Sekhar Vashim [WIP]

A WILL UNBROKEN
THE WILL EXPLAINED
I. Basic Information
» Name: Sekhar Vashim (शेखर वाशिम) [Much like his older "bother," Sekhar named himself. The name he chose was that of Shekhar, meaning "crest" or "peak." He sees himself as the peak of the Kushanaada's will to protect and guard Hell. Vashim is just something that "rolled off of the tongue."]
» Age: Sekhar has only existed for about 400 years, contrary to Ravan. Sekhar was born only after Ender looked into Hell, as the exposure of an outside influence gave shape to the flowing "will" of the Kushanaada. This would make Sekhar one of the first, if not the second, Rakshasa.
» Gender: Male [Similar to Ravan, Sekhar is only "biologically" male. Although it is easier to call Sekhar a "he," it would be more correct to call him a "they" as in the plural. Sekhar views himself as an embodiment of all of the Kushanaadas' will, not just a singular one's.]
» Affiliation/Rank: This is where Sekhar and Ravan are perhaps the most alike. Sekhar exists to guard and protect Hell. Sekhar is far more zealous in this pursuit—to the point where even Ravan refers to him as a shut-in. He doesn't want Shadow Fall or any other organization's influence to affect Hell, so Sekhar retains a fairly neutral perspective on any of their activities.
» True Appearance Written: (What is the appearance of your Rakshasa? They do not have any form of shifter appearance, they are always in their true form)
» True Appearance Picture: (If you have an image, feel free to post it here. If not, remove this)
I. Personality
» Personality:
He Who Cannot Fear: Sekhar is entirely capable of fear. He is someone who looks at terrifying beings on a daily basis. Even with such a recurring situation, it does not make him any less afraid. Hell, Ravan terrifies him. Yet, this is something Sekhar does not show. He cannot show it. He guards what can best be described as the prison cells of Hell. Those who are doomed to spend eternity within Hell are sent to Sekhar's cells. If the prison warden shows fear, then what do the prisoners have to worry about? No, Sekhar just watches with a careful eye and an unflinching face. He is capable of staring death in the face and not showing fear—although he himself is terrified to the core. Someone who can read emotions that are hidden would see right through Sekhar's facade.
He Who Must Protect: Sekhar takes his place as a "Guardian of Hell" very seriously. Too seriously, if you ask any other Rakshasa. Hell is something sacred to him. It is more than just a home. It is his birthplace and his birthright. He believes other Rakshasa can protect their layers from outside forces. He doesn't believe he can control the outside influences they have, but that is something he has learned to ignore for the most part. It is Sekhar's job to protect it from the inside. He keeps those who are not meant to escape from escaping. Hell is meant to be a place of punishment for outsiders, not a vacation home. Once they have served their sentence and repented enough in Sekhar's eyes, they are released. Until then, they cannot leave. Sekhar will make sure of that.
He Who Must Not Leave: Sekhar feels as though his duty to Hell is so much that leaving is a bother. Visiting the other layers is fine. He can basically instantly return to his own if he so chooses. It also builds camraderie with the other Rakshasa. Well, at least what he calls camraderie. It really is just mostly-awkward smalltalk that he thinks is working well. When you bring him to the World of the Living or any other realm, Sekhar is perpetually bored-looking. He is, in actuality, incredibly anxious and wants to return so nothing actually goes wrong. He sends his Hell Beast to guard, but he doesn't trust them enough for that to last very long.
He Who Does Not Socialize: Sekhar is decently social. He just doesn't know how to be social. As mentioned above, he tries smalltalk that just ends awkwardly. He wants to actively support his bretheren in keeping Hell a proper place for Rakshasa to exist in. However, his odd ways of speaking—many times it is him speaking to himself to vocalize a thought. His bluntness sometimes borders on being rude to most. However, he doesn't know how he is being rude. Usually his Hell Beast or the other person will need to correct him.
