Senpai's Winter Camp [Hero Quest Mission]

"Spittin' fire like a tongue twisted dragon."
Within the Vizard Corporation complex, there are facilities dedicated to each and every wing of operations. Each facility is large providing the technology necessary to keep a keen eye on events occurring throughout the globe. Their location bordered the ever busy Karakura; people ran from street to street screaming, laughing, living within the moment. Sunlight broke through clouds streaming across the fiery sky to reveal the smallest building at the end of the Corps' complex. Several of the vizards assigned to this division were endlessly tending to the security system to ensure that it remained in peak condition. An unlucky intern who worked as the secretary pushed a sleek metal cart filled to the top with heated food. His eyes flickered to a dent pressed into the wall beside him as he passed it. Not paying attention to where his feet were going, he tripped over his laces flying into the cart.
BANG!
Over in the next room sat the woman with dark hair streaked with pale, pale white. Her eyes flickered away from the screens displaying the inside of the prisoners' cells. All attention directed to disoriented intern sprawled over the feeding cart and- to her amusement- he bristled as they made eye contact. "You're late, Miso," Kaida sang brightly, the barest of smiles daring to tug at the corner of her lips. Miso nodded viciously as he straightened himself. The cart rolled into the room looking no worse for wear. Miso exhaled shakily as he paused in front of the Colonel controlling the entirety of the division. At first she appeared too entertained to become irritated, but the longer he stared into her silver irises the deeper her eyebrow furrowed.
"Hop to it, Miso."
The emphasis of his name spoke in volumes. 'Move your ass. Miso scurried to the first cell that was sectioned off into another room, opening the slot within the door, then sliding the tray into it. He carried on performing this exact trivial task for dozens of other cells. Ignoring the groaning circulating from the cells, Kai leaned into her chair allowing herself to shut her eyes. Light rapping resounded inside her skull. Grumbling she sat up to answer the hail on her mental transmitter. Her lieutenant answered swiftly, explaining that sh e should log into the public network.
Public network?
This had to be urgent.
Nonetheless she switched set up a firewall using her phantom tech, surfing into the throngs of the pubic network access. A hailing was heard. The voice female, strong.
"Fight the weak; it is time to raise your sword for those who cannot!"
Kai listened carefully to the girl talk explaining how she would willing to train anyone willing to fight for the just within the world. 'To restore the just in this world.' Memories of her childhood flickered behind her eyes; the woman who raised her, the shinigami who looked down upon her. Why not take this opportunity? It was about damn time someone offered this chance. No one liked to admit it, but the world was sitting in the shadow of fear because of some princess that held power they couldn't really just defeat. It wasn't that simple. Even her boss had refused anything major for the moment. They were expected to deal what was at the forefront and leave the war for a later date.
They needed help; and lots of it.
This...Cirno was offering it like a box of unwanted puppies. What was there to lose from training with someone who was willing to do so out of the kindness of their hearts?
'What do I have to lose?'
So it was decided. Kai sent a message to her lieutenant to monitor the base for the next couple of weeks (she highlighted the section of the message where it detailed just how to reach should some asshole give the boys any trouble). She figured she didn't have much time to reach Cirno. That was public broadcast meaning everyone and their mother would be seeking for the angel of ice. Rushing into her temporary room at the base, she secured her deathly bird within his cage. A bag pulled free from under her futon and she placed an extra coat inside, then proceeded to fill the rest of the bag with bird/human food.
Finding Iramasha Island had been mildly annoying to her surprise. Typically traveling through Gargantuas resulted in either nearly falling off the paths or keeping Naozane from having an anxiety attack. As reward for their patience, the trio exhaled shaky breaths. Within the distance the tips of the fortress winked at them. Constructed entirely from ice, the fortress loomed over them at an unimaginable height. Kai blinked through the flurries of snow kissing her face. She sighed as she tugged her coat closer. It only dwindled her spiritual energy at this point as nervousness clawed against her throat. Despite her jitters she advanced towards the fortress doors.
Now, she was dumb, but not insane. Who knew what would happen if you knocked on ice doors? Who the hell was going to answer? She could ambushed by this...this...
