Personality:
Above all else, Welsh cares only for himself. He grows bored when there is no conflict or violence in the world, and immediately strike fear into others when they first met him. Though he has a number of followers who will do anything for him, Welsh treats them as mere pawns. He does not hesitate to send them to their deaths for his own personal benefit, and only finds remorse in their loss if they were unable to properly complete a task. To win over these followers to their disposable status, Welsh approached them with promises of making their dreams come true.

He is a cruel, calculating psychopath who's incapable of feeling love or compassion and shows as little mercy to his followers as he does his enemies. He is very sadistic, taking considerable pleasure in the suffering of others, even his own followers. He feels no desire or need for human companionship or friendship, and is unable to comprehend the idea of love or affection for another. He thinks of everything in terms of power, and despite his tremendous knowledge of Reiatsu, he doesn't understand how blind desire can win any duel, thinking that if a person is outmatched, they should simply give in.

He believes that he is superior to everyone around him, and he hold an extremely high opinion of himself. He frequently refers to himself in the third-person as "Le Overture." He also suffers from a pathological fear of death, which he regards as a shameful and ignominious weakness. The most important thing to Welsh is his own life. He equats death with being defeated.

Right above his upper lip, he has two 6-inch long fang-like bones going down. When drawing his Zanpakuto, his Fangs split slightly, making room for it to come out.

Sealed Zanpakutô:
His Zanpakuto is actually stored in his throat, and when his wants to release it, the handle comes up and he needs to lift his mouth up to pull it out.

Racial Abilities:
Extreme Regeneration: Welsh has surpassed all other Arrancars in terms of High-Speed Regeneration. He has zero Hierro, but is completely unneeded. His body can regrow lost limbs in a matter of seconds. He can instantly heal any Non-fatal wound, so long as he has the respective amount of Reishi to do so.

Telekinesis: Welsh can completely manipulate his Zanpakuto from a distance with just motion of his hand.

With his right hand, he holds his Sword against the left side of his neck and raises his right arm above his head. He then makes a downward, diagonal slash across his neck after saying the Release Phrase.

Resereccion Abilities:
In this form, Welsh can regenerate any injury inflicted on him. Fatal injuries can even be regenerated by taking the non-injured half of his body, splitting off from the main half of his body and regenerating the rest of his body. His tongue can be elongated at rapid speed to pierce flesh and bone. This is just an advanced version of his original Abilities.

After Releasing, Welsh is able to manifest the Rashomon Gate to protect him. It serves as an incredible barrier to almost every, but the strongest, Reishi-based attacks, and only those with Reishi as high as a Quarto Espada or Higher can destroy it. Welsh can only summon three gates for an entire month before running the risk of death. These gates can't change in size, nor can they be moved after summoning. They can only dissipate after 24 hours after use. The true purpose of these Gates is the ability to open Portals to any location in any dimension. This means that if opened, Welsh can travel to the Soul King, without an Oken, as well as bypass the Dangai to go to the Soul Society.

Living Corpse- Reincarnation: If Welsh runs out of much needed Reishi, he can elongate his two carnivorous-teeth to resemble fangs and bites into the neck of his enemy. His body then goes limp and collapses, appearing dead. After a few minutes (Or hours, depending on how long Welsh wishes), Welsh uses his opponent's own cells and Reishi to create a new body. He can choose to stay inside another's body for at most a day, before his soul dies out, but while he resides in the body, he cannot be sensed by any means, and can somehow watch and see outside the body. While in the body, he cannot harm them in any way. This ability can only be used once every three years, so he tends to retreat or surrender, rather than use it blindly. He cannot enter the body of someone with more Reishi than he originally started out with.

Five Elemental Seal: Welsh pushes all of his fingers from his left hand into his victim's stomach. The seal can only be used on someone with equal or lower Rieshi than his own. The victim's Rieshi gets sealed inside themself and cannot be used.