He Who Is Not Alone: Sekhar, even when standing in the vast emptiness of Ravan's layer, is not alone. Even when his Hell Beast is away, he is not alone. Sekhar has the will of all of the former Kushanaada within him. They may not have had free will, but their desire and drive to protect Hell has instilled within him a duty that none other could possess. That is something he values greatly. He looks at it as if the former Kushanaada are part of him and make up a decent bit of who he is. That is why he believes that he is not alone—for the Kushanaada are with him in spirit.

THE STRENGTHS OF WILL
THE NATURAL STRENGTH OF WILL
I. Dāgī Tvacā (Tainted Skin)
» Dāgī Tvacā Name: Baadal Moondana (बादल मूंदना; Cloudcover)
» Dāgī Tvacā Appearance: Baadal Moondana is a constant-type Dagi Tvaca. It takes the form of golden armor which covers truly very little. The armor is self-imposed limiter. Its main function is to disallow the usage of Prakaash Jal-Pralay. This sealing is complete--so long as the armor remains in its form, Prakaash Jal-Pralay can not be used. In fact, it is as if Prakaash Jal-Pralay does not exist until the armor leaves its form as armor. Baadal Moondana is, in its own way, part of Prakaash Jal-Pralay's spear. It is the shattered spearhead reforged into protective plates. The armor is split into 6 sections. All 6 of which make up part of the reinforced spear of Prakaash Jal-Pralay—thus all 6 must be removed to use his Tukara Saitana
» Dāgī Tvacā Powers: Baadal Moondana is "Protection by Imprisonment." It is the embodiment of the Kushanaada's thought "To protect Hell, we must imprison those sentenced here." The golden armor increases Sekhar's durability by one rank (up to Master at maximum) while reducing his speed by one rank (down to Beginner at maximum). The large plume of scarlet threads that come from his pauldrons are both flame-resistant and hydrophobic. Liquids just slide right off of it without leaving a single drop. It makes it a perfect coating for cold weather.
In truth, Baadal Moondana is more akin to the armor of the Kushanaada themselves. Whereas they could bestow armor to anyone who they deem worthy, Sekhar cannot. Instead, only he can use the power of the Baadal Moondana. Copies of it can only attain, at maximum, 1/4 of its strength. It is something that no one else could treasure as much as Sekhar—as it is a further proof of the former Kushanaada accepting him.
Baadal Moondana acts almost as a lightning rod in a sense. The material is similar to bronze. It is a poor conductor, meaning electrical and lightning-based abilities do significantly reduced damage. They do approximately 1/10 of the damage if they strike the armor directly, but if they strike Sekhar while he has Baadal Moondana active the damage is increased to 1/5 of the original intended damage. This does not apply to other elements, but only those that take upon electrical and lightning-esque qualities or have that as an element.
That being said, the armor has other unique properties. As described above, the armor acts as a lightning rod of sorts. When an attack strikes the armor, it is dispersed around the armor as well. This reduces 1/2 of the damage from the point of impact, but the other half is spread across the other sections of armor. This spreading is equal, with each remaining section of armor getting 1/10 of the original damage. Therefore it is possible for sections of the armor to break even if they have not been directly struck. This stacks with its natural electricity and lightning resistance.
Baadal Moondana·Sooraj Dekhana (बादल मूंदना·सूरज देखना; Cloudcover·Peeking Sun) is an alternative application of Baadal Moondana--it is "Protection by Pursuit." Baadal Moondana·Sooraj Dekhana is the embodiment of the Kushanaada's thought "To protect Hell, we must corral those sentenced here." It is not a seperate form or anything, but merely repurposing what is already there from Baadal Moondana into a different focus. The new armor's form armor increases Sekhar's Speed by one rank (up to Master at maximum) while reducing his Durability by one rank (down to Beginner at maximum).
Baadal Moondana·Sooraj Dekhana loses Baadal Moondana's electricity and lightning resistance. It also loses the defensive portion of its lightning rod status (more on that below). The armor instead becomes more like a funnel. The large protruding spikes are removed and the design becomes more aerodynamic. The shoulder armor and upper arm armor is repurposed the most, becoming a specialized attachment located at the small of his back. It is a wheel with four blade-like fans on the outer edge. These only appear on his right side, they cannot circle to his left side. These act as an intake for the other side. When the blades extend, blades of flame form on the other side. They mirror the physical blades in positioning and size. However, the fan blades are not the important part of Baadal Moondana·Sooraj Dekhana. It is the wheel. Those just show that the wheel is active.
