Twirling through the clusterfuck of vortexes within this demented world was about as fun for Mana as a child tumbling down a slide at the local park. As both herself and Dellapero fell into the spiral of darkness; the ungodly sounds of scratches, screeches, screams, cackles and all things wicked seemed to storm down upon them in an obnoxious wave of noise. It may even deafen the male if he wasn't prepared for it!
However, The Queen Of Demons was more than accustomed to this method of mad travel! Therefore, it was music to her ears as she hummed to the twister filled chamber of satanic noise! It would be like a Sunday afternoon drive on the beach as she fumbled about the spooky, scary darkness all around them. As, after all, everything had to come to an end. And that end came with the emerald green glow of the gateway which would rescue them both from this whirlpool of spammed noise commotion!
Like a child reaching for the sun, Mana held out her right hand and hoped to reach this all too welcoming illumination with her own palms! As, in a matter of moments, the two of them would be thrust onto the roofstop of The Demon Queen's palace in New London! It was a colossal facility which expanded for a football field or so, but the size of it wasn't that important! Oh, no, no, no!
When the pair of misfits would gaze up and look at the heavens, the each of them would see so many stars illuminating the skies. Even for someone who loved destruction, chaos, discord and all that good junk; Mana Asthavon had to take the time to enjoy the simpler pleasures in life. Perhaps it was a notion acquired from one of the many human spirits she devoured, but The Demon Queen seemed to open her mouth as wide and her eyes twinkled just like the cosmos which was reflected in the atmosphere above them!
""Hahahahahaha! S'ug, look at that, everythin' just looks pruddy!"
POUNCE!
In a matter of moments after those cheery words, The Demon Queen was then seen jumping on the shoulders of Della and holding his head ever so neatly in between her legs. While nonchalantly whistling, she'd then begin to file her nails, throw away the clipper (which magically appeared out of no where, mind you) and then open her arms upwards as if she had not a care in the world.
""This is my home away from home: London! It's where I made that awful big stand, don'tcha kno', toots? It was a great war! Hehehe."
There were many great memories about the war for London. All the burning bodies, making a name for herself, having fun with the sisters of chaos and meeting so many interesting characters that tried to resist her will. Oh yes! That day will forever be embed within her memories; no matter how many millions of souls tried to deteriorate her sense of self!
So, she would then tap her chin, flick Della's forehead and lick his hair as she started to consume more and more of his energy:
"Nooooooooooooooooow that I gotcha where I want ya, what do ya think of the place, babe?"

Dellapero fell through the endless chasm of darkness. It wasn't all that surprising given the acid trip he spectated just moments before entering the twisted realm, but it sure was loud! The echos of screams and despair were deafening, bringing back memories of some of the most traumatic and dreadful events that had plagued the Earth over the years. He was falling upside down, never bothering to catch himself as the duo moved through infinity. His eyes shifted to the manic mistress herself and the joy she seemed to gather from this gateway of Hell. The man had grown used to things like this, but the volume and all-encompassing nature of this pocket portal was still a tad unsettling.
The man's sense of hearing naturally dulled in response adjusting to better endure the symphony of madness without it being a nuisance. Fortunately they didn't stay here for very long. The end of the rift was in sight, the emerald glow of the Gothic city coming into view. The Human stretched his arms after the short fall through oblivion, opening his palm and stretching out each finger to catch himself when they inevitably made impact. The emerald shine reached its brightest and the dreadful realm of turmoil had passed. it was more of an annoyance than anything to him. He could only imagine how many other places would have that type of decor during his venture with the empress of madness.
He touched the roof of the palace, pushing off the tips of his fingers and flipping over completely in a single fluid motion. He landed on his feet, getting a grip on his center of gravity and trying not to fall over like some kind of fumbling fool, disoriented from being upside down for that long and instantly turning himself around. Grance adjusted, turning back to the mad Queen he arrived with and taking in the surroundings. It had been a long time since the swordsman saw London, especially the new one devised by Shadowfall. The Gothic spires and design were completely foreign to him, especially in contrast to the old London he knew some four hundred years ago!
" Jeez, this place is -really- different from what I remember."
As opposed to the stars above, his eyes were more grounded, gazing over the cityscape Shadowfall had forged from the rooftop of the palace. Despite the reputation of the organization and they're less-than-benevolent tactics and goals, they did a decent job up-keeping the city after the war from long ago. His thoughts were split asunder by sudden act of the throne lunging at him!..Or jumping over him rather? In any event the woman was on stepping over his shoulders the next minute and making herself comfortable. He nearly lost balance for a -second- time from the abruptness of it. His sense of equilibrium was a bit off today for some reason or another.
