Ghislain had wondered about this sometime before embarking on this journey here. Something was out here and that was the reason Hulderic chose it. Something was built here but hidden from the world and needed finding. The whipping of winds and howling of the cold air. Something was built here by the ancient Monks of their people. He could feel it in his bones as he decided to explore the once homelands. They'd once owned this place and called it home. Ghislain would reclaim a portion of what was here. He didn't dare go deal with the other region just yet. The Monastery was his interest here. Ghislain needed to focus on finding this place. It was buried more than likely and would require time to locate. Reaching down he gently touched the ground. This wasn't a move or anything as he sent a pulse of Reishi out. Over the entire the continent that was a radar of sorts. He was sensing the area as he felt information return slowly to him as the reishi did a circle out and came back to him. So it seemed the nearest place was over to the west. Hulderic had never located it nor even figured out what it was.
Bringing both his hands to his chest he inhaled and exhaled a breath sending out a wave of reishi again. This time to blow snow from the Monastery's steps and everything near it. He was gentle as it was a breeze strong enough to clean but not damage the area. His hands lowered now slowly as he walked up the step looking over the area. This was likely the last piece of culture their people had in this region. Ancient techniques lost to the snow here and forgotten by even Emperors. Ghislain had plans for this place now as he decided it would be his home here. Could he defend the entire region that was unlikely especially with that city? The Vandenreich had left these lands unaware of the treasure here. Ghislain would need to figure out what could be done. He walked to the stone doors as he pushed his arms outwards sending the snow covering the stones flying outwards. This place had many cultures as he could see they practiced here daily.
Slowly he crossed his legs to meditate on how to open these doors the right way. It wasn't about force or anything like that. The user must have known a technique to enter this place. Unless they did it perfect however these doors wouldn't budge. It was safe to surmise these doors strong as time had done nothing to them. Hulderic's mightiest blow couldn't have hoped to damage them. Was this a tomb or a training area was the first question. Claiming this zone for himself would require some time indeed. Ghislain didn't know what all would be required. He knew how to open the doors properly and didn't intend to share that information. Was it greed or perhaps something else that drove him? He could have told the Vandenreich of this discovery. But to what end, so they could misunderstand the teachings? Nobody was able to perform these arts but himself. No point existed for him to tell them about it as they had no desire to learn.