The wheel at the back of Baadal Moondana·Sooraj Dekhana is actually more akin to funnel. As stated above, Baadal Moondana·Sooraj Dekhana lost the defensive capabilities of Baadal Moondana. However, it does retain its capabilities of distribution. When something strikes the armor, the 1/3 of the strength of the strike is propelled through the center of the wheel. This will, obviously, propel Sekhar forward. He can, unfortunately, reach speeds that he cannot control himself with if an attack of sufficient strength hits his armor.
I. Natural Demon Traits
» Srength: Sekhar's strength is, honestly, the weakest of his natural attributes. Although definitely above an average human, Sekhar does not view raw strength as necessary or even wanted. He finds that large, destructive strikes are more harmful than beneficial most of the time. He'd rather strike multiple times with his spear than have a single, strong attack.
» Durability: Sekhar is surprisingly durable for his lithe and pasty frame. He may look like a sheet of paper, but he's a sheet of paper folded many times over. He stands there, taking strikes. He's unflinching in an almost conceited way. When he looks at the source of the strikes, his face says more than he does—"Is that all you can do?"
» Speed: Although he may be a piece of paper folded a lot, he's still a piece of paper. Sekhar is light on his feet. His speed doesn't come from how fast he runs or from how much distance he can cover. His speed is that of his reaction speed. He's lithe and agile, not a distance runner.
» Spearman: Truly, this would perhaps be Sekhar's ultimate strength had he no releases. Sekhar uses a spear in the ways that should be mentioned in a textbook as "not working." The odd design of his spear allows him to use it not just as a thrusting weapon. He can use it like some do a bec de corbin, using the spikes along its haft to drive into flesh from angled swipes. He can use it like some do a hammer—its massive spearhead having obvious flat areas capable of crushing more than just bones. He swings it with an ease seen rarely, mainly because most people nowadays want to swing swords and not the gloriousness that is a spear.
» Hand-to-Hand: Sekhar is nowhere near as skilled with his hands as he is with his spear. However, he is no slouch either. His strikes are the type to be slow, but with force behind them. He doesn't see the need of doing multiple, fast strikes if one is enough. Then again, if he is forced to use his hands then he has been put in a very disadvantageous position. If he needs to punch something, a single strike is far more preferable than anything that would draw out a fight.
» Reality Warping: Sekhar is devestating in regards to his skill in Reality Warping. He may not be able to change as much as others that are focused in this skill, but Sekhar is exceptionally resistant to change due to this. His reality is his. What he forces upon the world and what he believes in is exceptionally resistant to change. His layer of Hell is nigh-untouchable even by the higher echelons of Rakshasa power due to how determined he is to keep Hell a protected, safe place. Sekhar's constructs are almost monoliths—capable of withstanding most problems.
» Astitva Kī Baṛhata: Although Sekhar's speed and success may not be the best, Sekhar is exceptionally efficient with it. His also does not appear like a normal one—it collapses from diagonals instead of from top to down. Sekhar
» Akuma Kyōdo: Sekhar's Akuma Kyōdo takes the form of a smooth black surface that covers most of his body. It is seperate from his Dagi Tvaca, although they flow together enough to seem as one. Sekhar's is extremely durable, but not in the sense that it is just outright tough. It is more pliable than that. Most strikes—especially those dealing slashing and bludgeoning type damage—will not pierce through his Akuma Kyōdo. Bludgeoning-type attacks, such as fists, are incapable of actually breaking his Akuma Kyōdo. However, they can still do damage—much like how a warhammer could deal blunt force trauma even through chainmail. Piercing-type attacks, those meant to through such flexible materials, deal 50% more damage to his Akuma Kyōdo due to the way it works. There is a weak spot where his Akuma Kyōdo does not break through. This is around his heart, where the demonic makeup of Akuma Kyōdo seems to not want to tread. This weak spot is protected only by his own natural durability.
