The Kenpachi Foundation Template

❂ Reason: She will have been a previous Kenpachi, defeated during her tenure but not slain, and thereafter retired. As someone who had no intention of ever quitting at pursuing what she wanted, to include being stronger than the guy next to her, she persevered on her own, and even joined the Vanguard when moving to live as a mortal in the World of the Living. Her accomplishments in the following several wars on Earth, and her eventual return to Soul Society following the Demon Incursion as a strong display of loyalty and power, Ameyume was then recruited to be in the Royal Guard as someone who had already distanced themselves from the main forces of the Gotei, but still held strong attachments to Soul Society, and could effectively operate on its behalf without operating within its ranks. Naturally with the establishment of the Kenpachi Foundation and inclination to support her fellow shinigami, she has joined with the intent as being one of the mentors and teachers.

❂ Reason: I mainly want her to become stronger, not Kenpachi level but she's heard that they are quite strong (and badass), thus to become the best, she's gotta learn from the best right? Requesting to join basically.

❂ Reason: In short: Hanako feels week inside and feels that she must be strong and hard. So that is what she wants, to become stronger, preferably the strongest of all. But she is at the very beginning of her career as a shinigami (applied to combat division or earth division) and doesn't even have shikai yet. So even a loner like her realises she probably can't do it on her own. So there she is, seeking help from the allegedly strongest warriors in Soul Society.

❂ Reason: Jaeden's gained some fame for his skills with a blade. For his proess in Combat, but there is always more to learn. Jaeden's style of fighting uses his hollow powers far more than traditional Shinigami skills. So coming here is in part to not just strength himself but to learn the proper way to wield his strength and the power of his hollow.
