ENTER THE DEPTHS

Logistics -- something that bored Liu to tears. Such trivial things to her were better suited to being automated and dealt with through much more simpler methods. Clones, outsourcing, automation; it really didn't matter how it was done so long as it didn't cause her to work harder. So, on that line of thought, when the leader of this nation-to-be started speaking of the complications to arise; the mind of Liu was already passively going to work considering elements to expedite that most mundane process.
"That sounds pretty dull and boring. I've always hated the tedious nature of management. So, out of my own sympathy, why don't I lend my resources from hell to help speed up this movement of people?"
With a wag of her right index finger, The Raksha formed a small vortex that was no bigger than a door. And, in this vortex, there was blue sky which led to the ocean. Really, the location didn't matter as much as her pointing out the fact that she came from a world enriched with magic and occult practices. So, it stands to reason that with this power Liu could prove to be a worthwhile ally in terms of making this brain cluster of a development move faster.
However, those thoughts soon shifted as the eyes of Nizhuan fixated themselves on Hayden when he started speaking of the direction where this nation was heading. It was fascinating to hear the type of leadership and oath to order that the male was adhering himself and his people to. Hence, it why Nizhuan seemed to grin wildly and nod her head at what the male was saying. She was all for this type of subjugation that the male was beginning to impose upon this section of the globe.
And, with this sensation overflowing in the atmosphere, it was hard for her own energy not to react in part. As the plum haired hell beast seemed to have a faint lavender and crimson glow emit from her body. So it was clear she was quite interested in what was going on here. While, on the flip side, Liu had a more passive observation and simply appeared to be taking in everything these sights had to offer. As, in the distance, she could sense a disturbance arriving that would otherwise shake things up.
"Well, worry not! I am here to help, yes yes! I like this sense of order and I have no problem with enforcing more of that in the world!" [/i]Really, the woman was almost like a gremlin with how happy she was. However, it did not distract her enough not to notice the scene unfolding around her. It seemed that everyone suddenly got tense when the arrival of a Ziamichi took place. In fact, Liu herself was scouting out the amount of military soldiers that started to scatter and get into place. While Nizhuan was more amazed at how in-sync they were. Both of them had scattered the particles of their demonic energy throughout the area, so through their remote perception is how they were able to otherwise view all of these men and women getting into place to begin with.
However, it really wasn't a threat to either of them. In fact, they really couldn't sense any hostile intent at all by reading the aura of Animum's energy. It was quite the surprise that they considered her to be a potential enemy. Sure, there was the chance she was suppressing her malicious intent, but the same could be said for any of the citizens or soldiers hiding among the audience that had gathered. So, Liu gave a careless shrug because of the fact she was amused they lacked the ability to read into the heart.
And, as the blonde started to address why she was here, Liu and Nizhuan felt it wasn't their place to pick a fight with her. After all, that was Hayden's battle to deal with and the two of them were more more interested to watch his response intently. It was fascinating to hear the male's response because it further cemented just where he was in terms of this new era he was trying to lead the Vastime Nation in. It seemed he'd even give up the liberty of his life to pursue this dream of an enslaved nation. It was quite interesting from the prospective of both Liu and Nizhuan.
Despite that fact, the two of them wouldn't have much time to mull over those sentiments. As the two of them would shift their gazes away from Hayden and adjust them to Animum. For, it seemed she was interested in addressing them as well. So, since Liu's intentions were somewhat straight forward, she figured she'd take the lead and get the metaphorical ball rolling.
"One can call us friends. And what "friend" wouldn't help another in a time of need? Besides that, I'm simply curious as to what types of enslavement and liberty can be lost, found and merged from this new country the man is trying to forge. So call it curiosity, but also call it balance."
With those cryptic words uttered out, Liu would then give an obligatory nod over to her other half to continue this little conversation.
"Yes, yes! We two represent both liberation and subjugation in the world. They neither good or bad things and we not see them in the same light as yourselves, mhm! Yes...my name is Nìzhun Zhōuqí and I control the flow of restriction, subjugation and enslavement in the world!"The accent of the woman was still thick in an oriental tongue, but the intent of the words should still come across as true and strong as she grinned with each and every sentence uttered out of her mouth.
"And if you haven't guessed by now, my powers harness the power of liberation and freedom within this world. I represent the balance of the second layer of hell and my name is Liú Xīnshén~"After addressing just who they were, Liu would then give a bow and motion for Nizhuan to continue speaking as she pleased.
"So I want to be here of my own will as I would like to see this order pressed further into the world! Yes, yes, yes!"Indeed, Nizhuan was absolutely brimming with light and energy at this point. Yet, the wandering eye of Liu was still observing all of the new arrivals that emerged on the field. One of which happened to be staring ever so sheepishly towards her direction. The man looked like he was geared up to be a ninja of some kind; which caused Liu to almost laugh given how out of date they were in this day and age. So, she would the male a wave and give him some direction:
"If you don't know what to do, then find the liberation of your own will to follow through with what your heart deserves. If not, then feel free fall under the rule of subjugation and follow whatever the world and it's people tell you to do. It's your choice, my nervous friend~"Once finished addressing the half-breed male, Liu's gaze would then shift to the Sugiura whom arrived on behalf of Russia. It was rather odd to see them here of all places, but she would simply give a wave to the female and let her be. The reason being is because she really didn't seem too interesting to engage with from the prospective of The Raksha. And that was because she couldn't quite get a read on whether or not she was enslaved or liberated; and didn't care much to peer into it until she started speaking more substance with her words.
And, lastly, some type of wolf-like creature emerged behind the half-breeds back. This one was a bit odd, and given how many people had arrived, her interest was only so finite that it couldn't stay much captivated on this individual. So, much like the representative of Russia, Liu would simply give a wave and look back on the interaction between Nizhuan and Hayden to see where this exchange of words and actions would go.
It seemed he was more interested in giving them a show than anything else. So, Liu couldn't help but give yet another shrug and chuckle before snapping her fingers and beginning to levitate in the air freely. She was the liberating observing, so it almost made sense for her in this moment to simply sit back, relax and watch as everything unfolded around her. Meanwhile, Nizhuan would stay close to Hayden and grin wildly as the troops started to roll in one after another. This could be the beginning of truly great partnership as far as Nizhuan was concerned!