» Gemheart: Seven fragments of metal and a large ruby-like gemstone jut from around Sekhar's heart. Sekhar has tried to understand exactly what it does, but only has a rudementary understanding of it. Due to this, he cannot use the Gemheart properly. As it exists currently, Sekhar's Gemheart is a resevoir of pure Hell—mainly due to what energy it has within it. It passively absorbs energy, but not to any degree that it hampers anything. The energy is stored within its crystalline formation, but it doesn't add to Sekhar's energy reserves. In fact, he cannot naturally tap the energy reserves. It can store an amount of energy equal to Sekhar's tier plus one sub-tier (If Sekhar is 1-5, the Gemheart stores energy comparable to a 1-4). If it reaches into 0-tier, then it instead goes by one Mini-tier (-s and +s) [if Sekhar is a 1-1++, the Gemheart stores energy comparable to a 0-5--. If Sekhar is a 0-5--, the Gemheart stores energy comparable to a 0-5-]. The durability of the Gemheart is equivalent to the maximum of Master-level durability. The metal does not have this. If it is broken, the energy is released in a violent explosion of power before coursing into Sekhar's body and re-charging any spent energy. Sekhar does not know this would happen. He also cannot break the Gemheart himself. If the Gemheart is destroyed, it can regrow, but only when Sekhar receives a Tier upgrade. Until he receives such a thing, he would not have a Gemheart.
I. Equipment/Other Resources
» Equipment: (If your character has any equipment, then you should put it in this section. Otherwise, if they don't, do not fill in this section and you can leave it blank.)
I. Kushanaada Unique Abilities
» Satark Najaren: (सतर्क नजरें; Watchful Eye) Satark Najaren is the strongest ability of Sekhar's without him releasing his Tukara Saitana. Although he normally has two silvery-cyan eyes, Sekhar can change his right eye's color to crimson. Satark Najaren can be used the post after the change. The ability is that of taking a warden's penetrating stare and focusing it into an attack. In this case, it was focused into a superheated beam of energy fired from only one eye. The beam is capable of melting stone and metal with ease. Its strength can be compared to a Gran Rey Cero, although its raw strength is lowered due to it having the strength of heat behind it as well. It can be fired once per two rounds.
» Antaheen Pravaah: (अंतहीन प्रवाह; Endless Flow) Antaheen Pravaah is usable only in areas where Sekhar has used his Reality Manipulation to alter the makeup of an area to increase the temperature OR in areas of already extremely high temperatures OR in the presence of something molten. When Sekhar has Antaheen Pravaah ready, he takes a portion of the molten substance or temperature and forges it into a spear of condensed heat. It is scalding to the touch of most, though a moderate layer of protection nullifies this (including Sekhar's own Akuma Kyodo). Antaheen Pravaah, when thrown, becomes something akin to a water balloon. Upon contact with another surface, it ruptures. The heat will expand across the surface. Due to the expected heat, this will make most room-temperature items begin to melt or ignite. Antaheen Pravaah can be used once per two rounds.
I. Layer 333—Kile Icchāpatra (किले इच्छापत्र; Fortress of Testaments)
Kile Icchāpatra is the Three-Hundred-and-Thirty-Third Layer of Hell. It is one of the few that has a proper name, something Sekhar wishes more of his kin would do. Kile Icchāpatra it is the prison of Hell. Those sentenced to Hell's eternal punishment until their true repentance are sent here. When most enter Kile Icchāpatra, it is from a doorway in the side of a crevasse. A single stone pathway lined with flags extends from a small outcropping. That bridge is the only way off of the outcropping. When someone falls down the crevasse, they just fall down and eventually re-appear at a random point in the sky. It is a far more disturbing prison than the actual prison, but there is a chance of escaping that hell.
Across from the entry door, a large gate stands imposingly. It is the only entryway to the prison. The door is the only way into the prison. The inside of Kile Icchāpatra is almost exclusively lined with cells. These cells hold prisoners of Hell as well as "destructive elements." These are lined with multiple layers of stone, metal, and water. Each square inch of a layer is compressed to have the equivalent of three square feet of the same material. It is noted to be very hot within his layer, and there are superheated pipes running throughout carrying magma.
