Operation Name: GOTEI PULL
Mission Type: Recruitment
Difficulty Of Mission: Advanced
Who Can Join: Anyone interested in joining/keeping Gotei Reformed active.

Information: The primary purpose of this mission is quite simple: increase activity growth within the Gotei. Therefore, for the next month, those who are able to generate activity within the Gotei Reformed will receive EXP Boost. This will work more so by creating threads which engage different members of the faction, creating missions and being active with your roles.

This can also apply to new Shinigami and is a chance for your Shinigami to see accelerated growth. You will sign-up for the mission, state which shinigami you are using and then register them for the mission. From there, you will tally-up all the feats, events, threads, contributions and other things your shinigami has done for the Gotei 13 at the end of your trial period and you will be rated and scored by myself based on how you perform or what you achieved in that month.

Primary Task: Increase activity within the Gotei Reformed.

Extra Task: - Create new characters for the Gotei Reformed

Rewards

You can request rewards at anytime you've done a sufficient amount of activity or feel you've earned something. I will review it myself.

Yen: For taking part in this mission, you will receive 1,000,000 yen upfront. When you finish it, you will receive a varied amount of yen based on how your shinigami performs. It can range anywhere from 5,000,000 yen all the way up to 50,000,000.

Awesome Point: When you sign up for this mission, you will receive 500 awesome points. After you complete it, you will receive anywhere from 1,000 awesome points up to 50,000 awesome points based on how well you perform.

EXP Boost: Based on what happens in your threads, you may receive a mass EXP boost. This can allow you to have accelerated growth in new skills, tier, forms, techniques, equipment and other related things that pertain to your characters development as far as powers go.

Sophia would like to participate in this event! I think it would provide Sophia the ability to get to know the Gotei a bit more.

Saya is currently the only one requesting rewards for I'll handing them out. Pockeh or Frost will be adding them

Currently, she continues to exhibit constant activity with her character alongside bringing multiple member's into active states. With that being the case, I'll be generous and approve of 35 Million yen to be added to her account. Given the way Awesome Points work however, I'll be limiting that to 10,000 for now. As for Tier/Skill/Power based upgrades, if an upgrade thread is made and reviewed, we will keep in mind that her activity has stayed on track with her time on site. Hope that works well enough for you.
