Samara, the 6th largest city in Russia

It has been awhile since Verniy came here as she used to make a living off of the streets with her abilities. Upon her arrival into the city, she would be greeted by the various citizens that still recognizes her even after she was recruited by the Russian Government and hasn't been around the city since. She was still glad that they still recognize her, meaning that she left quite a positive impact during her days and seeing citizens greet her gave her a feeling of fulfillment as if she has been reliable to the country as well as the government, continuing to provide home and such.

Her face remained the same as ever, lifeless and blank, waving her hand lightly at each greeting towards her. Without speaking a word, all she ever do was to lightly wave.

Verniy only returned because she missed her country a lot, one of the reason is because she is born and raised here and holds a lot of respect for the government and care especially for the people within the country. She has another 'home' to go back to but Verniy didn't fancy reminding herself of what made her who she is today. Emotionally, it was still a bit unsettling for her.

She continued to walk across the streets in a white sailor uniform with a coat hanging behind her back, as well as a sheathed sacred weapon sitting on her left waist, and looking around shop by shop, house by house. While it is her intention to return here, Verniy feels a bit lonely in Russia as she seems to start to get used to a more noisy environment back in Japan. So, there, she is unofficially home.

Although Vladimir was a person who was able to respect his country, hell who could not respect Russia, he was at a point where he was beginning to question some of the decisions. Having been in a self induced exile for quite some time he had no right to complain, and he knew this, but he had heard talk of a supposed ambassador to Vastime. While this idea, in and of itself, was perfectly fine with Vladimir the circumstances that this ambassador found themselves in was not. How could a person say that their loyalties lie with a country when they do not even call it home? Yes, he had heard that this ambassador was now living Japan of all places.

It was with this that he had decided to visit the village that she had once called 'home.' Perhaps he would be able to find something in this town that would show him what she was to his country; what good she has done for them. For Vlad, if he saw no use for this person, would not hesitate on calling them out for it. The only reason the ambassador to VASTIME should leave the country, if not on vacation or work, should be to delegate some sort of deals with VASTIME not JAPAN! It was as he walked through the town that he had noticed something odd; there was a single female that seemed to draw the attention of all the townsfolk. Sure, she was very attractive for a foreigner, but what was so special about this female? It was with this that he decided the best course of action would be to simply address this female, what harm could that do?

Cracking his neck, Vladimir simply approached the female; towering over the female something seemed odd; she had the presence of someone who would actually pose a threat to him. Looking the female over once he simply began to speak. "May I ask who you are, kiddo? Are you lost, if so would you like some help?" It was with this that he let out a smile at the child and simply waited for her to respond. Were the people of this town that shy? No, why were they not offering to help what was clearly a lost child. The only off putting part was the confidence that she walked through this town with; it was something that one would not expect from a child, though it was not unheard of.

Being mistaken for a child was not an uncommon thing for Verniy, as rarely someone of her appearance would represent the country in Vastime.

Same goes for this situation, approached by a male who towered over her not just in height but body size. A way to look at it is that they are complete opposites in appearance, as Verniy would look up towards him in her petite stature while he would look down at her in his tall height and well-built stature.

Verniy looked at him straight in the eye and even in their differences in physical appearances, she felt indifferent with the approach and listened in to what he said, whether if she is a lost child that needed help. She remained silent, not answering his question and only kept staring, and only shook her head left and right later to express her answer as in 'no'.

She adjusted her hat downwards, revealing the symbol of the Soviet Union to Vlad for a few seconds before adjusting it back to its original position. She didn't know if that would indicate her relationship with the Russian Government but given her formal wear that also consists of Russia's flag and a double-headed eagle, it should be enough to link her ties with them but that doesn't really matter to Verniy if he failed to identify as is.

Verniy wouldn't speak a word regardless, even if he had approached her in a friendly way. The fact that he is a stranger to her is one of the reasons she didn't speak a word and that no diplomatic affairs is involved to have her speak, deeming it unnecessary for her to try and talk to a stranger, coupling with her lack of trust to communicate with people outside of her comfort zone.

Vladimir was unsure of how he was meant to continue; was this lady a mute? It seemed she was able to understand the questions that he was asking, as she did give him some form of answer, though she still had not spoken a single word. "So, what's your name young lady?" He asked. He was rather lost in this situation; what was he supposed to do in this situation? Looking around, as to gauge the reaction which those around them had, he did not gather a very large amount of information; a majority of the conversations had stopped and people were simply smiling at the girl.

With a slight sigh, and a scratch of his head he figured that as long as he was receiving some sort of answer he could continue to speak in Yes or No questions. Looking over the girl, once more, he began to notice a few things which he had simply ignored the first time; perhaps it was the child-like face which had drawn him in. Her barrette, and the uniform. Could she be an official? No way, right? A child acting as in an official manner? "Do you hold some form of office? Well, if so then please do excuse my rudeness. I may have misjudged you." It seemed he was pretty embarrassed for having made what seemed to be a rather large mistake.
