» Why:
The main reason why i'm applying for this upgrade is due to story reasons, ever since encountering Inami and gaining the seal ritsuko has been struggling as to whether or not she should go on the path of evil and chaos or the path of justice.

Having this in mind ritsuko journey's into the forest to train herself, with a little work Ritsuko is able to manifest the demonic spirit in the physical realm. The spirit itself is a mirror image of ritsuko, one half representing the sun while the other is the moon.

Once the spirit was summoned it proposed ritsuko with an offer...either allow the it to influence her to do evil intentions or convince her that she's worthy of making the seal do good. Ritsuko agrees to the do the trial, however the trial itself is not a simple fight, but rather a journey whereby Ritsuko discovers her own mind more completely, learning what the true motivations for her actions are, understanding and coming to terms with what effects the decision will have on her friends and loved ones, and making a difficult choice about whether or not to pursue the seal or use it for heroic actions.

The fact that seeing Junko suffer the effects of the seal made her both devastated and motivated at the same time. She wanted to control the seal so that way she wouldn't lose valuable friendships she's made ever since becoming a quincy and breaking Toshiko's heart as she explained to ritsuko that she lost a friend to the seal of eris. If she lets the seal control her she'll become something she's not which is a dangerous indicidual who is only hellbent on destruction and chaos.

CHASM REVIVAL TEMPLATE

Chasm Revival Name: Kurnugia Nippur: Descent of the Goddess

Edict Oath:
Light and Dark merge together to achieve renewal and balance. I would solve all mysteries, even the mystery of death come child, take my hand as we'll explore the Descent of the Goddess.

Chasm Mark: The Seal is located on ritsuko's chest taking shape similar to that of a small keyhole. The seal emits either an orange glow if she's in her Solar State and Purple if in her Lunar State.

Abilities:
The abilities ritsuko gain is based off the celestial bodies within the solar system which is the sun and moon. Each form will have seperate transformations depending on what she's exposed to so if exposed to the moon she'll transform to her Lunar Form and if she's exposed to sunlight she'll go into her Solar Form.

Lunar Surge:
Description: By utilizing her scythe she can focus her energy imto the weapon causing it to glow with immense light allowing for ritsuko to gather the energy off the moon's celestial body which is also reflecting the sun's light. Once gathered the scythe can condense the energy into a small ball firing it at her opponents, the ball itself moves at the speed of a bala and can be dodged rather easily with advanced speed or higher.
The ball can become more powerful if ritsuko absorbs more energy however it'll leave her wide open for attacks.

Ritsuko can only use this ability once per thread and the cooldown of this abiliy is 2-3 posts


Shooting Stars
Description: This ability calls down waves of falling stars at a target location damaging the enemy with a barrage of  downside however is that ability can only be used if ritsukois in her "Lunar State" and has a limited range of only forty yards, once the opponent is struck with this ability it has a small chance of causing Lunar Solstice which increases the damage of her other lunar abilities by one tier. The ability also can burn targets but it takes 1-2 posts until the burn effect can actually take place.



While the sun represents her more compassionate, motherly side. It focuses on overpowering her foes and using deadly fire based attacks to burn her enemies to a crisp. However she can also use this to heal as with her Orb of Sernity. She also can use the sun itself to either heal herself or empower her abilities. The form also has a spell-fighter theme in which in one hand she uses her sword while in the other she uses the spellbook to utter incantations.


Orb of Glimmering Light:
Ritsuko sends out a golden orb of energy traveling at bala speed healing those she choses within a fifty meter radius of herself. Healing Superficial wounds, minor cuts, moderate cuts, bad bruising, and deep lacerations with the burst alone. If there are some with worse wounds she can hold the orb of energy to heal fractured and broken bones in two post, and limbs and organs in the full four post she can hold the orb in place. The Cooldown ranging from three (3) post for just using the burst, up to eight (8) post based on time holding ability times two. (This skill can not be used with any type of combat ability from the user.) The maximum range is 50 meters.

Ring of Flames
Description: Ritsuko takes the tip of her sword, and focuses a small portion of fire to it. Stabbing her sword into the ground, the nuclear energy with in the fire is amplified into a large circle being 5 meters in diameter or 15 feet. In this circle Ritsuko is going to send fire upwards from the ground. Those who are caught in the circle will be caused damage. This circle will also increase the power of her solar abilities by one tier so if her demon magic was adept the circle would make all of her solar spells into advanced but she must be standing on the circle for the effect to take place.

Drawback: This ability can massively drain her of nuclear energy meaning that if she uses it too quickly she'll immeditey be reverted back to her normal form. She'll be stuck in her normal form for 3 posts before her weapon is active once again.

Hikari [Light]
DESCRIPTION:  short-term damage ("solar retinopathy") occurs when a person stares directly at the sun, and is a result of too much ultraviolet light flooding the retina. In extreme cases this can cause blindness, but is so painfull that it is rare for someone to be able to stare at the sun for that long. . If it was released with her Solar State was called out, then she'll will constantly release a blinding, radiant sunlight causing UV light to flood the enemies retina, forcing all within range to either close their eyes or risk damage to their eyes should they keep them open, either way mostly if not completely blind to all that is happening around them. This can be countered with if the opponent has a willpower or focus that's one tier above ritsuko's they're immune to it's effects. In order to initiate the blinding affect the opponent MUST be within melee distance of ritsuko but it's most effective if they're at the range of hand to hand combat; the blinding effect cannot take effect if the opponent is at a medium to long range distance away from ritsuko.

The Ability can only be used two times and has a post cooldown is five posts


Reason:
Ritsuko obtained the seal via Inami and with this it both retains the body figure of ritsuko, while also giving her either a empowering goddess like motif. The sun form represents her nurturing side The red eye signifies the eyes of her Lunar State while yellow eyes represent her Solar State. This form allows others to know that while she wants to see the world destroy itself she also wants to see it prosper and change into something better.

» Extra: The items she used in the thread is the Steel sword she obtained from the Cybermind Store.
