The Western Kingdom... Only recently has Kayta gotten a chance to actually visit this place. With what had happened recently involving a certain foe invading the lands, her only -personal- experience was then... And she never really got to explore very much or participate in many of the activities. With how she's been kept away for training, it left her a little bit out of touch with true Sugiuran culture, especially the bit of culture she was about to join. A battle, a grand spar that many could watch and amuse themselves with. She's read about it in the many books she had been given to learn about the lands she would eventually vie for rule over, but they were a bit outdated. With outdated information, came a rather awe-stricken Kayta entering the field slowly yet surely.
Her attire was the same as always, cloak plainly visible with her mid-riff and chest mostly revealed, essentials covered by a bikini top with cargo pants to cover her legs. Last but not least, a black hood was pulled over Kayta's head to hide a majority of her features, shade casting down just enough to reveal a cocky grin that bared teeth, followed with a single streak of white hair poking out. All of her weapons were visible, well, almost all of them. Knives strapped to the sides of her legs were easily seen, along with numerous clips of ammunition lining her belt. Her style of combat should become somewhat apparent at this point, along with the fact that she was slightly dependent on what equipment she had available. Each step led to the sound of clips clinking against one another, the woman set in place of where she wanted to be.
Well, this seemed to be her opponent. A boy, obviously Sugiuran from the location, with no visible weapons... Her mind already began to work, that meant he had to either be magic based, or entirely skill based... Or possibly both. She had to be cautious, at least enough to figure out a good strategy for him. The one good piece of news that she could feel was the fact that he wasn't leagues above her... The energy that he left off wasn't soul-crushing, such as Animum's or Hayden's... Or even that weird freak from earlier. She would be on some-what equal grounds for once, meaning that she didn't need to feel like everything was breaking inside of her with every attempt to cause a single scratch on her target. She could win on her own for once. Could.
If Animum taught her anything, it was to not be a cocky little shit that ended up getting destroyed for speaking too much, so she still had to remember that losing is a possibility, and that... Well, she knew nothing about her target, just that they existed and they held power within them. The woman took a very deep breath, letting air fill her lungs before exhaling. This was gonna be fun.
"So uh, I'm fighting you kid? This is sorta my first gig, so uh, good luck I guess?" The figure before Izayoi was left only to shrug, she really didn't know if there were any formalities that needed to be taken here, or if they should just go all out the minute they both arrived. Perhaps she should have spent a bit more time on studying the Sugiuran realms and what they offered instead of how to make a stupid cage-thingy. No matter the case, hands slowly reached out to Kayta's sides, finges extended as she waited for something. It took only a moment for the objects that she desired to appear, weapons. With a bright flash of light, her Sacred Weapons had appeared, Hope and Despair. Two guns that... Simply looked like Uzi's, the only truly special thing about them at first look was that they appeared out of nowhere and seemed to have rather large barrels and ammunition clips.
With her weapons prepared and body ready, she got into a fairly lax yet poised stance. Her right leg thrust out just slightly, standing upon the tips of her toes as her knee bent forwards, bouncing back and forth from her weight on the front leg to the back one. Her torso was bent over just slightly, eyes staring towards her target as arms swung down low, almost left limp at the time.
"So uh, whenever you're ready dude. Oh, by the way, name's Kayta. Thought you should know when you gotta tell everyone who kicked your ass~!"
Her voice was in a bit of a mocking tone, teeth parting as her tongue stuck past her lips to further tease and possibly agitate Izayoi. This -was- gonna be fun.

