• Reasons For Upgrading: During the two years after 2413, Nagato had essentially solely been accumulating power deep within Los Viejo. While this was going on, he also perfected his most powerful ability. His new Susanoo form is considered to be the truly ultimate version of the power, possessing both optimum stability and 'perfect' power. He was able to create this new form because of his accumulated energy and overall power, being an 0-2++ being.

  Despair: Perfect Susanoo:
  Ever since he originally created the Final Stable Susanoo, Nagato Tengan knew it was not the epitome of the godlike power. There was still a new peak to climb to and a new form for Susanoo to take. This new version ended up being the Perfect Susanoo, however that wasn't all that was put into this form. To explain its creation, basically all of the malevolent and sinister energy and power Nagato is capable of producing is gathered up and inserted into this final form, producing the Despair: Perfect Susanoo. Not only is all of this energy put into it, but every single bit of power behind the Stable Final version is also condensed into it, wasting nothing. This has resulted in the ultimate, most perfect form of Nagato's Susanoo. In appearance, it's essentially completely unlike any other version, though it does possess some characteristics of them. It has similar armor to the previous form, and is solid as well (unlike the transparent un-armored body and rib cage manifestations). However, it now seems to be much more human-like than any other Susanoo underneath the armor, possessing very clear humanoid facial features, limbs, and appendages. The skin of the 'body' under the armor is a very deep crimson, resembling Nagato's spiritual energy instead of the purple color of the armor. It's head consists of a helmet which seems to be opened like a large mouth and a human-like face within, though the entire thing is smooth and there are no openings such as nostrils or eyeballs. It's also significantly shorter and overall smaller than the Stable Final Susanoo. Instead of being as massive as skyscrapers, the Perfect Susanoo is only about twenty five feet tall, barely tall enough to reach the top of the previous version's shoe.
  
  Now, onto just what makes this version of the Susanoo so dangerous. Due to the massive difference in size, it doesn't possess the same absolute destructive force as Stable Final form. It also doesn't have the same self freedom as the Rib Cage version, or even Full Body form. So, why exactly is it called the "Perfect Susanoo"? It's pretty simple: This is by far the most efficient Susanoo possible for Nagato. Not only does it utilize energy more efficiently, but the efficacy in which it outputs damage is maximized as well. This means every usage of energy blasts, every physical blow will be more damaging and less taxing. Also, while it may not have the same level of producing mass destruction as Stable Final Susanoo, due to being extremely condensed Perfect is able to unleash much more small, single target damage than any other version. It is also the fastest out of all the "full body" Susanoos, even to the point of being able to use Sonido. The armor of this form is far, far more durable than even Nagato's Segunda Etapa Muteki Hierro, being capable of defending against attacks he himself would take damage from without it. Nagato also benefits from being further within this Susanoo compared to the Final Stable version which houses him in a shell on the surface of the "creature". This all adds up to being much more attuned to fighting one versus one or smaller/individual opponents than Stable Final.
  
  This Susanoo is also capable of utilizing Nagato's energy reserves to form weapons, though he almost always sticks to creating a sword or spear. These weapons always take on one of two characters; either they are extremely durable and possess massive amounts of cutting force, or they have incredible explosive power akin to the Cero racial technique (though obviously on a much greater level). An empowered explosive spear easily possesses enough destructive force to level entire towns and more. It can also manifest a crossbow on its left wrist to allow for a rapid fire ranged attack extremely potent against large forces and speed-oriented individuals (due to the massive AoE splash damage). The energy these weapons are composed of is highly concentrated and volatile, causing severe damage on impact or touch. Even when he uses multiple attacks in rapid succession, such as through a crossbow or actual bow made of the energy, the resulting explosions are capable of reducing large areas to ash almost instantly.
  
  Nagato shares vision with the "eyes" of this Susanoo form, which in truth encompass the entire body of this being. What this essentially boils down to is three hundred and sixty degree vision around himself, overriding having to rely on other senses to detect and react to enemies and surprise attacks. Though the theme of a huge vision range originates from his previous eye form, this Susanoo's unique energy makeup allows it to be enhanced to a complete level. The primary weakness of this trait is though he is highly resistant to light-based attempts at disorienting him, he is more vulnerable to vision targeting abilities or attacks due to the increased perception range.
  
  The primary downsides are the weaknesses compared to the other Susanoo forms pointed out previously as well as horrendous energy consumption to both create and maintain this ability. At most, Nagato can sustain Perfect Susanoo for three to five posts at a time. Should an enemy somehow break or outlast this ability, Nagato would likely be down for the count afterwards. It also requires tremendous mental fortitude to maintain as the amount of energy involved, especially at this condensed level, is immense even for Nagato.
  
