What Do You Have To Offer: Sylvia brings to the role commitment to the causes of defending humanity and bettering the Quincy people. She is actively recruiting Quincy to the Vandenreich on her own, and training the new recruits to better understand and use their powers. As Jagdarmee Captain, she hopes to share and cultivate her ideals of Quincy as shepherds to the flock of humanity, rather than destroyers of Hollowkind.
Tier: 3-1 (Base Form), 2-5 (Letzt Stil)
Notes: If approved, Sylvia would begin further training soldat under her command to be specialized hunters, equipped with devices which grant them the ability to purify souls. This would juxtapose against more traditional views, and lead to some interesting story and development, I think.