" Yeah, I heard about that a long time ago. Made quite the impact on things haven't ya? I might not agree with yer' methods, goals and stuff, but accomplishing all this is pretty commendable. "
They were on opposite sides of the coin as far as these wars and conflicts were concerned. One had to respect a person's ability to accomplish this all so quickly though. He despised the actions he has heard about the woman, and more-than-likely he'd come to despise the actions she took in the future. The point of why he had greed to come was to find out more about the mad mistress than just the stories he heard and the devastation she left behind though. He walked forward, closer to the end of the rooftop until they were only a few feet from the edge. Only then did his head shift, eyes gazing to the starlit sky above while Mana was still in place above him. He though the sky would be shrouded by toxic smog or hoards of the damned, but it was surprisingly clear and normal compared to everything else. The one thing that always remained constant over the years was the dark-blue sky amid nightfall, sparks of light from the stars, and the pale shifting moon above...Little did he know how soon one of those things was going to be pretty badly exploded.
" Hm...Its pretty nice. Makes for a good background. Can't wait to see the interior. And you just love licking things, don't you? "
Dellapero remained still and relaxed, leaving the mad queen to her devices. Her habits definitely were odd, but he liked when things were outside of the mundane. Compared to earlier this was pretty normal too. He didn't even mind having his energy slowly sapped away, so long as it wasn't -too- excessive. His eyes blinked when he was flicked, thinking about how he was going to spontaneously start trying to one-up the figurehead of Demon kind and have some fun out of this whole experience. He turned his head upward to look back to the Asthavon above him.
" Well, I agreed to be here for the night. Guess I'm in custody for now. Since you're already up there, want to kick things off with a roller-coaster ride?"

Hue-hue-hue~
It was quite easy to tell when someone was surprised. Their nerves get raddled up, while the persons spiritual energy becomes fluctuated and you can outright feel the heebie-jeebies flowing from their skin. In the case of our brawny protag buddy? Wew, Mana could sense all that and more! Therefore, the ol' witch over there would continue to dine and feast on the hero's anxious energy. After all, it was just another flavor of madness and it tasted just like kung pow chicken! Now she just needed some soy sauce....
Bah! For now, the woman would keep nomming on his skull until she made the boy relaxed, cool and calm. As she was like a parasite of this world's madness and would continue to house and store it within herself like the container she was. So, when she had her fill for the moment, Queeny would slowly begin to back away from Dellapero and snicker as she licked her lips with a seductive glow behind her eyes.
"Different ya say? Oh yeah. I decided to reconstruct everything to look pretty. The whole of this stupid country is pumped with the best living conditions on the planet damn near! Gotta give it up for me, huh?"
Mhm. Despite all her wicked ways, Ol' Manic Mana over here was an expert at making torn and broken things better. Before her invasion? Ha! This entire country and it's people weren't even an after-thought in the world. When she took up residence here, however, that all changed. Their economy became one of the best on the planet, their defenses were almost second to none and the tech and magic which were imported into this nation sky-rocketed and rivaled, if not, exceeded that of Karakura Central because of Shadow Fall's immense grip on European countries.
So, it certainly was an accomplishment to be proud of! And it was one she would LITERALLY pat herself on the back for. As, if Dellie-Boy were to turn around and look at Mana, he'd see her forming a third arm below her right arm. This third arm would quickly pat The Demoness on the back and she'd let out a wicked witches cackle before it retracted back inside of her.
"Thank you me! Thank you~! I'm pretty amazin', aren't I, s'ugs?"
Even though they were the only ones on the roof, it wasn't quite clear who she was talking to. It could be the millions of souls inside of her head, it could be a delusion of a person who isn't there and it could just be her talking weird; but it was clear she included Dellapero in her odd talk and she gave him a confident and smug grin in return.
"What can I say? People can hate my methods all they want, but the results pay off~!"
At that point, The Queen would twist her legs around the male's face, swig down on his body and stuff her tender white breast in his face for a moment before stepping down to her own feet and grabbing his wrist. As, like a giddy child, she was excited to drag her new bestie down to her house for a good ol' sleepover. So, because of that line of logic, there were hearts, stars and all sorts of weird looking skeletons bouncing around those emerald green eyes of hers as ol' Spooky Boogie over there gazed up into Dellapero's eyes.
