New Org Discussion [Staff/Members Feedback]

«NEW ORG DISCUSSION»
Well, I've done some evaultion, and towards the bigger picture of things, I could see the benefit of adding these factions to the potential roster of organzations.
First off, why more orgs? The reason I why I feel we are at a place to create new organizations is because I've seen the potential that campaigning has for something like the Gotei and I want to work, throughout the year, on making more precise campaigns for new and currenmt organizations to add a bit spice of life to the site. I understand the risk of potentially adding more, but they seem rather minimal. The worst case is that we get another did and we just experiment again. Is that really that bad? I don't think so.
Vastime: The reason I want this to be an organization is because I feel it has a big enough impact, resource center, member attention, activity and potential to otherwise play a role in the site as far as things on Earth goes. I don't think there would be much disagreement here in my eyes, but I could be wrong.
Guild Of Heroes: Now while this is my own faction, I will say I wanted to have other people help me run it and have characters step up to leadership power. I see potential in this faction as it's meant to serve as an "overall" protag organization that isn't limited to any race, any world and so on. Anyone who has a protag character can join it and feel like they are apart of something bigger than themselves and contribute to heroic activity on the site.
Quincy/Wandereich: This one is the least likely, but I figured they'd at least deserve a shot because it would be nice to have most of the canon races with some type of organzation going. I don't expect this unless people are willing to step up to this one.
New Antag Org: I also want a new antag org, but I may let other people construct that or I may possibly write out a campaign for someone to follow. As I have a few ideas in my head, and if people are willing to work with me, we can create a project for it and I can promote it. That is to also make sure the balance of neutral/protag orgs isn't out of wack.
Now, with all of that out of the way, what do you all think of this? I want to make the first two a reality, while the second two are optional in my mind.

Can I suggest the the Russian Civil Forces get an org? It's such a big country, which has a ton of materials and fire power, that there's no reason there shouldn't be an org for them. In addition the creation of an Org will give them a little time in the lime light, perhaps it would spark some interest in players actually using the land mass. It just seems like with the threat of Shadow Fall and all that they would begin to actually represent themselves a bit more; they would begin preparing for the worst. Just my two cents.

Make more orgs 'cause people like to flock to new shit they have no idea about because fuck why not.
Also it's easier to fit the agenda of new orgs into current events better than with old ones. I think it'd be a good idea to reform an old org as a new one but idk if people want to just leave an org to join a new one, even if said new org is a spin-off of the old one with said characters collaborating to make the new org which could start a lot of plot related stuff/character relations if some of those people so chose.
If something like that does happen people who dont' want to go along can stick with the old one, obvs don't wanna force them to do anything, but it's an idea.

Alright, I'll address each one as clearly and as much as I am capable of doing so. At least giving my intentions towards each idea. As a whole and where I sit on the topic I'll mark them in bold and discuss my point of view and thoughts on each thing as a whole.
Vastime: I think this is a good one for an Organization, but I don't intend on joining it. As it doesn't fit any of my characters really. From an organization standpoint though I think this one is successful already in terms of everything. It has a good foundation and members because of hard work put in by the parties running it. It's something I think will do well and as I stated before though I don't intend to join myself. I think it's a good org but it's pretty well set and I don't feel like just being there to be there sort of thing.
Guild of Heroes: Now this is one I am on the fence for. I think Organization status should be put up for it of course. But my characters are very firmly based in the Gotei. Now while I do have some who could join and potentially help out. I think it's mostly up to you and how you'd want to use someone. Now I have been thinking about some things on this particular Org for a while. I had thought at one point on throwing Tsubasa behind it. With his new outlook and personality, it's quite different from the old one. The problem is with his reputation as a whole on things. Now it depends I guess largely on the organization as a whole. I am not sure if they want someone from my group much.
Quincy/Wandereich This is sort of one I am part of largely on my part. I have had a lot of influence as the org was brought here under my poll. I was desiring to see the Organization of the Quincy here. I do have Ghislain Eberhart who I could throw in to try and help activity and give the organization a proper push. But the organization belongs to Shizuo right now. So I have little I can do here despite having a character who could help them and do many things. From his own perspective, Ghislain still wishes to contribute to them as much as possible. But has cut ties so the organization could become more.
New Antag Organization: I am honestly for it, I would love to help out with this however you may need me. I could lend Verathius to this cause or Astaroth whenever I get around to finishing them.

I've already given my thoughts on the other stuff elsewhere, but I guess I'll drop my two cents on another antag group too.
It definitely could be used. I think the main problem with Antags right now is that it's sort of confined to two locations: Shadow Fall and K-world, one of which is kinda dead in the water for the time being. Even if both were active, in comparison to the overwhelming number of "good" orgs and groups, options sort of feel low for some characters. Although I don't know how wise it'd be to allocate multiple different antag groups, considering evil/antag characters are typically in less supply than "good". So I think it'd be fun to do another antag group, especially since Monsuta was steared into a neutral direction. I feel the number of neutral and good orgs typically outweighs the Antags to a very large extent.
That being said, I would want a unique and fun idea for said Antag group. It's very easy to fall into the trap of "this is group, it has positions and one leader." I feel something interesting or weird could be done with it, in terms of positions of power. I don't know what it is, but I feel it'd need to have some purpose or interesting factor to keep it separate from the pack. I'm willing to work with people on this idea if others were to express interest as well. I would propose an Arrancar group, although the Espada joined Shadow Fall, but I doubt their numbers are in high supply.

They would need a leader, hierarchy, member base, and activity before being considered for organization status. If you want to start something yourself, talking to Morph/Cap. He built Vastime from the ground up, and so would have great insight into how to go about that.

RCF is already a thing, though it does not have an ORG. It is more lore based, and I believe Radioactive is the one leading it right now. Seeing as it is already existent, and from what I can tell has many NPC participants, I think ew just need more player to join in.

There are a lot of lore based organizations. But RCF doesn't have any presence on site that I have seen, so it would need that. If you really want it to take off, it would need it's own board, and properly laid out hierarchy, not just 'a shark and some guys' as well as a fair few more PCs before it could be an org.

Here's my thoughts on this~
Vandenreich: While it'd be great to have them become a new org, activity has died for them recently. While i'm going to hopefully begin increasing activity for them, i don't think they are at a place that deserves an organization status just yet.
New Antag Org: With the site's power so heavily antag skewed at this point with shadow fall, i don't think there is a need to have a new antagonistic org unless by some chance the organization is going to be antagonistic against everything and everyone without bias, that might be a bit interesting.
Guild of Hero's: I could see this becoming an org due to the vast resources/people that have already gotten behind it. However i feel we should probably focus on the pre-existing organizations we already have before going to new organizations to help spice things up.
Vastime: Again another great option due to the power and resources it has amassed over the course of time. However as i stated before i feel we should focus on fleshing out what we have already got rather than focusing on what we could make in the future, unless we are going to get rid of some organizations.
