations I feel in my head like the other Heroes of this world do, or anyoen for that matter... "

Had he crossed a line and asked the wrong question? He wasn't good at these things and social stuff always perplexed him. Why could it be just something more simple like how's the weather. Or something more apathetic when he messed up at these. It felt extremely bad inside. He couldn't find himself a real starting point. That was when she suddenly gripped his cheek pulling on it. What was the communicative narrative for this? Did that mean she was upset with him for asking a bad question? Girls were really hard to navigate he was really wishing for a manual right now. His confusion on his face as he looked at her was plain. Takehiko listened intently trying to understand. So she just wanted to enjoy her life with her device? That seemed nice and simple in his mind. Kuchiki family and such things didn't allow such luxury. He didn't completely comprehend it truthfully but he didn't need too. That was the wonderful thing about people's dreams. They were their own, not yours to change or mainpulate in any way.
He typed now slowly as he smiled thinking about it and saying what came to mind. "Sounds like your dream is that then, living in the public eye and enjoying social media right?" He said sending a smiling face emoji at the end. Just because it didn't involve saving the world or changing something. Didn't mean it wasn't a dream. "My dream is to save people, to become a healer without equal and save many lives." Takehiko typed sending it before she asked. As though reading her mind in this regard. He was fairly sure her next question would be about that. He'd become motivated and in fact driven to see the future. To see what it offered to the world ahead of him. But not as a warrior who shed blood against all enemies in his path. But as a healer who tried to stop the flow of blood.

BLOODY REBELLION
- Spoiler:
"Yeah, you can kind of say that. Mah dream could maybe be more, but I'm twenty-years-old and I have so much life ahead of me hopefully that I'm not quite ready to contemplate anything else but havin' fun! " The petite vampire smiled brightly as she smiled at his kindness. Even though it was only spoken through text, it felt genuine and that's all that mattered in her eyes. The smiley face made her eyes brighten even more. He was gettin' the hang of it! Ichijou read his next words. She flashed one of her toothy grins as she ruffled his hair and hugged him into her arms.
"That's cool! So cool! I dun think I've usually ever heard of anyone who wants to heal rather than kick ass on the battlefield and strike down their enemies. It's somethin'... kind of pure about wishing to aid others and bring them back to health. Some would say... that'd make you qualify as your own form of a doctor or surgeon! Which means you could be Doctor Takehiko, the shinigami who heals those in need of healing, with his beloved sidekick Nurseijou. " That last part was meant to be rather hilarious and meant to make him laugh as a joke. She wondered if he'd understand it, though.

Takehiko didn't think kicking ass and stuff on the battlefield had to be about cutting people down. He believed medics and healers kicked plenty of butt by not letting people live. The main idea behind him wanting to save people was a bit of a deep seeded thing. When his parents died no medic existed so that just brought him sadness. The Gotei had to have the Soul King to help them previously. That's how bad their healer situation had become. Unohana went missing and requesting a visit with one would get him blasted. Nobles had a strict set of guidelines they were supposed to follow. So writing notes of an introduction would have drastic consequences. Something he himself would have to become familiar with in life at some point. Takehiko did acknowledge two problems when it came to healers. The Gotei had very little to offer at the moment. The medical corps had even been fused with the Kido division. So it seemed very unlikely that a real doctor even existed there anymore. Takehiko couldn't help but off a small sigh at the idea of that.
He didn't know how to respond so he found a laughing emoji and put it into the thing. At least that seemed like a proper response. This was likely the only response he could come up with as well. Figuring out the rest seemed difficult really. Ichijou was a roller coaster making it hard to follow social convention. One moment it was kissing and clinging. Next moment it was an embarrassment and pinching his cheek. Now jokes about being a nurse again so he really didn't know if a proper answer indeed existed here.

BLOODY REBELLION
- Spoiler:
Ichijou wasn't quite sure if her joke caught on or not but it wasn't as if she had meant what she said.
It was quite an interesting twist to be someone who wished to heal rather than slash and hack their way through the battlefield. It required unique patience and a gentle heart. And so, she wished for him to understand the intent of what she truly meant as she sat down and gazed at him closely.
"All jokes aside, Takehiko-san, I commend and adore that you have such a gentle heart.
Most do not wish to sit behind the frontlines and patch people up. You hardly see warriors who are committed to healing and nursing others back to health. Nowadays, most warriors are just so focused on how deep the sword can cut or a multitude of energy blasts or three-thousand forms or so... and you get the idea. None of it includes healin'. When you get out of here, I hope you continue to keep that goal close to your heart and never lose sight of it. Ya' hear?"

The Silent Kuchiki
Takehiko Kuchiki
Takehiko listened now as well his voice was pretty much dead. He couldn't speak to her but the phone was here. He decided rather than respond he would look up to her now. Take his attention from the device he'd been talking to her with. She didn't think his idea or goal was dumb. Well, that was only two in the club thus far. He'd have to work really hard to improve. Kido was a skill that well just wasn't used by a lot of folks presently. The kido department of the Gotei was especially damaged at this moment. Takehiko closed his eyes leaning back feeling tired. He'd been so busy figuring out Ichijou and the phone. He'd forgotten the exhaustion hanging over him. He'd been on medicine and fighting valiantly to pay attention to her words. He couldn't really do much else as he felt his eyes begin to close. Floating adrift in the realm of dreams now. Leaving behind the mortal coil and doing something likely amazing. Takehiko looked innocent when sleeping, more then he did when awake.
His slouched over position and form were tired as he breathed in out. Only managed to type the words I promise out beforehand. Unable to hit send as he fell into the sleep. A doctor would likely be coming round to see if the medicine had taken effect yet. Takehiko had been high strung and unable to rest. Ichijou had gotten him to finally relax a bit. His body ached everywhere from the long journey he'd been on. The wounds of fighting his uncle in combat or rather being beaten. So many things had happened to him, exhaustion was his body's natural response to it. Falling into a deep slumber clutching the phone though if pried away he'd lose grip. Releasing the phone from his digits to whoever wanted to take it for their own.