THE RELEASED STRENGTH OF WILL
I. Tukaṛā Saitāna
» Tukaṛā Saitāna Name: Prakāsh Jal-Pralay प्रकाश जल-प्रलय
» Tukaṛā Saitāna Appearance: Upon release, Prakāsh Jal-Pralay sheds the armor of Sekhar's Dagi Tvaca. The armor does not fade away but forms new parts of Sekhar's spear. They coat its former head and haft. When this is done, a new spearhead phases in. The head doubles the length of the spear, and it becomes something that some RPG character would claim was a sword of a giant. It is a spear of pure authority, signifying his control of his layer of Hell. The head is flat black. It does not reflect like any metal, although it feels like it made of exceptionally smooth metal.
» Tukaṛā Saitāna Powers: Prakāsh Jal-Pralay removes Sekhar's Dagi Tvaca's buffs and debuffs. It lowers his Dagi Tvaca to the lowest possible skill rating, as it has no capability of being used while Prakāsh Jal-Pralay is. Instead, it raises his Reality Warping skill by two steps, up to a maximum of Master. Sekhar also gains the ability of flight. There is only one new ability within Prakāsh Jal-Pralay, and that is Sitāron Kī Girāvat (सितारों की गिरावट; Downpour of Stars). Sitāron Kī Girāvat is his use of Reality Warping to force upon a reality crafted by his spear. It is the spear of rebirth by fire—a weapon designed to destroy and purge anyone and anything harmful to Hell. Sitāron Kī Girāvat's power is split between three Testaments. Each one is substantially stronger than the previous and each one requires a requirement of raw energy (Tier) to be used. How each will interact with Sekhar's tier is described further in detail within each one.
»» Testament One: This requires a tier of 3-1 to use. The First Testament condenses heat from around him into a wheel of fire along his back. This wheel is then used to fire a condensed beam akin to Satark Najaren. The First Testament's beam does have a secondary effect. When it comes into contact with something, there is a burst of the heated energy. This could be compared to an explosion of raw energy rather than something like a car exploding. The purpose of the First Testament is meant to fire enough of a blast to make sure that a single person is eradicated. Sekhar is capable using this once per release upon reaching 3-1. At 2-3, 1-5, 1-2, and one per 0-tier subtier, he can use the First Testament one additional time per release. Upon reaching the point where he can use it multiple times per release, Sekhar can use it only once per three posts. At 1-1 he can use it twice per three posts, and at 0-3, he can use it thrice per three posts.
»» Testament Two: This requires Tier 2-1 to use. The Second Testament is less about the First Testament's design to "remove a single person" and more about "getting through to a single person." The creation of a sphere of energy is followed by Sekhar stabbing his spear through the sphere. This sends a beamof energy streaking across the battlefield. The beam is more force than raw energy. Although it scalds like a Cero, it has the physical force of something far stronger—even stronger than a Gran Rey. Sekhar is capable using this once per release upon reaching 2-1. At 1-3 and one per two 0-tier subtiers, he can use the Second Testament one additional time per release. Upon reaching the point where he can use it multiple times per release, Sekhar can use it only once per three posts. At 0-5 he can use it twice per three posts.
»» Third Testament: This Tier 1-1 to use. This is event-only. The strongest use of Sitāron Kī Girāvat. It is the epitome of Sitāron Kī Girāvat's purpose. Its heat is high enough to melt the earth around it upon declaration. Once it is declared that he will use this attack, Sekhar cannot stop it. It can be stopped by outside means, but he himself must release the attack. As Tukara Saitana limits speech, the chant he speaks when brings out the Third Testament is unintelligible. However, there is only one sentence that is always understood: "It was inevitable..." The massive amount of heat alone is enough to melt away multiple houses, but the blast is truly devestating. It can melt away an entire town, leaving something akin to a pool of lava that does not naturally drain. Only at 0-2+ could Sekhar use this twice per release, and he would have a five post cooldown between the usages.