BELLEH LEONHARDT|THE ARGONAUT
Belleh Leonhardt was beyond confused, ever since the young boy had arrived in the capital of his home kingdom he had learned of things that were wondrous and, for lack of a better term cool. While Belleh was always off on his own sparring with air, there lied a place known as the Coliseum in his near vicinity. It was an offshoot from the main market, just outside the banks that he currently called home on the river by the capital. A couple of fans of the "sport" held there had broke the news to everyone that there was a fight scheduled for later that day though the combatants weren't chosen yet. So, as a curious child would, Belleh took it upon himself to follow the large crowd of people that pushed their way into a massive Inn. The Inn sported a tavern and boarding room on the second floor, something of its kind being entirely foreign to the kid. It wasn't a surprise, really. Living with your mother for your entire life on some farm doesn't help your knowledge of the outside world.
Attempting to push his way towards the bar region of the Inn, Belleh only failed in is actions. Being shoved to the back of a large crowd didn't really give him a view of what was currently going on in the bar's area. Slumping over against a wall, the young boy pouted. Idiot adults taking it upon themselves to do what they want when they wanted. If only they knew he was a Leonhardt, nobility. Not even the nobles were willing to show him any mind at this point, how could he expect a group of middle aged men and women to? Defeated, Belleh pushed himself to a chair in the corner of the room, watching as the commotion unfolded. As the bustle of bodies shifted from one side to another, a loud bang erected in Belleh's ears as a screen of pure light brightened his eyes to death.
A scream drowned in louder screams, Belleh's voice quickly quieted as the screen start to change images. As it slowly pushed its way closer to Belleh's face, the screen began to view the battlefield of the famous Coliseum everyone had been talking about. It was a quiet looking place, a barren field save the one large building that stood on its own near the center of its region. A deep voice echoed in the tavern over the loud folk, introducing both of the figures that were standing nearby each other in the field. It seemed that it was just a glorified fight, was there anything that could really happen from these people fighting each other here? It seemed pointless to Belleh, they weren't going to protect anyone inside the little game they were playing...
Taking in a long sigh, the Leonhardt child leaned against the back of his chair, waiting and watching. Then, as if the combatants were reading the minds of those watching, the figure in the southern corner bolted forward in a flashy explosion, his body mimicking an effect that Belleh himself used in combat. The young boy's eyes perked up in excitement as a smile stretched across his face. Faster and faster the figure went, it was so cool. To watch someone move so fast against the ground. This was the type of power that Belleh was truly going for in his future, he wanted to be like the being he was watching.
He would do anything to grow stronger and meet the combatant. Anything

This -had- to be the first good, fair fight she was going to have in a nice, long while. The fact that Izayoi already seemed to be doing something interesting was wonderful. Her ability to sense energy came into play as Erebus' perimeter was set in place, and expanded outwards. Nothing physical was being seen, so this had to be a passive thing, a passive thing that she would have to avoid in order to not get badly injured. Well, she did have a pretty good way to avoid that, lots of bullets. The energy was set out, his Guardian Beast's energy irradiating a type of pressure that Kayta couldn't understand, but it was something that hinted that maybe this boy had much more in store. Eyes only narrowed once the field was set, and already, Izayoi had burst up into the sky.
Holy -shit- he was fast. Kayta's speed was nothing to scoff at, but this kid was zooming rather quickly, the only thing that would help her now was her reflexes, just barely being good enough to escape from a brutal pounding. The boy was coming straight for where she was standing, and offered a rather scary threat of being impounded to the ground. She couldn't use her Thirst for Power yet, it was far too early into the fight, so natural speed had to be used. With her body already shifting weight from one foot unto the other, all of it was placed into the front-most foot, heel slamming against the ground as she kicked herself forwards in just the nick of time, leaping outwards and away from the place of impact.
A leap such as that wasn't perfect, Izayoi's speed was able to latch unto the back of her hood and tear it straight off of her body. Fabric ripped and yanked off, nearly yanking Kayta back if it wasn't for the fact that two people going as fast speeds could typically loose a shirt or something similar with little drawbacks. With the vital piece of her outfit taken off, most of her features were now seen, along with her tied up hair, two streaks of white seen in jet black hair. One in the back, and one in the front. It was something odd, but it was something her mother, one of the Leonhardt's that had disappeared from the royal family tree, sported.