  
  • Owari ga Kita (The End Has Come): The sole technique of Nagato's Final Susanoo. At first it may seem the simplicity of this name should belie a more complicated ability due to it being Nagato Tengan's truly most powerful attack he is capable of in any form, but in reality it is actually as straightforward as it suggests. Instead of being a technique or attack used by the Susanoo, the End utilizes the tremendously dense energy the form is comprised of. The sheer amount of energy used to create the Final Susanoo is higher than even all of the energy his regular Segunda Etapa is capable of producing, a testament to the raw power of this ability.
    
    
    How this ability functions is by taking all of this energy and condensing it even further until the Susanoo no longer exists and is in the shape of a very small black sphere no larger than Nagato's hand in size. At this point this sphere possesses the power of dozens, if not more, of full strength Segunda Etapa Cero Oscuras'. Similar to the Gran Rey Cero, the very existence of this hyper condensed sphere causes space-time distortions and dimensional rifts to occur in the vicinity near Nagato, appearing as black tears "floating" in the air. However this isn't even its final form. After the entire Susanoo has been condensed, Nagato's advanced eye form and Segunda Etapa are both stripped from him and turned into pure, raw energy which then combines with the already-made sphere to further enhance the total amount of power it possesses. Fusing multiple forms of energy likes this increases the overall volatility as well, making it dramatically more destructive on impact. However, this amount of energy is almost impossible for Nagato to control or stabilize for longer than a single post. Every second it exists in this form Nagato experiences intense and acute pain throughout his entire body, though it is significantly worse in the hand he uses to hold the sphere.
    
    
    With every single molecule of energy Nagato is capable of producing condensed into a single sphere, the second part of this ability can then be laid into action. After speaking or thinking the word "Eradicate", this energy explodes outward at an extremely high rate of speed. Though possible for very quick individuals (such as those on or around his tier with at least 1 master in a speed oriented skill) to get out of the way without taking the full force of this attack, many others (aka those at or around his tier with advanced or lower speed skills and individuals 3+ full tiers lower without multiple master speed skills) would possibly be caught and consumed by the pitch black energy as it expands. If left unabated this energy will grow and grow in size until it envelops far more space than even Earth's moon. Most attempts to slow it down would be rendered moot by the power of this attack, but it is certainly possible for those at or near his own level to do so while groups of noticeably weaker (3+ full tiers lower) individuals could with teamwork. The destructive force of this ability is beyond imagination for most people as it obliterates and vaporizes almost everything it comes into contact with as it is capable of one shotting individuals as strong as Nagato in their final form if they, without defending themselves, took the full brunt of this attack while already being injured at least moderately. However seeing as unlikely as that is, a more astute example would be this explosion's ability to render even space-time and transdimensional abilities moot and irrelevant. Far greater in power than the largest nuclear weapon ever constructed or imagined by humans, the single best way to not die to this ability is to run as fast as possible in the opposite direction. It takes over five posting rounds, if not longer, for this explosion to stop expanding and eventually dissipate.
    
    As stated previously, the cost of using this ability is roughly ninety nine point nine percent of Nagato's maximum and total energy output. The remaining point one percent is used to keep himself alive when he himself is enveloped by the explosion, taking advantage of the fact that it is his own energy to protect himself from the ability's full power. However due to both the total energy consumption and the fact that he does take tremendous damage from using Owari ga Kita, Nagato instantly goes into a comatose like state after using it, ending whatever thread he uses it in for him right then. This coma lasts for an entire month in real time and for the month afterward his power level is equivalent to about 4-tier. Overall it takes three months in real time to go from using this technique to being in a state capable of defending himself again without outside help of some kind. There is also the risk of death just from using this technique if he were to be attacked after falling unconscious or if he is not able to aptly protect himself from the damaging energy. Overall this is the single most dangerous feat Nagato Tengan is capable of.

  I made the changes asked of me, but also added quite a bit more content. I figured reposting would be the best bet because the old version was archived and a year old.

Most attempts to slow it down would be rendered moot by the power of this attack, but it is certainly possible for demigod-like characters to do so.

Though possible for very quick individuals to get out of the way without taking the full force of this attack, most others would be caught and consumed by the pitch black energy as it expands.

At most, Nagato can sustain Perfect Susanoo for a few posts at a time.