"Cirno!" The Vizard called towards the windows nearest to her. Temperatures out here seemed to dwindle the longer she stood outside. Her muscles contracted involuntarily, stiffening, then contracting wildly. She shook violently, setting the caged bird on the ground so she could cup her hands around her mouth.
"CIRNO! I really hope this isn't an ambush or I am going to be giving a rather angry review of this place!"
Damn it, this had to be a hoax!
...but for what?

THE FRIGID HEROINES INTRO
Artist: Toby Fox - Song: Sans Song - Word Count: 811
With the amount of heroes, travelers, allies and adventurers who found themselves coming to this celestial peak; it was amazing how such a small effort grew into a mass beacon of light in the world. At the rate things were going, this summit could also be considered it's own faction force with the cluster of beings now taking up arms in justice. So, it served as no surprise that the likes of Kaida Awxworthy would find her scampy little tush attracted to such a place.
This mountain top had a knack for luring out the heroism in all spirits, and if The Vizard was so inclined to find hers -- The Angel of The Ice would so oblige in that quest. Hence, as the oak-skinned woman made her way to the igloo, footsteps would come from behind her. They crunched against the snow and a presence of heavenly power would ooze into the space around them. In that moment, it would seem as if the cold grew arctic, the snow became a blizzard and the atmosphere around them filled with power.
Then, as Kaida cried out her worried call to the world, a mischievous snicker echoed out into the wind and the frigid little fairy took flight. In a matter of moments, her legs would wrap and lock themselves around the neck of The Vizard. While, as The Celestial rooted herself upon the shoulders of the frightened explorer, would she then cover the eyes of the bronze skinned traveler. In this way, she was having a bit of fun and play at the expense of the guest's absolute terror!
So, Cirno would lean in close to her ear and whisper this simple phrase:
"Boo!"
Giving out a joyous laugh after that, The Angel Of The Ice would then let go of the shaken up traveler and attempt to evade any sort of wild reaction she may give in her defense. As, with The Iramasha's nimble speed, she'd certainly have a hard edge towards avoiding any sort of mishap. Though, if it did befall, Cirno totally was fine with it since she knew it was coming! She just wanted to test the nerves of the potential hero and see what kind of reaction she'd get in return!
So, provided she wasn't karate chop'd in the crotch, or blasted into a fine pasty mess of abstract art into the snowy earth, the overseer of this here little mountain would turn on her heels and emerge before Kaida with a devious smirk across her lips. At least, if she was allowed to move at this point, the frantic Vizard would be able to see her "assailant" in all her frozen glory.
Standing at a rambunctious five foot even; the stature between the two ladies was all but totally out of wack. All the while, as the snow gusted around them with the utmost of wintry air, the placid white dress which the fairy adorned would almost be blended into the atmosphere. At least, if it wasn't for the fact it had outlines of sky blue snowflakes scattered across it's floral designs.
And, as she began to levitate in the air and inspect the body of Kaida in a full 360 motion, the six frozen wings behind the Iramasha would seem to buzz and hover as her azure hair fluttered in the breeze. Once she came back to the ground, her sandals would make a nice "plopping" sound against the frozen earth and she would have gotten all that needed to seen from this bronze guest of hers.
"Aye! I am Cirno! And I take it you are here to take arms for heroism, Ms.Oak-Skinned!"
In one energetic shout, the ocean hued eyes of the Iramasha would light up and she'd point her right index finger straight in the face of Kaida with a grin across her face. The Angel knew a hero when she saw one at this point and it certainly didn't look like Kaida was here to cause trouble. So, she would welcome her with open arms to her lovely little training camp!
"And I'll happily train you.....provided you aren't some smelly baddy in disguise, hehe~"
In that moment, she'd stick her tongue out at the Vizard before snapping her fingers and then remembering one important question:
"Buttttttt, before we get started: you got a name?"
And with that, the ball was then tossed into the court of Kaida. What she would make of all these reactions? Well, that was honesty up to her. It was going to be amusing for the Angel of The Iramasha to see how this lone Vizard would react to all the engagements given.
