» Item Description: The Hydroacidic Disseminate is a variation of typical Hydrogen-based acids known to be highly corrosive on metallic substances. For purposes of Living Realm based warfare, Shadow Fall scientists developed this new substance. Substances such as hydrochloric acid are known to dissolve metallic materials, such as breaking down iron into iron chloride. Hydrochloric acid can still break through processed metallic alloys, but it takes an excessive amount of time. With Shadow Fall's chemical variant, the level of corrosion has been substantially accelerated such that even denser metals such as processed iridium and even osmium can be broken down entirely within a matter of minutes. Unfortunately, this is specifically a chemical interaction that has no bearings on things built off of supernatural energy, such as the materials from Soul Society which are built off of spiritual particles.
