This item is a membrane that forms around the user's body at will. The shield itself is contained within a small bottle of 99 cent Dawn Dish Soap, which the user holds somewhere on their body. When the user floods reiatsu into the bottle, the membrane escapes rapidly, forming a tough defense around the user's body. If used intelligently with something like a sword, placed against the bottle, then it will create a sphere around the sword instead, creating a functional shield that the user can use to block against attacks. The bubble's durability and size are proportional; the more energy that the user pours into the bubble, the larger and more unwieldy the shield will become, but the more durable it will become as well.

As long as the user keeps the bubble in a tight circle around themselves, they are able to easily walk with it around them. If they expand it much larger than that, they must work out how to roll around in it to move around. To collapse the bubble, the user simply wills it to stop being around them.

As an added bonus, this membrane is constantly slippery and fluid, cleaning up any dirt and dust that it comes across as it moves along various surfaces. The shield itself defends well against dirt, grime, laser blasts, Cero, physical punches, and grease. However, it shines best against cutting attacks, for even if it is pierced, it can quickly reform once again to continue maintaining the proper level of defense... even if the inside of it has become quite red. It'll clean it off eventually.

The shield also conducts electricity very well, for better or for worse.

Something finally came out of the drain of my lab's sink... talk about a durable kind of cleaning detergent. I have decided to turn it into a kind of defensive mechanism, and therefore had to make very few adjustments to make it perfect for this individual's needs.
