Two small suggestions
1 -Make a board where people can talk about what threads they will create, the purpose of the thread, and people can say if they want to join the thread or not. Though, apparently this is done over Xat most of the time... Meh, go for it or not ^_^
2 -I know it's annoying to have a new guys input, but could you make each world a section, and each part of the world a subsection, just to keep things a bit less space-consuming on the front page since you guys have so much description of each area.
Ex.
Main sections = -
Sub = +
Earth -
Karakura Forest+
Karakura Central+
Other Countries +
International+
Hueco Mundo -
The Desert+
Las Noches+
Menos Forest+
(Whatever the town is called)+
[ you get the idea]
Soul Society -
Demon world -
Crazy hard to spell area -

We already have that. It's thread discussion within character info.

I could possibly do that within the future, I'll discuss it with my staff.
Also, do not feel afraid to suggest or ask questions when you are being respectful. You have nothing to fear otherwise.

Don't be afraid to suggest things. And I think I see what you mean.
Since what you described is...pretty much how the site is laid out now, the way I see it is:
Rules/Apps/Info
General RP Area
- Human World
Karakura Central (Sub-Sub-Board)
International Board (Sub-Sub-Board)
Other Cities in Japan (Sub-Sub-Board) - Soul Society
Sub-Sub-Boards - Hueco Mundo
Sub-Sub-Boards - Etc.
OOC Rp Area
General Area
While (if my above figure is correct) it would make the site look MUCH less cluttered...it would make navigating the forum harder.

Yeah, i could definitely imagine, it making it less cluttered, but also harder to find, with certain boards, by putting everything together, and what not.