The Leonhardt herself was now revealed, and nearly -crushed- from Izayoi's impressive feat. Her leap had led to her landing a few yards away, though close enough to see a massive spire erupt from the ground from the corner of her eyes. Pure destruction was left in the wake of that boy's fist, and the rumbling felt in the earth from it was definitely something to warn her that this wasn't going to be so simple or easy. And her landing definitely wasn't going to be easy. She could definitely lunge forwards and jump fairly high, but not far enough to avoid the devastation that came with the strike. The cracked, rippled ground underneath her had been her target for landing, landing headfirst and rolling painfully on the hard surface. Sharp edges and hard rock slammed into her sides, a jagged piece even scoring a nice cut along her ribs. It wasn't the widest, but it was very lengthy, leading to a the red line appearing rather easily with a few lines running down her side.
With the horrible landing done, she had to quickly leap up before he could rebound to strike at her, arms slamming against the ground as she forced herself up, leaping right to her feet and taking a few leaps to stable ground. With stable ground found, she quickly spun upon her heel to face Izayoi, arms flicking backwards with guns held tightly within her hands. A bright flash of light was seen from the clips, as she had just filled it remotely with ammunition. With that great display of force, and the fact that this fight wasn't to the actual death, she decided to load in custom taser rounds in order to try and incapacitate her foe. With bullets filled, arms swung upwards rather quickly to point towards her target, barrels lining up with where his form was currently, and hopefully, trying to pry itself from the rock.
Oh? What was this... There was a reason why he had opened up so harshly, she struck a nerve. But that didn't seem to be the only thing that struck a nerve with Izayoi. His brother had been annoying him. She didn't quite know why, but this boy wanted to get better, and to relieve his boredom with this fight. Simple enough. She too, wanted to get better... Though her reason was probably much better for Izayoi, and much more abstract and probably similar to a child's way of thinking of how things would actually pan out. No matter the case, lips parted to begin speaking, and most likely, taunting the boy.
"Wooow, Nice attack kid. Still will probably be -never- as good as your brother's, but hey, nice try! Maybe in a few years you can land a direct hit~!"
Fingers pressed down on the triggers of each of the weapons, Hope and Despiar both firing off all 50 bullets, leading to a spray of 100 heading straight for the boy. Sadly, accuracy wasn't a great thing for Uzi's... Though beneficially, they fired fast and at a nice -spread-. Each shot seemed to erupt forth from the gun in a bright, blue blur, as if coated with electricity. Each shot was charged with the same voltage used in tasers, aimed to take down people with just a single shot. Kayta had fired about hundred times worth of that single shot needed for most people. Each bullet soared quickly with -intense- impact, leading to a barrage that might be difficult to avoid.
The span of the spray had to be at least a nice range of 5 to 10 feet of the general direction of her target, and if Izayoi stayed still, a good fifth of all the shots would hit. Despite the fact that these were meant to be her most 'non-lethal' form of fighting, each shot still held the power to punch right through wood and dent metal if given the chance, so getting shot by a few without a good defense would lead to a horrible time.
"Is this where I make a stupid as shit name too? How about Electric Eel's Soaring Blast~?"
She wasn't aware at all of the people watching, especially not the one vying for the throne as well.... She had family here, and they were watching, unknown to both that they were even related...

Oh... -Oh-~! This was such a wonderful feeling... Being able to hit the spot -right- on target and agitate her foe. The angrier he got, the more aggressive he would become. The more aggressive he becomes, the more reckless actions he takes. All she needs to wait for his for him to mess up royally, to the point of where she could claim victory as her own. Izayoi was getting -pissed-, his rage only building just from a single comment. How could this kid expect to do well in a fight if the simplest of words gets him on edge like this? Hell, she even got a bit of interesting information. What she had said was purely based off of the emotions that were welled up deep within Izayoi, no actual information given... But Kamui? She'd have to remember that name if it was someone just that great, someone that would irritate this person if a comparison was made between the two.