"C'mon, c'mon! Let's go then! I'll give ya a grand tour of the castle of spooky scary stuff, babe!~"
And, in that moment, a subtle release of demonic energy could be felt. Despite the obvious difference in size between the two, the hellish power of The Demon Queen would influence her body and she'd do her damnedest to drag the male towards a door which led straight to the top floor of the castle. On this floor, they would be immediately cast into a blood red world. The skies were filled with blood, the earth beneath them was made of fire and bones were scattered every which way but right.
Yeah, this seemed about right to introduce things, right? It was a damn hard contrast from the cool and calm night skies they were once viewing each other. So, The Demon Queen waved her hand, cackled and formed a fan as the heat of the top floor was always a scorcher!
"Oh, right, this is the top floor. Would you believe that you are in the basement? This is where a lot of the core of my palace is at, big guy~! =w="
Mhm. Things were beginning to slowly get a little Topsy-turfy here. It was clear her madness based abilities were skewing up the logic of the world something fierce. As she wasn't telling a lie: they were at the bottom of the castle! The woman just jacked up the flow of existence where her castle stood! Pahahahah!

Dellapero adjusted to the situation one moment at a time. The increasingly spontaneous and otherworldly behaviors of the Demon Queen were sure to continue, and even escalate throughout the night. That would just keep things all the more interesting though. While he mostly ventured here to learn a little about his enemies and where they lived, having some fun along the way never hurt. He relaxed, be it by his own will or the Queen's power acting against him. He was an oddball himself at times and had an idea of his own. His eyes settled on the city before them. All the tall buildings, spiraling structures and architecture would make for a great course to practice free running. It would also give him the chance to get to know the city better were he too return for some reason or another.
He remained still near the very edge of the rooftop as the mad queen responded to him. it was great that she had the power to actually improve things for some people. If that were all there was to Shadowfall,. he wouldn't mind them personally. There were always those means they used to reach this point though. The destruction and bloodshed that accompanied Europe's conquest were as grand as the city itself from what he had been told. Maybe things were fine now, but the ends didn't justify the means. He sighed, thinking over what conflicts there would be between himself and numerous souls that inhabited this city in the future.
Those thoughts were quickly abolished by his mostly unhindered view of the city being replaced by Mana's twins as she prepared to get back to her feet. Right, now wasn't the time to be thinking about the grim dark future, but the slightly less grim dark present and the twister ride the emerald witch would send him through. He was being too reserved in general though The woman's status and power were intimidating and not something he wanted to be cautious of at first, but with how things were going? It was fine and would probably turn out better for him to remain lax and act in his usual impulsive manner.
The Vanguard operative turned around to face the mad Queen just as she opted to grab his wrist. He moved his hand in term, not to avoid her, but to grab her hand with his own and interlock them. What better way to step up his game than the the spontaneous lewd act of hand holding?! He stepped away from the edge. Seems she didn't want what he had in mind for a roller-coaster,. but the entire evening was going to end up being one of his expectations were met. Instead of fighting against anything? He'd help push them forward just to see how bizarre the world of the Danava of madness could get. He looked her right in the eyes alongside all the manic special effects her unique powers brought to life.
"Sounds like a blast. Been awhile since I've been through a good haunted house. "
Dellapero would follow her without pause, looking forward to the new path that had been set with his old one being tossed out of the window. He passed through the doors only to be met by an expected complete change in scenery! It was like stepping through a gateway right into Hell itself!..Which may have actually been the case. He wasn't sure, but it looked pretty hellish to him. A little cliche even, but they had a standard to uphold after millennia with the reputation. His eyes danced across the new realm they found themselves in, grasping for every little trait and detail of the burning landscape. The scene was interesting, but no doubt only the opening act to the frenzy of madness things would escalate to. He wondered just where the bones were from. Were they the remains of Shadowfall's victims or just some neat decorations to add to the feeling of dark and edgy?
"Jeez, who left the thermostat so high that the ground caught on fire? Your electric bills must be through the roof!"
Whether the flames were harmful or not, he had an edge in resisting ridiculous temperatures without much worry. He didn't think the mad queen wanted to fry him alive on their first stop either when there was so much left too explore. He scratched the back of his head at her comment. This was her basement...Why was her basement by the roof? What kind of structural planning were people making with this?! Next the attic would be on the third floor and functioning as a freezer for the kitchen on the first!
" Huh..Never seen a basement on the roof before. So is there where you store people that you've kidnapped?"
He looked around again, trying to see any sign of any prisoners or the like. Though they could have a normal prison, following a ridiculous cliche seemed like the less reasonable, and more likely thing for the throne to do. Maybe they were the bones that were scattered about the area? He returned his eyes to Mana to see what the next stop on the tour would be and hear any other wacky answers she had to share.
