» Name Of Character: Mirja Eeola
» Link To Character: https://www.platinumhearts.net/t16312-mirja-eeolaapproved-0-5-0-4-in-shikai
» Upgrading: Auspicious Small God of Traversing: Recently acquiring a few coveted Small Gods pills, Mirja's body has become saturated to the limit in their unique power, however, this does not grant her immediate power over it. Some benefits are evident from the start, but if she truly wants to see what they are capable of, and finish the combination into a true Auspicious Small God, then she needs to work at it. Taking the energy that she has building up inside her, and using it, getting to know it, seeing how it ticks. Only then will she be able to utilize it to it's fullest extent.
The Road Never Ends: A Unique power from the Auspicious Small God of Traversing, it grants Mirja an interesting ability to be free. Even in spiritual form, the energy that makes up the Auspicious Small God hates the inability to travel as it desires. And so, she has a potent resistance to effects that slow her, that reduce her ability to move as fast as she desires, sometimes to a point where the effects are negligible. Very powerful slowing effects can still effect her, but even they are not as potent as they would be against a normal person. This does not effect things that stop her outright, but if something reduces her speed, then it fails to find purchase on The Wolf.

[mod]Alright, I have only slight problems about this.
Now, the main problem I have is "any immobilizing effects". I feel that there should be some kinds of movement restrictions that she would not be able to activate this from. Because essentially, this means that if she stops movement in any way from restriction of said movement, she could just zip right out of there. I personally don't find that very...fair. Even if it is once a thread, there is the possibility of a situation like this happening:
"Someone uses their strongest type of restraint on Mirja, and she can just cast it off"
Seeing as she can basically choose to cast off the restraint, and I really don't feel comfortable with that. I recommend that this be toned down in some way. You can talk to me in PC about it if you get stuck, or want to explain it. We can come to a compromise if possible.[/mod]

[mod]We've talked about things in PC, and after discussing and seeing some changes, I believe that I can approve this. So, add this to your app and make a link back here. Otherwise...
