» Item Name: Wings Of Zadkiel is the name that Cirno decided to give this weapon. The reason for this name is because she takes the faith associated with this Archangel's domain. It is said that this angel is tethered to the righteousness of god and his grace. Ergo, with Cirno's prowess, she is able to empower herself with miracles, spread them to others and further the cycle of faith within the world by Touma proving himself worthy of this holy grace.

» Item Description: The Wings of Zadkiel are empowered by Cirno's Aether, but are activated when there is a strong need for them. She designed these Aether Stones to be infused within the body of Touma and react when the values of his heroism is called upon. Therefore, these are only to be used when something is at stake, people need to be protected or negativity needs to be fought. Hence, these weapons cannot be used in threads where Touma is fighting for himself unless his life is in danger.

With that said, these Aether Stones are meant to grace Touma with the blessing of divinity. As such, their ability can allow for 0-2++ level attacks to be utilized from these wings. This is made possible from the investment of Cirno's own power into the piece of equipment. He will be mentally synced to the wings and he will be able to create a variety of energy based attacks that take homage to his negation ability.

Area Of Effect: Five hundred meters (max; uses more energy the further the area of effect goes)

Speed: The speed of this device is equal to mach two in regards to how fast it can react and attack.

Durability: The durability of the device is equalivant to a master level durability. Therefore, it can sustain a high amount of damage, but it is not unbreakable. This is purely from the potency of the Aether Stone thanks to Cirno's craftsmanship, the values of Touma's heroism and how Cirno's own Aether Magic becomes empowered from the heavens.

With these specs in mind, Touma can create a wide variety of attacks through his mind from these wings. As this is more of a free-range type of weapon that requires imagination. For example, if an energy attack from a 0-3++ was getting ready to blow Touma to pieces, The Wings Of Zadkiel could be used in order to create a dense dome around him which could potentially negate the attack's damage, lower it and allow him to keep fighting.

In another example, he could also use this as a form of armor if he were to otherwise focus the energy f the wings to create an armor around this body. As he could transfer its energy, coat his body and layer it with a master level durability for a duration of the post until he runs out of energy or switches functions. As, only two functions can be activated at a time with this equipment and it can tire himself out mentally if he is not carefully.

So, to note, he can only use one to two attacks per turn and it can be quite tiring on his willpower with repeated usage.


Other Information

Flight: In theory, Touma can fly away and try to escape battles with these wings. It's capable of flying at Mach Two Speeds, so it would undoubtedly rip Touma's body to shreds. So, prior to this flight activation, the device would automatically coat his body in a gold light of Aether Energy. When this occurs, this light will act as a shield to protect him until it's mach speeds are disengaged. Which also means Touma CAN control the speed in which it goes for finer guidance.

Energy Cores: The Wings Zadkiel can be considered to possess an amount of energy that would be 50% of Cirno's 0-2++ energy. So this item does possess a HIGH amount of fuel within it to keep it going for Touma. These are all stored in many pieces of its material and can recharge on its own after a day or two of siphoning Aether from the world around itself.

Blunt Usage: The Wings Zadkiel can also be used as pure blunt instruments; even if they are low on energy. These are dense pieces of equipment and can be used to smack the wind out of someone. For example, with enough speed and force, these wings can send someone with an adept durability flying into the distance for one hundred meters. It could also smash through rock, debris and can be considered as potent as a Shinigami's Zanpukto.

Potency Against Negative Forces: The Wings of Zadkiel are considered to be more potent against negative forces. In this definition of negative forces, these are categorized as beings that produce malicious intent for unjust intentions. An illustration of this would be a robber seeking to steal from someone who is unable to defend themselves, while it wouldn't apply to someone who had the intent to fight against Touma purely for the thrill of it.

Additionally, The Wings Zadkiel will obviously be more powerful against beings such as hollow, demons and other similar creatures which have a lore of being fueled by such negative ambitions. However, Touma can control when this potency activates to avoid hurting people needlessly. As not all Arrancar, Demon's and so on are always foul by default.

The Potency Boost Itself

With these definitions out of the way, when facing off against the aftermentioned forces, The Wings of Zadkiel gain a two times potency boost. So if Touma was creating a five hundred meter dome around himself and others, it could expand to one thousand hundred meters and potentially ignore the 500 meter area range of effect for this item. However, he'd be more exhausted than usual and it may be harder to summon the weapons functions as the fight or battle drags on.
