Soul Eater: Calm Before the Storm

It has been just over a year since the fall of Asura, but much has changed.

Death City has been rebuilt, but most of the human population has been wiped out. Most of the lower-level kishin had to migrate out of the city for this reason, spreading across the globe to other places where humans dwell, feeding on souls to attain more power. This has caused the DWMA to send their students out and around the world to hunt down and eliminate the kishin, who have learned from Asura's lead and are becoming more and more powerful by the year.

Death himself, The Grim Reaper, took too much damage to his soul from the town's near-obliteration, and moved on, leaving his son, Death the Kid, in charge of Death City. Kid has spent the entire year since Asura's fall training to the very peak of power, and his strength is on par with his late father's now.

Free, the immortal, is now under the command of Death the Kid after the fall of Shinigami-sama. He is out scouting the world for the locations of the more dangerous kishin, since he cannot be killed, and reporting the locations back to Kid.

The Witch threat has grown dangerous. There are more of them than there ever have been before. They have no leader, as they have all banded together to destroy Death City, and kill Kid.

But.. there is hope.

The Weapons and Meisters have never been stronger than they are now. The power they hold is beyond anything it has been thanks to the rigorous and unforgiving training that Kid enlisted in the school's curriculum.

The War is about to begin, which side will you choose?
