The Kenpachi Foundation

What is The Kenpachi Foundation? The Kenpachi Foundation is a gathering of shinigami who wish to possess the might and strength to be worthy of being considered a Kenpachi. So one can think of this as a clan of sorts because of their common interest to improve, enhance and harden themselves. However, for the founder, Ibiki Kenpachi, it goes a bit deeper than that.

The creation of The Kenpachi Foundation is to give the Soul Society, Gotei and Shinigami as a whole a radical evolution spark. Since they are currently living in dire times, she founded this clan in order to breed more powerful shinigami to pick up their swords, fist or whatever else they could muster in order to make a name for themselves. It is her hope that this band of Shinigami can help to bring back the pride, strength and fearsomeness that the Shinigami race once possessed when it came to the homeland they come from.

Therefore, one can consider this a neutral faction, but it has very strong ties and alliances to the Gotei Reformed based on Ibiki's connection to them. And, it is not uncommon for many of their operations to overlap with one another. As this is similar to the connections that the Kuchiki family possesses when it comes to the Gotei.

THE RESOURCES OF THE KENPACHI FOUNDATION

Training: Often times there will be very intense training given by Ibiki or one of the members of this faction. There are also many sub-realms provided by Ibiki for those who are more powerful to want to train in.

Housing: With her current wealth, Ibiki has provided numerous mansions, bases and facilities scattered across the Soul Society for The Kenpachi Foundation to house these aspiring Shinigami. This is so they can have a place to call their own if they are not apart of the Gotei.

Resources: Ibiki possess an immense amount of resources at her hand from her own power, position in the SOul Society and wealth she has acquired. So, if someone from the Kenpachi foundation needs something to make themselves stronger? She will provide to them if they are serious about the training.

Logo: Many Kenpachi Foundation members will have a logo of some kind given to them. These can be embedded onto their clothing, weapons or they can even just wear a badge or cloth with the Kenpachi Logo sealed on it.

Notoriety: There is often a sense of respect that is associated with the name of the Kenpachi. So if one becomes official, then they can see their fame and respect go up throughout the world.

THE HIERARCHY OF THE KENPACHI FOUNDATION

Kenpachi Leader And Founder: Currently, Ibiki Kenpachi holds this rank. She is considered to be the true Kenpachi because she possess the title of being the 13th Kenpachi. This means she has a strong influence and say over the foundation as a whole since she built it and founded it. That does not mean, however, she is against listening to her fellow Kenpachi's. She is a very flexible leader for the most part.

IBIKI KENPACHI

Kenpachi Foundation Members: Kenpachi Foundation Members is anyone that has successful been determined to be Kenpachi material by Ibiki. Once this seal of approval is given, they can fully act on behalf of The Kenpachi Foundation as they would have proven their worth. They can often have customized titles, ranks and duties within the foundation and can act of their own accord for the most part.

Kenpachi In Training: Kenpachi in training are those who are associated with the faction, but aren't officially considered to be a Kenpachi yet. They are either waiting for Ibiki's approval, training to make themselves worthy of that title or are considered to be allies. They often either take orders from The Offical Kenpachi's or Ibiki herself.

TEMPLATE CODE TO JOIN THE KENPACHI FOUNDATION

Before we get into the template to join the Kenpachi Foundation, I will say the IC paths to becoming a Kenpachi:

Invite: You can join The Kenpachi Foundation if you get an invite from Ibiki, an official Kenpachi or a Kenpachi in training. It will be up to the Kenpachi Foundation to accept it, however.

Request: Anyone can request to be a part of The Kenpachi Foundation. All that is required is that you must work towards being the strongest version of yourself and making yourself on behalf of Shinigami kind.

Former Kenpachi's: Anyone who has been a Kenpachi in the past can automatically join this foundation. This goes without saying because they've already proven their worth and valor as a Shinigami.

Combat Squad: Anyone in the combat squad of the Gotei Reformed can join this faction. This is because they are already working towards Ibiki's vision for the Soul Society.

Former Division 11 Members: Anyone who was once a part of the division 11 squad can also join this faction with no questions asked.
