I've been accepted for the Captain spot of SHDf, yet I have no idea where we set up shop or even most of the duties of the division.

I really need link to fix this problem.

Alright, if you are looking for the board it is located inside of Sukai Karakura and that's where their Head Quarters are. Click this link to be directed to Sukai Karakura to read the sub-board description. As for the duties of SHDF, they are mainly to look over alot of the activity that goes on within Earth. They make sure the correct Humans, Shinigami, Vizard and other good races that wish to join are approved, protect most of the cities, train and make sure all is running smoothly pretty much. Look in the site's timeline around 2100 for more information about why they were created.