She may have been grinning wildly at this point, but that didn't mean that everything was going as she planned. Her attack was just blocked, a chunk of earth taking a majority of the hits as it was a fairly good shield. Nicely sized holes and chunks did show that her bullets definitely had a nice impact, but it would be no use if her opponent could use the terrain around them as a defense. Something was learned, they have -incredible- strength. Raw potential skyrocketing through the roof, and with a nice burst of speed to let them close the gap. Fighting in close range would be suicide unless she could get the advantage in speed, something that would only take her moments to achieve without any real amount of stress on her form. So many options on how to take this battle... But the best answer would probably be tiring out Izayoi. These bursts of speed and pure power had to be pretty taxing, so if she could just keep avoiding for long enough, he should slow down enough for her to take advantage and swoop in for the upper hand.
But first, she had to deal with the attack he had sent straight towards her. The spire of rock that was once used as a shield was now used as a projectile, sent soaring straight towards her at a rather shocking speed... Not shocking enough for her, however. Muscles within her legs already began to tense, weight shifting over to the side, her right, as she attempted to leap outwards... That was the plan, but her ability to sense any type of energy was actually extremely useful in sensing the concentration of Erebus' power surging out towards her. With what she learned earlier about the field set up, this must be how he attacks at a range, anything near the field has to deal with this... She was already mid-step, making it nearly impossible to dodge the strike towards her legs without popping an ability she could only use once due to the drain. It was something needed, and it would at least help her avoid the giant rock that came soaring towards her with less risk of injury.
Her Thirst for Power had been activated, an ability only accessible in her first release used at a cost of a sixteenth of her energy... Not all too bad, but it meant she had already used one of her trump cards. In one moment, Erebus was just moments away from tearing into the flesh of the Leonhardt, and in the next, she was about 50 feet away from her current spot, all the way to the right, allowing her to avoid all damage that was going to slam straight into her body. She can't keep relying on her base speed at this point, he was only to start throwing more and more things, or going for more dashes.A deep breath was taken in through the woman's lips, the burst of energy taking quite a bit out of her in terms of focus, and leading to her having to deal with the perimeter of Erebus' energy...
The solution was... To just start back pedaling as quickly as she could out of the field, sensing the rough edges of this perimeter in order to accurately gauge when she could stop running, which would hopefully just be a few moments for someone of her caliber in terms of speed. After reaching the edge with hopefully no more incident, words began to echo out once more. She had to keep taunting the boy, the more upset he got, the better it would be for Kayta.
"I can't talk about Kamui? Why not? He sounds like such a great guy! So strong, so powerful... So -handsome-...~. I bet he'd show you how to -really- fight someone, and maybe he'd show me a bit of a better time!"
A chuckle escaped past her lips, shoulders shaking for a moment with the motions. To a normal person, or someone blinded by rage, this was just her laughing... But for anyone with a brain, they could see that her wrists had flicked downwards. The Eidos within the ground was being tampered with, changed to suit Kayta's needs... And that was creating a mine within the ground just a few feet in front of her. With her little faux giggling fit done, her arms swung out behind her as a bright light upon the clips of her guns showed that she had changed the clips once more. Taser rounds wouldn't work... And she needed to tire him out, so her special bullets should work. Rather than taking from a clip on her belt, she tapped directly into her energy, taking about a tenth of what she currently had to fill both clips to the brim with her energy. With her clips filled, her arms swung up in front of her once more, barrels of Hope and Despair aimed towards Izayoi's body as she held her assault... She needed him to get closer, to burst towards her. She also needed to watch out for Erebus' energy, she had already used her good defense... And without releasing or getting enough time to activate Air Armor, the next strike from him could end up putting her at a major disadvantage.
"I bet Kamui could actually hit me!"
Just rubbin' salt into the wound... All there was to do now was hope that Erebus wouldn't try to warn him of the obvious taunting.
